I had a pleasant afternoon shopping with Silvia. I really needed it too. I really had to put my mind elsewhere for a while. I'm not very good at putting my feelings for Kimberly aside at the moment. I've never been the jealous type, but it was hard for me to see her having to kiss that Patrick Jonkers. I know it's not real, but still. Fortunately, shopping has helped me that I didn't just think about Kimberly for a while. As always, I bought way too much. Silvia and I are now in the taxi on our way to the hotel. If all goes well, Kimberly and Sem are already there waiting for us to have dinner with the four of us. "I warn you in advance that Kimberly will want you to show everything". I shake my head. "I'm really not going to do that." Silvia starts laughing. "I'll bet on it. She will continue to whine until you agree. I gave up on having that discussion with her a long time ago." I sigh. "I shouldn't have bought anything," I say with a smile. "Well, at least that way we know what we have to do for the rest of the evening". About ten minutes later we arrive at the hotel.
We quickly take our stuff to the rooms and then join Kimberly and Sem in the restaurant. "Have you been able to succeed a little?" asks Kimberly as soon as we sit down at the table. "I was actually able to restrain myself, but Julia succeeded quite well". Kimberly looks at me with a smile after Silvia says that. "Good, then we have a fashion show tonight". Silvia starts laughing. "Is that really necessary?". Kimberly nods with a big smile on her face. "I'll see if I feel like it later. How did it go for you?" Sem has a big smile on his face. He immediately starts telling whole stories about what he has been able to help with. It's really nice to hear how much he had a good time. Kimberly grabs my hand under the table. When I look at her I see a beautiful smile on her face. "Sem, can you help me to get some more drinks". I'm shocked when I hear Silvia say that. I was dreaming in Kimberly's eyes for a moment. After Silvia and Sem have stood up I look at Kimberly again. She still has that beautiful smile on her face. "What?". She shrugs. "I'm just glad you came this weekend." That also puts a smile on my face. "Me too. I also wish we could have stayed longer." The smile on Kimberly's face is gone. "I'm going to miss you." I give her a kiss on her forehead. "I'll miss you too, but luckily we still have all evening and night". I rest my head against her shoulder. Kimberly starts playing with my fingers. "Julia?". The moment Kimberly says it, Sem and Silvia arrive back at the table again. I look at Kimberly questioningly. To which she shakes her head. I think she wanted to say something that wasn't meant for anyone else's ears. I'll have to remember to ask her about it when we get back to the room.
After dinner we go upstairs together. "Sem, you go with Kimberly to her room. She has a PlayStation there. Then you can have fun there while Julia and I get ready in my room for the fashion show ". Silvia says it with a big smile on her face. I try to look at her angrily, but I can't help but put a smile on my face. Kimberly doesn't know how fast she has to get my bags out of her room. "You're really looking forward to this, aren't you?" Kimberly nods when I ask her with a laugh. "Now hurry up". She just doesn't push me to Silvia's room.
Silvia really made a whole project out of it. She even did my makeup and hair. I must admit that I really like it. "Am I really going to do this?". Silvia laughs as we walk together to Kimberly's room. "I'm afraid you'll sleep on the couch tonight if you change your mind now." I shake my head with a smile. I also think Kimberly would be really disappointed if I said now that I'm not going to do it after all. I'm starting to get a little nervous when Silvia knocks on Kimberly's door. Not much later Sem opens the door. "She's ready for it," he says with a smile on his face. As soon as I step into the room, Kimberly's eyes are immediately on me. It feels really good how she is looking at me. Judging by her eyes, she likes what she sees.
I really bought too much. I just changed for the umpteenth time. Every time I came back into the room Kimberly couldn't take her eyes off me. Even now that I'm entering the room again, she looks at me from bottom to top. It makes me feel really warm inside. I spin around one last time and then look at her with a smile. "This was it. Now it's your turn". Kimberly looks at me questioningly. "I also picked something for you. It is waiting for you in Silvia's room". Silvia doesn't know how fast she has to get up. "You're not kidding?" I shake my head at Kimberly. "Now come on. Even I can't wait to see you in it." Silvia says it laughing. She knows what I got for Kimberly. Silvia says she's never seen Kimberly in a dress before and is really curious what Kimberly will think off it. I'm especially curious what I'm going to think of seeing Kimberly in it. "You didn't buy me a clown suit, did you?" I laugh when Kimberly asks me after she stands up anyway. "Do not be afraid. I also thought of myself when I bought this". I give her a wink. This puts a beautiful smile on her face.
"Mom I'm going to sleep". Kimberly and Silvia have just left the room when I hear Sem say that. I turn to him. In fact, he's been playing on the Playstation all the time. Every now and then he looked up from the screen to see what I was wearing. "Okay sweetheart. Did you have a nice day today?". He nods with a big smile on his face. "It was really fun on set. Kim also allows me to come with her more often in the Netherlands". I walk over to him and give him a hug. "Then we'll just have to agree on that once we're all back. For now sleep well. Maybe tomorrow we will have a little time to visit the set before we have to catch our flight". After Sem has gone to his room I pour myself a glass of wine. Then I change and take a seat on the couch. There I wait for Kimberly to come back.
After more than half an hour I finally hear the door open. As soon as Kimberly walks my way I don't know what I see. "Wow". Kimberly has a nervous smile on her face. "Yeah? Do you really like it?" I gesture for her to spin around. "You are really beautiful Kimberly". I see her blush. "Thank you," she says softly. She is nervously pulling on the dress. "I just can't really get used to it yet," she says with a laugh. "Then it might be time for you to do it." I give her a wink. She shakes her head with a smile. "I will save this one for a special occasion, but otherwise you won't see me in a dress. Now I'm going to get ready for bed." I get up and shake my head. Kimberly looks at me questioningly. As soon as I take off my bathrobe she gets a beautiful smile on her face. Earlier I had put on my bikini. Without saying anything I walk to the jacuzzi. "Looks like it's not bedtime yet. I'll be right there." I look back at Kimberly with a smile. "Or would you rather go to sleep?". I get a big smile on my face when Kimberly shakes her head hard.
Within a few minutes Kimberly joins me in the jacuzzi. Yesterday we sat across from each other, but now Kimberly sits next to me. "We should do this more often." I look at her with a smile. "What?". She shrugs. "These kinds of quality moments. Like yesterday and today". I rest my head against her shoulder, mainly to hide my big smile. "Please. I really enjoyed this weekend". Kimberly puts her arm around me. She puts her lips to my head for a while. I turn slightly so that I can put my arm over her belly. Kimberly comes forward to lift my legs and puts them over hers. She rests her hand on my leg. We sit like this for at least half an hour without saying a word. To enjoy this moment. I also feel like we are both deep in thought. My thoughts are mainly with the moments of this weekend. It is really clear that we have really missed each other these past two weeks. Normally we only have our cuddle moment when we watch TV or we sleep together. For the past two days we seem to be unable to keep our hands off each other. We take every possible moment to be as close as possible to each other. I don't really know what to feel about it. I really enjoy it, but it also makes it difficult. Moments like this make it increasingly difficult to continue to see it as a friendship. I'm afraid I'm going to hurt myself if I keep doing it like this, but as long as I'm still enjoying it I can't help it.
I didn't sleep very well. I've been busy in my head. I also enjoyed having Kimberly in my arms for as long as possible. I'm really going to miss her again for the next two weeks, but I think it's good that I don't see her for a while. Maybe I can put my feelings aside a bit. Kimberly left for the set very early this morning. That's where Sem and I are now on our way. We can stay there for about an hour and a half before we have to go to the airport. Actually I didn't want to go, but I can't do that to Sem. He was so happy that we could go for a while.
As soon as Kimberly sees us walking she gets a beautiful smile on her face. I shake my head with a smile when it makes her do the scene all over again. "Hey Sem. Good to have you here. I could use your help." Sem is immediately taken away by one of the crew members. Looks like he can help with the lighting. I see Silvia sitting at a table a little further on and walk over to her. She looks at me for a moment when I take a seat opposite her. "Did you sleep last night?". I shrug. "Hardly". She looks at me a little concerned. "What is going on?". I give her a small smile. "I have a lot on my mind, but I will be fine". Silvia stands up. "If you want to talk about it, you know where to find me. For now I know what you need," she says as she walks away.
From where I sit I can see how Kimberly is doing. I'm glad to see that she seems to be getting through the scenes well now. Not much later Silvia sits down with me again and hands me a cup of coffee. "I did need that one," I say with a smile. "I thought so. If you're ever ready to talk about it, I'm here for you." I look at her with a smile. "Thank you". Silvia has also become a really good friend. Kimberly has already told me that Silvia has a good sense of how someone is doing. Silvia and I have already talked about my past several times. That was always automatic. The fact that she now says she will be there for me when I'm ready shows that she realizes that I don't want to talk about it. "Have you a long day today?". Silvia shakes her head. "I think they will be ready in an hour, so if all goes well we can go with you and Sem to the airport. When it's dark tonight, Kimberly has to filming a few more scenes." I shake my head. "I really don't understand how she can keep up with such hours." Silvia looks at me with a smile. "Kimberly is really exhausted at the end of such filming periods. I also always have to plan at least a week off afterwards. She really needs that to recover. Normally during that period she goes to one of her holiday homes to do nothing at all. I just don't know what she's going to do now." I look at her questioningly. "What do you mean?". Silvia shrugs. "Usually Kimberly already indicates where she is going before then. So I can arrange for the house she wants to go to be ready for her arrival. Now she hasn't said anything to me. I think she will stay home this time and think she has been away from home long enough." I hope she stays home by then. Otherwise I will have to miss her even longer. I get what Silvia says that Kimberly needs that time to recover. She really works ridiculous hours here.
Kimberly indeed finished filming on time and was able to accompany us to the airport. We still have ten minutes to say goodbye. I am really not looking forward to going back to the Netherlands. Kimberly looks at me and seems to understand. "We'll be right back". She says it to Silvia and Sem. Kimberly takes my hand. "Where are we going?". She looks at me with a small smile. "To a quiet place". Not much later we arrive at a small corner where no one is. Kimberly doesn't know how fast to wrap her arms around me for a tight hug. I think it's a good thing I'm up against a wall, because otherwise I think I would have fallen over. I wrap my arms around her too. "I'm going to miss you so much," I whisper in her ear. "I'll miss you too," she says with a sigh. We stand like this for several minutes. "I really have to go." Kimberly puts her forehead against mine. I see tears in her eyes. "We will see each other again in a little less than two weeks. It is even shorter than the first part, so we can do this". She nods with a small smile on her face. We stare at each other for a while. Every now and then I see Kimberly's eyes wandering to my lips. After the umpteenth time I give her a small nod. She immediately puts her lips against mine. I close my eyes and try really hard to contain myself. After a few seconds of having her lips against mine, Kimberly steps away from me completely. When she turns around, I grab her by the arm. She looks at me questioningly. She also has a look in her eyes that I can't quite read. I put my other hand on her neck and pull her back towards me. I put my lips on Kimberly's and I can't manage not to move my lips this time. Kimberly immediately responds by grabbing my hips and pulling me closer to her. I don't know what's going through my mind, just that it feels great. "Shit," I say softly as we separate after I don't know how long. We both look everywhere except at each other. It felt really great, but I can kick myself now. Even though Kimberly kissed me back I'm really afraid I've destroyed a friendship now. "Sorry I don't know what came over me. Please forget it". I see Kimberly nod slightly and walks away. "You have to catch your flight," she says softly. Without saying anything I follow her back to Silvia and Sem.
As soon as we get to Silvia and Sem I see how Silvia looks at us. I try not to pay attention to it and walk on to Sem. I put an arm over his shoulders. "It's time to go". He sighs and walks over to Kimberly. They give each other a big hug. I keep seeing Silvia looking back and forth between Kimberly and me. When Kimberly and Sem let go of each other, Kimberly finally looks at me again. "See you in two weeks?". She gives me a small nod. "See you in two weeks". Then she turns and walks away. I have to try really hard to hold back my tears. I really screwed up. Silvia walks over to me and gives me a hug. "Have you had a fight?" she whispers in my ear. "I did something stupid, but it will be okay." At least I hope so. Silvia lets go of me and looks at me questioningly. To which I shake my head. "Keep your eye on Kimberly for me." She gives me a small smile. "Of course. Whatever it was that just happened between the two of you, I'm sure it will work out. I've known Kimberly longer than today and the behavior she's showing right now isn't out of anger. She clearly needs some time to think about something." I nod understandingly. "Thank you. I also give her all the time to do that. But now I unfortunately have to catch my flight". I really hope Kimberly can forget about it and we can keep our friendship. I really can't live without her.
