Reshma - How sweet! And now, you tell me something special about you. Aman - I am a book lover. I love reading books.Reshma - Oh, that’s good. You are a teacher, that's why you love reading books.Aman - Haha! Who told you that? Reshma - It’s obvious, dude!Aman - Well, up to now, I haven’t seen any government teacher who loves to read books! Haha! All they want to do is just one thing. Reshma - What? Aman - Sitting idle and talking on the phone. Hehe! She laughed aloud and said, “Yes, you are right. Haha! People want government jobs because they want to sit idle and get a huge amount of money every first of month.”Aman - True. But it’s very bad though.Reshma - Yeah, it’s bad. Do you think it can ever be changed. Aman - Haha! I don’t think so. Reshma - Reason? Aman - Have you seen any coaching centre in your life?Reshma - Yes. Aman - Have you seen herds of students over there? Reshma - Yeah, hehe. Aman - Have you ever asked them why they are preparing for competitive exams? Reshma - What’s the need of asking? I already know that. Aman - Then tell me. Reshma - They want to get a government job. Aman - No! Reshma - Then what? Aman - Because they don’t want to work. Aspiring to become a government employee has become synonymous with getting a salary for doing nothing. Actually, people don’t want to work, that’s why they prepare for the government jobs exam. There is no other reason! Reshma - You are right.   Aman - What do you think? Are those students studying day in and day out just because they want to do social service? Had they wanted to do any social service, they would have joined any NGOs. But they didn’t. They came here, studying day and night because they believe that one day they will secure a government job for themselves and then they will be paid every month and they don’t even have to get up from their chair!Reshma - Haha! It’s very funny but I agree with this reality. Aman - Oh gosh! Which topic you have touched! I feel like speaking more and more on this topic. Reshma - Yeah, yeah, sure. You can speak. I will be glad to listen about your department. Hehe!I said with a smile, “Okay, fine. I am going to tell you. Please listen it very carefully because you are not going to get first hand information about government jobs anywhere on the internet. It’s only me who is going to tell you about its reality.”Reshma - You are raising my curiosity now! Please tell me soon. I can’t wait any more. Aman - Hehe! You know what, in my school the head teacher is illiterate!Reshma - What! What are you saying? How can a head teacher be illiterate? There must be some educational criteria for the selection of a head teacher. Aman - Oh ho! I mean to say that though he has done post graduation, he is not worth any task in the government job. He doesn’t know about anything. I mean to say he doesn’t even know how to use a computer! Nowadays, even government jobs have become computerized but he doesn’t even know A,B,C of a computer! And he is so lazy that he is not even trying to learn how to operate a computer!Reshma - Oh, really? I can’t believe that. Aman - It’s also unbelievable for me! How can he be so insincere in his duties?Reshma - Duties? Does he even not do his duties? I laughed, “Haha! He doesn’t even know about abc of his duties! He is so stupid man! I am running short of words!”She giggled, “Please tell me what does he do? My curiosity is on the peak now. I want to know about him. He must be behaving very funny!”Aman - Yeah, if you ask me then I will say his behaviour is super stupid!Reshma - Haha! Aman - You know what, hmm…. First let me tell you the context, only then will you be able to understand. In my job, our department or say the government sends us letters on our whats app group. We daily have to read those letters and act according to that. We have to implement each and every instruction as written in the letter.Reshma - Hmm…Aman - And these instructions are meant for the head teacher. Reshma - Hmm…Aman - And you know what, whenever such letters come, normally such letters come daily, when these letters come, you know what he does?Reshma - What? Aman - Sitting beside me in the staff room, he forwards each and every letter to me and asks me to read all those letters!Reshma - But why? Aman - Because he is too lazy to read!Reshma - Really? Aman - Yeah! It’s the only reality!Reshma - Oh my god!Aman - And see, such a lazy fellow is getting ninety thousand rupees per month. Wow!Reshma - Oh my God! Such a waste of money!Aman - Yes, fully waste. And he doesn’t even do his documentary work like maintaining cash books, ledger books of schools. Actually, he does nothing! Nothing at all! He is just rubbish! A trash! A shameless fellow!Reshma - Haha! You are cursing him!Aman - Hehe! He deserves my cursing because all of his work, I have to do along with my work. And you can’t believe what I am going to say now. Reshma - Go ahead!Aman - He is a prize winner. The district authorities have awarded him the best teacher award!Reshma - What!Aman - Yes. I don’t know how it happened? But it’s the worst thing that could happen in my department. And I have never seen up to now any genuine teacher getting awarded. Reshma - Oh, it’s really bad. Aman - And even funny. The scenario of a government school is really very bad. Teachers are on phones and the students are talking. The head teacher is taking tea unaware of the activities happening in the school. And if in any school, a teacher like me is present then the whole work is dumped on him!(It will be so nice of you, if you leave at least a single word comment 🌺❇️🌹🌺❇️)
