Chapter 148: #149

Notes from the MindWords: 741

I deleted all my unsent letters.

I deleted all my unsaid words.

I deleted my notes I kept for us to track the shows we watched.

I deleted my notes I kept for us to track the games we played.

I deleted my past heartbroken, desperate and obsessive words that no longer align with my peace.

But I did need all that. It wasn't as if it was for nothing.

I can't keep holding onto the past while I'm trying to move forward. You can't keep holding me back.

I do still give an extra twist on the bottle cap of the 2 liter bottles of Coke. I still think about needing to wash my hands after eating because my hands smell. I still say "Oh em gee" and "Did I do that?".

I take little pieces of joy with me. And I'm leaving the broken, dark ones behind.
