After hanging up the call, sleep was far away from Sophia's hazel woodlands and she kept sitting on the bed, resting her back over headboard, hearing the tick-tock of the clock and thumps of her own heartbeat. Thousands to millions of questions were ruminating in her mind. Is it the right decision, but again what will happen? How far the things may go?
Having a peek out of her window, looking at the dazzling stars smiling back at her like some studded diamonds over velvety wrap, she went on with her muse. When she fell slumbered she didn't even took notice of.
Same goes with Noah but with rush of different emotion, unlike Sophia who was rummaging her mind over confusion. After hanging up the call, he smiled and resting his back in his chair's back post he spoke to himself.
"Finally darling, you are commencing your steps in the right direction." Saying so, he laughed in a thundering voice consequential it to echo around the room.
When morning arrived, Sophia roused even before the alarm rang and taking out white base black stripes knee length dress she went right away to the washroom to clean her up.
Coming out she dressed up, smoothen out her curly silks down using a comb and applied a tint of lip balm to moisten her rosy lips. Coming out of bedroom, she was about to enter kitchen-diner to have a slice of bread before going out when her phone buzzed and looking at screen she found it to be from Noah.
Receiving the call she chirped "Good morning."
"Good morning sweetheart."
As soon as she replied, she heard a reply from the other end.
"I am nestling outside. Come down."
"What? So early." Sophia at once checked the clock and it was still five minutes to half past seven.
"Yes. You also have to go to the gallery. And I am dying from hunger."
"Umm Noah. Actually I applied for a leave of absence from gallery and shop by the help of Charlotte."
Sophia didn't received any response from the other end. Pursing her lips, she thought she should have asked him about if he is free enough to spend time with her.
She opened her mouth to speak again or one can say to fabricate "I will get late for work and some of my days off are still remaining on my hand, so I thought I can ease up on, after having morning meal with you."
Listening to her evasions, his lips curled up and eyes glisten with mirth in them as he let out voiceless laugh.
Instantly as Sophia finished her statement, she heard Noah saying "Or you may relax with me? You may while away your day with me, if you wish to."
Hearing him, Sophia's lips formed in to a beautiful smile brightening her entire face, lifting both the commiserates of her lips and she thought again he read her mind. "I'll be down in five minutes."
She immediately hanged up the call and went back to her bedroom to check herself on the speculum. Getting out of the apartment, after putting her shoes on and using stairs, she went down to find Noah talking to someone over the phone and when he caught sight of Sophia, his mind was blown away after having a glimpse of her. She was looking like a pure little angel, his angel, walking towards him. He was so drowned in devouring in her beauty, that when she waved he didn't paid the heed to it and kept feasting his eyes, not taking them off of her.
And through out the time only one thing was running in his mind that is 'Darling, I am going to ruin you so bad.'
Without saying anything further, he hanged up the call, kept it in his pocket, again continuing his gawk at Sophia like he got all the time in this world and only thing he has.
Sophia felt something off and with amble she approached, and stood at a safe distance from him and kept looking at him. After sometime she spoke delicately, "Sir? Anything wrong."
The way he was laying his eyes on her, he seemed distant to Sophia. Hearing her voice he chuckled and shook his head saying.
"No, come and sit in."
Asserting so he turned back and opened the door of the car to let Sophia get in. Closing the door he went to the other side of the Bugatti Veyron and getting in he pushed the button so as the engine sparked into action.
On the whole of the way, he kept on conversing, sometimes about her work at other time her life. Reaching destination, he unbuckled the seat belt and was about to get out of the car but halting in his steps he turned back to Sophia only to discover her looking at him with her big hazel almonds.
"Don't get out of the car."
"Hmm?" Not getting his point, Sophia asked him.
"After getting out, I'll come to the other side and will open the door, only then step out of it."
He lingered over more than necessary for Sophia to reply but she kept on looking in his grey eyes.
"Am I clear?"
And again remaining wordless, without saying anything she just nodded her head in unsaid agreement.
Looking at her, Noah let out a soft chuckle and pinching her soft creamy cheeks between his arrow finger and thumb he got out of the car and went to the other side and only when he opened the door Sophia got out of the car.
"Good."
He flashed a smile to her only to be returned back by her. Entering Alchemist Coffee Bistro, being followed by Sophia he went straight away to a table and dragging the chair he indicated Sophia to sit on it and sat himself on the other end.
"I have heard this coffee shop to be quite well known and pack." Sophia spoke to Noah looking around.
Hearing Sophia's utter, Noah turned his head so as to look at her.
"Mmm."
Getting his reply Sophia spoke again "But it's almost vacant, only we two are here. I think because it's still early."
"No sweetest, because I booked it."
Sophia's eyes widened and she uttered in state of shock "Whole café?"
Hearing her question Noah didn't answered her but chuckled taking hold of the carte du jour menu from waiter to see what to order.
"Sir but why?"
"Noah." Noah reminded her in a stern voice and she in a low voice repeated after him. "Noah."
"Perfect. Because I wanted it so. Now tell me what do you want to have."
He passed another menu taking it from the server for her to have a look at it. Taking it from his hand, Sophia was still watching him and he was looking down at the list of dishes.
Suddenly she heard "Sophia, sight at the menu."
"Sorry sir." Sophia immediately hung her head getting ashamed at being caught. "Noah, Sophie."
Noah again corrected her covering his eyes using his long thin fingers.
And this time Sophia giggled and looked down at the menu. After an interval, Noah
again asked Sophia "So what do you wish to eat?"
"Anything." Sophia replied regularly.
Exhaling Noah asked again "Suggest something."
She shook her head in her reply.
Looking at her direction he asked for the waiter and when he arrived without looking down he placed orders, as if everything is imprinted in his mind
"Fried potatoes, cottage cheese with fruit, Monte cristae sandwich, Chilaquiles, waffles,
beag-"
"Sir I think that's more than enough for two people." Sophia spoke in between ceasing his continues ordain.
"Noah."
Sighing Sophia repeated him in low voice "Noah."
"Okay, that's enough."
Taking his orders, waiter went off and after he was gone Noah spoke again "So how
were you when I was not here."
"I was doing fine."
"You didn't answered me?"
Confused Sophia asked Noah "What answer?"
"Did you miss me?"

Realizing Sophia went scarlet and answered him with a question itself "When did you
set foot on Norfolk?"
Grinning Noah replied in hilarity "Five in the morning."
"Wow, did had rest?" Sophia asked again.
"I found my tranquillity, when my eyes caught sight of you Sophia."
Sophia reddened and laid her line of sight down "My mind is at solitude now."
"Sir please stop saying-"
"Noah Sophia Noah."
She stopped talking and remained silent. Noah spoke again "You were about to tell me something."
She raised her head and looked into his grey eyes thinking how can someone treat her so precious, with so much of circumspection. Sure he will be the one to take care of her, complete her other half and might fill the void she had after being left alone.
"Noah actually I have something to confess."
"Hmm."
With all patience he got, holding it in his hand, Noah waited for her to answer and finally Sophia gathering all the courage from every corner of her heart uttered looking directly into his gunmetal eyes.
"I would-I would like to take things further Noah."
Noah had already envisaged this scenario thousands of times in his mind, how it would feel when she will finally accept him, give this relationship a whirl, but in all of his imaginations he never felt anything special but, in contradistinction hearing it from her vary own mouth, hearing her pouring her heart out, he felt surge of emotions came running to his heart, increasing his heartbeat to maximum.
Out of many vehemence, one of it he felt was happiness, probably more of winning her heart than of now have his all rights over her. And more than that he felt guilt, culpability of deceiving this innocent angel but, again his Satan over powered him and his mind ran in other direction where he thought he will be one fulfilling her every wish in return and getting his desires satisfied.
A smile crept over Noah's lips and replied to Sophia "Thank you Sophia for giving me
a chance."
This brought a bright beam over Sophia's face and she again heard him "So you like
me?"
Sophia's eyes widened. Confessing itself was a big stepping stone for Sophia and to accept that she likes him will be another big boulder for a girl, who have never been in any kind of intimate relationship.
She was in a great predicament and on time waiter arrived with several dishes that Noah had ordered. Thanking God for saving her from answering this question, Sophia exhaled almost audible to Noah, who chuckled in amusement hearing her. "Dig in."
They had there breakfast and after eating to brim Sophia didn't had energy as well
wish to move even an inch. But some how to save her honour. She didn't made it obvious in front of Noah.
Settling in the car Noah asked Sophia "So where do you want to go next."
"Wherever you will lead the way to."
"Oh Sophie."
Saying so Noah smiled and asked her again "How about movie?"
"Fine by me?"
"Amusement park?"
And Sophia beamed up and replied enthusiastically "I would love it." Smiling, he droved at the direction of Surge Amusement Park.
Getting there passes, they went in and started to get on different ride like carousel, log rides, bumper cars and many more. When they entered the haunted mansion, Sophia held Noah's hand tightly and clanged firmly to him which made him think 'If you cling so close to me I won't restrain myself.'
But some how controlling his urges he went on.
When they finally felt hunger pangs over their stomach, they had a small stroll to nearby cafeteria. While walking there, he finally asked Sophia "So this is the first time you are dating?"
Sophia simply nodded her head in response.

Smirking he replied "Mine too."
She looked at him although she was aware of the fact that he have never been in any
intimate relationship though had kind of sexual interest with others but she thought he must have at least dated someone.
"I am happy and satisfied to be here."
This time he was genuine while saying so.
After having done with amusement park, when evening arrived, Noah took Sophia to
watch movie and after that to have the dinner.
Standing outside her building, he bid her goodbye.
"See you tomorrow."
Sophia gave a sweet smile and answered "Thank you sir for today."
"Noah."
"Noah. Thank you for today, I had fun after a long time. It was a kind of diversion for me."
"You'll have anything you wish for darling." Noah spoke without giving a thought, whatever came in his mind.
Not understanding his statement Sophia requestioned him.
"Sorry?"
"Nothing go in." Noah indicated Sophia with his head to move on.
"After you."
"Sophia, first you go. I am a grown up go."
Hearing him Sophia laughed out loud and replied "I have been alone for two years
now."
"But not now. Go" Noah replied stubbornly and waited for her to enter the building.
Hearing him Sophia's cheek spread with crimson red and nodded her head saying "Goodbye Noah."
"Goodbye Sophie."
Turning her way she was about to walk in direction of her building, but felt a tug over her arms and twirling she spine a whole round before her chest collapsed with a hard wall like and soft pair of lips fell over her lips causing her widened eyes to meet with a pair of silvery glass.
All this happened in a snap of second, preventing her mind to register anything, repercussioning her heart pace to upshot increase many folds and in between of all these she closed shut her eyes tightly.
Suddenly the softest pair of lips started to move against her lips but she remained unmoved, still.
After some time Noah separated himself from his enthralling diva and looked for
seconds at Sophia with hint of merriment in his sinful eyes.
"Open your eyes darling."
This caused her to take few seconds while she slowly flapped her lashes and open the
most beautiful pair of hazel orbs Noah have ever caught sight of. As soon as her eyes
met with his', he spoke again.
You forgot to give me goodbye kiss."
And saying so, he again collapsed his lips with her soft one's.
