This earth is not my true home;
There is a heaven where true peace resides;
In spite of the pain that I experience on this earth,
My heart lies with God, the Creator Who provides;
For I know that those who obey Him every day
With an intention to bring glory unto His Most Holy Name
Will be blessed not only in this life but most importantly
In the future where a blessing awaits those who serve Him faithfully,
This blessing is greater than any treasure in this world;
It yields a vow of promising happiness where you will sing
Praises unto the Lord Almighty God; this blessing
I shall anticipate until the very day Christ Jesus returns
When I along with the other chosen ones will have won their sojourn;
All because of His grace, love, and mercy,
I am saved from punishment; He has helped me to see the light
In the truth of His Word, so pristine,
That I may reconcile with Him through Jesus Christ, renewing a hope for the blissful everlasting life.
