On spotting a young girl in the cage like cell, he scooted his way towards her .

He looked in Randhir's direction.

"When did you start kidnapping young women mate?" he looked at sanyukta, this girl was easy on the eyes he thought.

"Come on ! This is not a way to treat such a beautiful lady" Mr. Mittal said, eyes on Sanyukta.

Sanyukta did not know what to do but based on his previous comment she knew she had grabbed his attention. She waited.

"What's your name beautiful ?" he asked.

She decided to play along for the time being and see how things progress.

"My name is Sanyukta, what's yours handsome ?" she sweetly said approaching the cell bars.

"Arjun, Arjun Mittal", he then added "I was feeling a little off today, but you definitely turned me on" he winked at her.

Are you for real ? thought Sanyukta internally rolling her eyes. But hearing this Sanyukta concluded that this guy could be her ticket to get out of here. She sent him a flirty smile. We could say whatever we wanted but sometime being a girl was definitely handy !

The hooded guy's temperature rose seeing them. Adding fuel to his rising temper Mr.Mittal asked him

"How much for this beautiful lady?"

The hooded guy somehow managed to keep his calm and retorted back.

"She is not for sale and if your business is done here, you may surely leave."

"Come on! mate, we can surely find a suitable agreement for both?" tried Mr.Mittal.

"Now that's what I call a smart man, a man who knows what he wants and knows how to get it, I like that" interjected Sanyukta, buttering him.

Mr.Mittal winked at her. Men and their ego...!

The hooded guy could clearly see Sanyukta's intentions, the girl was smart, he had figured out that much... and he had enough of their cheesy talk.

"So what's your price?" he asked once again.

"Leave Mr.Mittal before I lose my patience" said the hooded guy raising his voice.

Even though Mr.Mittal liked the girl he couldn't risk being the target for this guy. He was dangerous, not someone you wanted to mess with. He knew he will not last long before he took care of him. Therefore he decided to leave without any more argument.

After Mr.Mittal left, the hooded guy asked everyone to pack up as they were going back to their den. Everyone left. As for him, he slowly approached Sanyukta's cell. It was time to clear some points.

He approached the cell with his right hand taking out his gun. Sanyukta thought she will probably not see the sun tomorrow morning, as he slowly moved toward her like a predator cornering his prey.

"You think yourself smart ?" he said in a low yet threatening voice standing on the other side of the cell, gun in hand.

"ahan..." she said tilting her head from right to left. "That's where you are wrong Mr.Gangster, I don't THINK I am... I KNOW I am" she said with attitude. Pissing him was probably not the best idea right now, but it was better than behaving a like a little coward. She had principles in life and she intended to respect them... well as far as she could... obviously a time will come where self-preservation will come first and idle principles won't have any other choice but to pass second !

"Be careful with this attitude of yours it could cost you your life" he said pointing the gun at her.

"Again with the killing thing" she sighed. "Why are you hell bent on taking my life, jab dekho am gonna kill you', aap ko aur koi kam nahi hai kya?!...and what did I do to you anyway ?" she questioned him raising her voice and frowning.

"Watch your attitude girlie...am warning you..." he threatened her.

"Look I don't have attitude problem, you have a problem with my attitude and this is not my problem" she retorted back pointing a finger at him.

"ENOUGH, you're not some queen, you are a captive here, behave as such." he said raising his voice.

"You must respect us !" he roared.

Sanyu laughed at that. "Respect ? seriously Mr.Gangster ?" she rolled her eyes.

"Listen here Mr.Gangster I know you probably don't know much about manners and all...but know that respect is earned, not ordered !" she declared with attitude, angered by his forcing command. If he thought he could just order her around he had another thing coming his way ! Besides, it was just human nature, the more you are asked not to do something, the more you actually want to do it. It was universal truth ! So it was just natural that the more he asked her to respect him, the more she was tempted to do the exact opposit...

"Besides it goes both way, you respect me then I respect you." she paused and glared at him " otherwise dream on !" she finished crossing her arms.

Randhir aggressively grabbed the bars, startling her, "ENOUGH" he yelled. He opened her cell, approached her and caught one of her wrist.

"Listen very carefully" He said through gritted teeth. "You have no idea what I could do to you..."

"I don't care" retorted Sanyukta immediately, "I'd rather die than bow down to the likes of you, you don't deserve any kind of respect" she said confidently. Although the last sentence was a complete lie, as she has said before, she lived by principles but she was not foolish enough to die for that, one had to be realistic ! Besides she could always repent for her mistakes and lack of principles afterwards, couldn't she ?...but again, for that she needed to be alive!

"I could break you little by little, torture you... very slowly... making every second seems like an hour ...till you beg me to end your torture" His voice was a harsh whisper, as if death itself was talking. Sanyukta shuddered as horrible images came to her mind. That one word...Torture...She did not even want her worst enemy to endure such pain. It was just... there was no words to describe it. It was just inhuman. No one should have to go through this. How can you enjoy someone else's cries of pain ? They were simply not human and her verdict was simple : they didn't deserve to live.

So as much as his words scared her, they also made her angry. She loathed those who resolved to torture. "Forget about deserving respect...you don't even deserve to live" she spat out out of anger and without wasting a moment Sanyukta tried to knee him where the sun don't shine. But the gangster grabbed her thigh and slammed her against himself.

Sanyukta stirred on his sudden move and their proximity. The hooded guy took advantage of her condition and put the hand that was holding her wrist on her waist.

"What the..." she stopped her sentence seeing him this close.

He advanced his mouth towards her neck, lingering his breath over her ear. Sanyukta stilled anticipating his next move. His diesel perfuming once again clouding her senses... so much for loathing him, she scolded herself.

"Enjoy this all the while you can cause the minute I find something on you, be ready to leave all this attitude of yours." he threatened her.

As he finished his sentence, he roughly pushed her away and took her out, dragging her all the way down to their car. He shoved her in the car where the rest of the gang was waiting.

During the drive, Parth kept his eyes focused on the road along with his boss by his side, who was keeping an eye on the seats behind where Sanyukta was sandwiched between Sahil and Vidhushi.

It's been 15min they were riding, and 15min of pure boredom for Sanyukta. At first she kept herself busy cursing her fate in her mind, once done with her fate, she proceeded with the other source of trouble in her life : Mr. Gangster as she had started calling him, she insulted the devil sitting at the front with all the colorful words she could think of...it lasted approximately 2min and 30 seconds... before her dictionary fell short of words. She was now bored out of her mind. No one had said a single word since they started the drive. Sanyukta decided to break the silence.

"I am hungry" she said with attitude.

"So what ?" replied Vidhushi.

"What, what ? hey you guys kidnapped me... now bear the consequences ! Right now am hungry so give something to eat" she told her.

"Excuse me ?!" said vidushi raising her eyebrow.

"Not excused" Sanyukta replied turning her face away as if dismissing Vidushi.

Vidushi is taken aback by her words and gesture, she glared at her and lashed out "Stop acting all high and mighty, and giving us order with this fake classy tone of yours"

Sanyu looked at her for a second and smirked "Fake classy tone ?...Jealousy is a disease...get well soon dear" she said once again dismissing her.

Once again Sahil laughed at her comment. She turned toward him and winked. The hooded guy who was silently listening to their conversation smirked under his hoodie. Even though this girl had attitude, no one could deny that she was entertaining.

Sahil and Sanyukta started chatting. It was late in the wee hours of the night that they arrived at the their destination. A long and tiring 4-hour drive had just ended. Sanyukta had fallen asleep half an hour ago after sharing some casual talks with Sahil.

Parth carried the bags along with Sahil as Vidhushi yawned and made her way towards the den. The boss saw Sanyukta deep in slumber, noticing her calmness in contrast to her vivacious self while awake. How could a person as vibrant and loud as her could look so innocent and peaceful while sleeping, he wondered. He thought it would be better to let their captive sleep, she would only annoy him if she woke up and God knew he was not in the mood, he had had enough of her for one day... He softly pulled his arms under her and lifted her up. Closing the door behind him and he made his way inside their "DEN" with Sanyukta laying in his arms. On his way, he noticed her perfectly carved features, really looking at her for the first time.

He couldn't help but notice how pretty she really was but no matter how pretty she was at the end she was no more than a piece of his solution to the puzzle, this was a fact and nothing could change that... no matter what...he wouldn't allow it... never !

Placing her softly in giant room he pulled the duvet over her, adjusting her up for final time. Switching off the light and closing the door softly behind him.

He then called his team for a meeting and informed them that tomorrow he was going out of town to get some information.

"I won't be back until tomorrow night" he informed them.

"In my absence, try as much as you can to involve Sanyukta in your conversations in order to gather information on her"

"Let's see who this falcon really is" he added.

" And I want you all to report to me tomorrow night is that clear ?" he asked.

They all nodded and left. The hooded guy went to his room to prepare himself for his upcoming mission.
