God has a promise to deliver us
From the hands of the evil one;
Let us continue to place our faith
In Him, for when tribulations we face,
The only Ones Who can help us
Are our Father in heaven and the Begotten Son;
Where people make promises only to break them,
The Lord Almighty God and the Lord Jesus Christ;
They will be our strength,
Whom we will serve as long as we still have life.
