“Nonsense, will having a child hurt her?” cried Elizabeth angrily.

Theresa closed her eyes. She knew that day would come after the doctor explained everything. But she hadn’t expected to be faced with this so soon.

She opened her eyes and gave Armand a slow look, “Let’s get a divorce…”

“I will not divorce you!” Armand quickly interrupted and knelt down in front of her, “I will not listen or do what she said, I will never betray you.” Theresa smiled coldly, an icy, pathetic smile.

“What’s the point of saying all this now, can it solve the problem?” Theresa had finally realized, “It was my fault all along.”

Her eyelashes trembled, holding back tears in her eyes. “You, you’re bad luck for me and I’ve fallen into your trap, twice.”

“Theresa…” Armand took her hand, “Trust me…”

Dolores couldn’t imagine the kind of life Theresa had had. It must be a hard life in these kinds of circumstances. No wonder Armand moved in with Theresa.

She shot a glance at Armand and fixed her gaze on Elizabeth. “Regardless of how this ends today, there is something I wish to say.”

Armand glanced at Dolores.

Elizabeth dared not give a direct look into Dolores’ eyes, for she knew that Theresa was the biggest victim of this. But there had to be an heir for the Bernie Family, she couldn’t accept the fact that Armand could remain childless.

“She was pregnant with Armand’s child once and that bastard didn’t appreciate it! How did she lose the baby?”

Dolores glared at Armand, “Armand, do you know how she lost the baby?”

Armand lowered his head and his body shuddered at hearing that.

“How did he end up like this? She’s suffering more than anyone else here because she’s a woman who can’t have her child, have you tried to understand her?” This question was directed at Armand, but it was meant for Elizabeth.

“Who is to blame for the loss of her baby and her face shattered by an explosion? Who is to blame for today’s outcome?” Dolores asked mercilessly, “Not many can survive what she had and go on to live a healthy life. She is strong and brave enough to accept Armand back into her life. “Hey.” Elizabeth expected Dolores to advise Armand for her, but her speech was full of sarcasm towards her, she was infuriated, “You must not take Theresa with you.”
