27: Firm Conviction

There are numerous trials to deal with;

The heart is shaking but when I place my trust in Him alone,

I find firm conviction in the truth that brighter days are ahead

For those who hope in His grace and serve Him with utmost happiness.

And so I shall strive to renew my way of life;

Leaving the old ways behind to do what is right

Before the holy sight of the One Who created me,

For His glory, honor, and praise; a servant of His, I am unworthy.

Indeed, He shall strengthen me in this journey;

That I may endure until the very end,

That the obstacles that threaten to hinder my path to eternal life

Will only lead me closer to God and Jesus Christ.
