Armand Bernie was not impetuous. He didnât want to question anything; he just wanted to ask where Dolores Flores and Theresa Gordon had gone, when it would be that she would recover, so he could be prepared.
Boyce Shawn had stayed with him since yesterday.
He had already figured that out. He wanted to atone and repent for his mistakes, but he had to wait for Theresaâs body to recover. If he insisted that Theresa forgive him now, it would only upset her and affect her recovery. His only wish now was for Theresa to fully recover her body and her appearance.
âIâm very lucid.â Armand sketched a wry smile. He looked at Boyce who was pursuing him head on. He placed his palms on his shoulder, and not much was said.
A glance between two men was enough.
Boyce also held his shoulder, and said comfortingly, âIf you have thought clearly, then I am relieved.â
These days, Armand made him worry, and now that he could think clearly it gave him much relief.
âDolores.â Armandâs voice was a little low, and in front of Dolores, he felt guilty.
Dolores looked at how he had probably understood, and said, âDonât worry. When she recovers, Iâll tell you where she is.â
Armand nodded, then said to Dolores earnestly, âIâll leave her to you.â
âDonât worry. Iâll take good care of her.â Dolores knew that Armand had been thinking clearly, and was greatly comforted.
âGet yourself fixed up during this period of time,â Dolores said deeply.
Armand understood what Dolores had meant, and said, âPhoebe Lewis is my first love. Her sudden appearance made me panic, which she took advantage of to hurt Theresa. I know this has all been caused by me. When she recovers, I will atone with her.â
Dolores didnât want to meddle in their relationship issues.
Relationship issues were between two people. Outsiders could only suggest, but could not make any decisions.
âAfter sheâs well, talk to her,â Dolores said, âCome on.â
She still planned to return to the store, and itâs time for Matthew Nelson to return to the company.
Leaving the airport, Matthew opened the car door for Dolores to get in the car, âTo the company?â
Dolores sat in the car, buckled her seat belt and said, âNo. Iâm going to the store.â
Supposedly, she wanted to write an article about the watered gauze, but because of the matter involving Jeffery Harris, she could only put it aside temporarily.
The store business could only barely keep up. At this time, I needed an eye-catching job to make the B-town LEO Corporation known to the public again.
Since the store opened, there were a few things that happened to him, and they were not handled much. If he didnât come up with a plan to fix it, it could affect the reputation of the LEO Corporation.
The car pulled up in front of the store. As Dolores opened the door to get out, Matthewâs phone rang.
She turned her head, âYou answer the call; Iâll come to the store.â
The Harris Familyâs number appeared on the phone screen. Normally, only Jeffery looked it up. He looked at Dolores, âIâll pick you up later in the evening.â
Dolores smilingly said yes, and headed for the store.
Matthew answered the knock, but his eyes focused on the slender figure heading for the door.
âMatthew, do you have time to do me a favor?â He heard Jefferyâs voice.
Jeffery rarely asked Matthew for help with anything. This was the first time heâd asked him, and Matthew naturally didnât refuse.
âTell me.â
âGo to the Regal Hotel, room 808, and find someone to get me something. Just mention my name to the person inside, and sheâll know.â
It just so happened that the Regal Hotel was on its way back to the company. Normally, for these kinds of matters, he would let Abbott Baron help him get it.
Since he is on his way, he would go by himself.
After arriving, he went to find room 808, and rang the doorbell.
Immediately, the door opened.
