Chapter 34: Don't Wake Me Up! (Autobots X Femme Reader)

Transformers Prime ImaginesWords: 14796

A/N: Hello! Here's a crazy chapter before I go to bed! Have fun reading yall!!

And yes, you are very badass in this. XD

---

Sleep. That's all you do.

...Or so most people would think. You were a special Cybertronian originated from a mysterious region called Heian. Heian was an unknown place to most bots, exclusive to only a certain group of Bots. The town of Heian was unlike the rest of the world. While the rest of the world work by day and recharge at night, your birth place was the other way around.

You thrive in the darkness and lay low during the day. Simply put, the town bots of Heian were all nocturnal, you included. It just meant that if you bots stayed up morning, it would be equivalent to normal Cybertronians staying up late night.

But there was a catch, the people of Heian were strong.

REALLY STRONG.

Your people were ostracized and excluded, but they didn't give a damn, choosing to live peacefully alone by the far outskirts. They had the essentials in the town, so the town folks had no care of reaching out and connecting with the rest of the world. Heians, a name given to the people of Heian, had Predacon CNA coursing in their body. Some more prominent than others, some not so evident.

Nonetheless, your people were absolutely powerful and formidable. Heians were one of the few Cybertronians to be banned at the Pits, unless requested or they had an event going on. Somehow, Megatron survived but had yet been graced upon the chance with duelling against them. Heians strike fear in almost every Cybertronian gladiators for their sizes and strength, often offlining fellow fighters with a crush of their fist.

By the Primes, your species were an anomaly.

Sadly, your hometown and all of your loved ones were wiped out by either the Cosmic Rust or Cybonic Plague, marking the extinctions of your culture and people. You survived the eons of battle only to fall to the knees to a mere plague, it is quite ironic actually.

Anyhow, you were the only lucky one to survive and followed Optimus's crew to Earth. Your existence and biology were understanded by both the Prime and Ratchet, the two giving you many leeway to your sleeping patterns. You would recharge at day and scout at night, protecting the team from the darkness that you thrived in.

On a rare occasion that the team required your help, you would be active for a brief moment during the day and needed extra rest after you were done. Ratchet had made your situation equal to the Ion Cannon; powerful and devasting, but needs to cool down and recharge.

Your kind were fiercely loyal to a fault...and also REALLY HOT-HEADED. That was the main reason why Heians weren't allowed at the Pits. You kill all and won't be able to feel pain while engaging. It was as if Heians were mindless machines completing its daily task. The worst of all, they ALWAYS come out victorious.

That being said, you had all but ONE pet-peeve that the team obeyed; DON'T EVER DISTURB YOUR SLEEP WITHOUT PROPER REASONINGS.

Team Prime learned it the hard way when Bulkhead and Bumblebee decided to invite you out for a DAY scout, not understanding the situation fully. The two Autobots made a grave mistake and had one of the rooms exploded.

Thank Primus it was empty.

The yellow and black scout nearly lost his left servo while the ex-Wrecker had it even worse, his faceplate nearly melted and killed him. You had blown fire into their face and the two idiots got spark terrors for a few nights due to that.

Obviously, Optimus wasn't pleased with your actions and spoke about it with you late night. Although it wasn't ENTIRELY your fault, you still apologised and asked the Prime to pass the message to the team. You didn't mean to hurt them, but your primal protocols onlined the minute you felt them tugging your wings.

First rule of handling your species: Always make your presence known before engaging.

Arcee and Ratchet had a few close calls, but they were just a loud growl and a stream of hot air blown onto their faces; none too lethal. Later on when Smokescreen, Wheeljack and Ultra Magnus joined in, they were also notified on your situation. Needless to say, Wheeljack had wanted to try on getting you onlined a few times, but ends up unsuccessful. Ratchet nearly had a spark attack when he saw the cheeky Wrecker walking towards your room.

He's still occasionally sneaking his way in, only to be caught red-handed by the crew, mostly Ultra Magnus. The second-in-command wasn't on board with the idea of you sleeping most of your time at first, speaking up his discomfort with your situation...Until he saw how you fought during a night mission.

Primus, he nearly leaked his lubricants at how vicious you were!

You could take on Predaking with ease and not break a sweat. With that in mind, the stern commander dropped his case and left you to your own ways.

Sometimes the team would get rowdy and you'd be awakened by them, it's normal. It is also NORMAL to see a stream of fire coming down the pathway, dangerously licking close to the main hangar.

Ratchet made the base fireproof after the duo's incident, making sure you didn't burn down the whole base.

Surprisingly, only Optimus could get you to wake up properly. Partly due to the fact that he was your superior...and that he ACTUALLY wakes you up decently. Optimus would knock on your door before coming in. Even so, you would sometimes be unaware and the Prime would speak up from a distance, assuring you that the figure in your room was him and not some other intruders.

Why can't the others do that?!

By the way, it is also worth mentioning that besides Optimus, you had a special spot for the fleshlings, or humans. They were the organics of this planet and you have taken great care onto not harming them. There were times when Miko would wanna see you, but the team were prudent enough to make her stay out of your room.

The Japanese girl was saddened that she could only hear stories of your fight but not able to see you, and you took account on that by sending pictures of your scouting event and perhaps recordings at night to the young girl. She'll receive the message by morning and reply them, and you would return her conversation at night.

So far, the kids were out of your room's reach, not daring to stray into your own dorm in fear that they were going to trigger something VERY WRONG.

.

.

.

.

That was until they had no choice, which was now.

---

"Optimus! Can you read me!?" Ratchet yelled, slamming his servos onto the tables with frustration. The whole crew went out to deal with the Cons, leaving you, Ratchet and the kids back at base. The team hasn't been responsive for the past hour and it was unnerving.

"Should we do something?" Raf asked, worried of his guardian. Jack looked at the two of his friends and sighed, rubbing his eyes tiredly before nodding.

"I think we should...wake (Y/N) up." Jack said softly, eliciting gasps from Raf and Miko.

"Dude! Are you kidding me?!" Miko said. Even the girl knew when to kid around, and thus she was shocked with how ludicrous the boy's proposal was. Jack sighed, firming his gaze on both of his best friends.

"Come on! Our friends are in danger! I'm pretty sure that beast Predaking is out there too! (Y/N)'s our only bet! Besides...she likes us, at least, more than the bots besides Optimus of course. Ratchet's busy, he can't call her up." Jack said. Raf gulped but nodded, putting on a brave face for his guardian. Miko went along too, steeling her faith on you.

"Come on, we gotta hurry."

---

Arriving at the front of your door, the large panels slid opened and there you laid peacefully, snoring loudly. Your (f/c) wings neatly tucked to the side as your frame went up and down rhythmically, a clear sign that you were in deep sleep. Miko slowly tip-toed in, the two gingerly following in.

"We gotta make ourselves known before approaching her or she'll get mad." Miko whispered. Jack nodded, though his fears were evident in his eyes. With a gulp, the oldest boy spoke up.

"(Y/N)!" he called out.

Silence.

"T-Try again?" Miko suggested. Jack groaned but relented, calling your name again.

"(Y/N)!"

This time, your (e/c) optics shot open, onlining immediately and narrowing your sight onto the three small figures at your door. You let out a loud yawn, which sounded like a very deep growl as you stretched.

Which honestly, scared the kids even more.

---

"What is it?" I said, rubbing my optics tiredly as I continue to lie on my berth, glancing down at three approaching figures.

"(Y/N), sorry t-to wake you up...but the team's in d-danger! Optimus and the rest of them aren't responding to Ratchet's call! We're sure that Predaking would be there too! Can you help us, please?" Jack said.

"Please?" the three said in unison. I gave them a look before rising up, my enormous body shook the room. Nodding at the kids, I waved them off.

"Go, I'll be out soon." I said. Smiling, the trio thanked me and ran off to the main hangar. Slowly, I stood up, rubbing my tired optics with anger coursing through my veins.

'Damn Decepticons, disturbing my sleep...' I thought. Deep, gravelly growl escaped my dermas as I slowly trudged out of my nest. My large saber was dragged slowly on the floor with me, tiny fire sparks coming out of the tip as I made my way to the main hangar.

"Optimus, can you- (Y/N)!?" Ratchet gasped, backing away from the computer in absolute shock. I gave the medic a curt nod before standing in front of the groundbridge, making my motives clear.

"B-Be c-careful..." was all he said and opened the groundbridge. Looking down at the trio one last time, I spoke.

"You should be glad you had the kids with you today." I smirked before facing forward. I emitted a loud, horrifying roar before I stepped out of the groundbridge, making it clear to the ones on the other side to be prepared.

Prepare to fragging die, obviously.

With a slow thud, I was faced with quite the army, Megatron being on the front of course. My whole team was kneeling on the ground, Energons leaking from each of their dermas as they stared at me, wide-eyed. They had blaster pointed to their helm. Optimus was in the middle, optics closed and unconscious.

WHAT. THE. FRAG.

Megatron involuntarily gasped as he saw my figure standing in the middle of the scene before changing it into a smirk.

Oh, how I would LOVE to burn it off of his damn face.

"Hello (Y/N)! I see you're up early today!" the warlord mocked. The fact that the idiot was the reason to my recharge being cut short was enough for me to go berserk. With a flick of my servos, dark shadow chains appeared from my hands and latched onto my teammates and I threw them behind me, away from the Cons' grasp.

"What the-" Megatron's words were cut off when I spoke to Ratchet via commlinks, the silver gladiator hearing EVERY. SINGLE. DETAIL. OF. IT.

"Ratchet, open the groundbridge and prepare medbay. Don't wait for me, I'll call for another later, I'm going to have a bloodbath today." I said and ended the transmission.

Seconds later, the groundbridge opened and my teammate went in. Carrying the unconscious leader in, my team said nothing and left me there, knowing full well I'm going to commit a massacre on the Decepticons.

"I'll kill...all of you." I said. Igniting fire on my servos, I slammed them down onto the rocky ground. Within moments, the flat terrain became magma and I made the fiery hot ground to cover the entire crew, smelting them alive. Megatron charged forward, Dark Star Saber in hands as he tried to cleave me, but I was pissed.

I. AM. TIRED.

I stopped his attacks barehanded, catching his jagged blades with my very own servos before igniting it with fire, effective burning to the grounds. I swung my saber onto the silver buckethead, sending him miles off the empty rocky grounds. I could faintly see some flames licking him, courtesy of my sword.

With a murderous glance, I raised my saber up and stabbed it onto the ground, creating a massive earthquake and swallowing almost all of Megatron's troop. Again, I took my fiery sword and stepped forward, optics shining bright I swung it wildly, destroying everything in my path. Massive, fiery waves shot out from my sword as I wreaked havoc, damaging everything and anything close vicinity.

Starscream, Soundwave and Knockout ran off, not forgetting to take their master as they fled the scene, wounded. Shockwave got away too, but I severely injured his arms and blasted his cannons to smithereens. Predaking gave me a look but with a loud thunderous roar from me, the beast tucked tail and flew off, cowardly running back to its master. The Vehicons sadly perished along with the...plants and trees and...everything.

Sorry mother nature, I'm not in the good mood today.

The earthquake stopped but the outcome was...severe. Trees uprooted and ground being lifted up, let's just say I made a damn mess at the place...at least I got the team to safety.

"Cowards." I huffed and called for a groundbridge.

Walking into the base, everyone stared at me silently and steered cleared of my path as I slowly walked back into my room, desperately in need of recharge. My sword clanked onto the ground but I didn't bother to pick it up, leaving it lying on the middle of the main hangar. The door to my berthroom opened and I crashed onto the berth, sleep coming to me in an instance.

Soon, my snores echoed the hallway and everyone lets out a shaky breath.

"Thank Primus that she didn't kick our afts too..." Smokescreen whispered lowly, glancing at the hallway with fear. Bulkhead nodded along, gulping and scooted closer to the smaller bot.

"Yeah, she's fragging scary but really damn strong. I'm so eternally grateful that she's on our side." He muttered softly, once a while peeking out to see if you heard him. Ratchet sighed before turning towards the trio guilty of waking the beast up.

"I don't suppose you guys know how she got up?" Ratchet raised an optic ridge.

"Nope. No idea whatsoever." The three humans said together.

"Please pass our gratitude to (Y/N) when she awakes, Optimus." Arcee said, stretching weakly. Her back hurts but thanks to (Y/N), she came back alive.

All of them came back, ALIVE.

"Will do, rest well team." Optimus said, giving his team a weak nod before facing towards the empty hallway."And thank you (Y/N), for saving us." Optimus added, looking at the sword lying on the ground.

"Yeah, thanks (Y/N)." The whole team muttered softly, not wanting to further disturb your peace but also expressing their gratitude. Their thanks were responded with a soft blow of fire from your room, signalling that you've heard them; loud and clear. Optimus briefly smiled before standing up weakly to face his team.

"Let us rest for now...and make sure (Y/N) don't wake up again until the very next day...for the sake of our lives this time."
