"Henry, please dont die on me, please, please." hailey wept seeing her bestfriend bleeding. Even though she was also hurt, she couldn't care less. The Lamborghini urus that he was driving was now upside and the car that swerved into them was aiming for henry. henry was bleeding and his arm was dislocated, which scared the fuck out of hailey.
hailey, who was stuck on the door began to open her half burnt purse and took out her phone that was cracked she called one of emergency hospital contacts .
"please come, my my bestfriend and I are in a car, that's going to explode any minute now, please come." she said calmly and sleep over took her.
"what the fuck? WHERS HENRY,WHERES HENRY?" hailey asked as soon as she woke up and noticed she was in the hospital.
"ma'am im gonna need you to relax, before we sedate you." the nurse who barged in the room said and tried to hold hailey down.
"bitch" hailey screamed and slapped the nurse against her face.
"nurse, its okay." a voice said that was standing on the door frame of hailey's room.
"I hate my job." the nurse said and left letting the doctor come in and check on hailey.
"doc, take me to henry's room" hailey said as the doctor was observing her.
"ma'am, you just woke up from a coma, I think its best-"
"I think its best you let me see him before I shove you weak ass excuse up your ass." hailey threatened the doctor and the doctor who was done with the check, chuckled and began to remove the needles in her hand.
"since you aren't strong enough to walk, I will put you in a wheel chair." he said and began to help her sit in the chair.
"thank you, and uhm can I have my phone, I need to check up on someone." she said as the doc began to push her.
"okay."
after the doctor had left her in henrys room, she couldn't help but break down at seeing henry's head wrapped around with blood stained bandages, she remembered all the bad things they were screaming towards each other, their partners had created a rift between them because they thought hailey and henry were lowkey fucking each other but that wasn't the case.
"henry, please I cant lose you, what would Sanele and I do without you?" she said wheeling herself over to him and held his hand.
"im sorry, please after my own family shut away from me, you were there." she said mixing her tears with snot.
"GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY WAY!" a voice boomed, scaring hailey a little, but her attention was on henrys faint breaths.
"sir, we cant let-" a nurse said but the door was bust down opened, with so much force that it fell down. Hailey shrieked out of her wheel chair and looked at the figure that had broken into the room.
"that's my brother you assholes, now shoo" Micah said and haileys heart dropped to her ass. noone wants to meet their ex whilst they look like absolute shit. OF alll the times, she had to see her ex, after 5 years, sitting in a wheel chair with snot running down her face.
"sir, who will fix our door?" the big nurse said, who was the senior nurse spoke looking at micah who was staring at hailey, like she was a piece of gold.
"fuck." he said not taking his eyes off of her. He the diverted his attention from hailey and looked at the figure lying in bed. "wake your bitch ass up." micah said looking at henry, but he was unresponsive.
"what did this bitch do to you? I told you stay away from her crazy ass but you didn't wanna listen to me, talking about 'oh shes a wonderful person'. A WONDERFUL PERSON MY ASS." he increased his voice levels at the end, his new british accent coming out and he looked at hailey.
"DONT FUCKING START WITH ME." hailey shouted from her seat.
"what ever snotty face." he said, like those rich british men. This was bad time for hailey to be finding his voice attractive.
"sir we need to-"
"you, and your little minions, get out of my face, before I burn this whole building down, with you all in it." he said looking at the elderly nurses. The nurses were about to turn their heels to leave but he stopped them.
"transport my brother to another room, with a door this time." he said and the nurses, with fear, began to start pushing henrys bed to another room. as they left with henrys body, hailey began to wheel herself towards the nurses and micah pushed back her wheel chair, pushing in futher away from the door.
"UGH!" she groaned in agony.HE WAS THE WORST.

"you see female friends are whack." micah said, sitting on the side of henrys bed. He had ordered the nurse to let him clean henrys wounds, on his face and hands. well he had to threaten him. hailey was in the corner of the room, on her phone talking to her housekeeper, mrs Shabalala. She rolled her eyes everytime micah said a mean comment about her. but she removed her attention from the phone when she began to hear sincerity in micah's voice.
"you've been my friend, ever since pre school. even though I hated how nice you were to me, you still kept with my bullshit. even when you wake up, I might never say this again, unless its your funeral but I love you bro. This shit making me feel gay." he said wiping the cheekbone wound and put the bandage on it.
"you gay as fuck mane." a horse voice said scaring the shit out of the ex couple. they began to hear a dry laugh and they reliefed, seeing that henry had woken up.
"you see why I dont tell you shit." micah said throwing the cloth, he used to wipe micah on the tray full of dressing wound medicines.
"I love yall too." he said and began to drink the water hailey had offered him.
"who fucked you so hard, that you cant walk? was it Themba?" he asked teasing her causing hailey to give him the middle finger. micah arched his eyebrow in confusion and made a mental note to ask luu for information about haileys dating life.
"it was you!" hailey said and slapped his arm
"your car crushed my legs," she said causing him to frown.
"oh yeah, I remember and I also remember what you said to me." he said now frowning and his face showed sadness.
"you hurt me first." she said frowning too, thinking of the insult he said to her.
"well, what I was told adds up." he said and looked away from her.
" ugh stop it already." micah said annoyed.
"shut up mister brizzy." henry said but began to doze off. " damn guys, these drugs are-" he said and went back to sleep, this act caused hailey to panic and she began to press the emergency button whilst screaming for the doctors name. A crew of of the hospital staff came and pushed hailey out of the room along with micah. Henrys heart rate was starting to decreasing.
"Miss Hailey and Mr Mahlangu, thank you for waiting, howver it seems as if your brother slipped into a coma." the male doctor said, not failing to check out hailey.
"but we were talking to him just a while ago." she whispered and micah kept clenching his jaw regularly
"yes its common, for such to occur, maybe what you guys may have said, may have triggered his system to shut down. hopefully this coma will be temporary, but have faith." the doctor said and smiled at hailey who was looking at her hand, letting the tears drop.
"you have faith too my man, we are getting a new doctor." micah said wiping the smile off of the doctors face.
"sir-"
"sir nothing, now go away." he said and the guy ran off. Micah stood up from his seat and began to push hailey to her room. as he arrived at her room, he didn't bother to enter the room and just left her at the doorstep and left the hospital. He needed to smoke.
