Like I've said before, this belongs to L0VEmanguito, don't steal it or take it for your own use.

Q: If you had the ability to learn and master a new skill, what would you want to do?

-----

-Senku's POV-

"Now that we've established the line, we need to head back. We have to come up with some plan to get the petrification ray," said Senku.

"And the one holding the weapon is the ferocious fighter, Kirisame..." Soyuz nervously stated, remembering the fight between her and Kohaku.

With his arms crossed, the scientist replied, "Yeah, so walking up to her and taking it is ten billion percent asking for trouble. She knows how valuable it is, so the only time when she's not holding it is in that one moment!"

Gen suddenly had a fearful look on his face. "You mean that moment?! When she throws it to activate it?!"

Haru raised a brow as they asked, "How the heck are we gonna get it then? If we try taking it, we'll just be statues!"

"Kukuku..." Senku smirked. "That's why, on this primitive island, we're gonna make a drone!"

Both the mentalist and and young teenager's mouths dropped in shock. For one, that was the last thing they'd ever expect to make since flying technology is extremely advanced.

"Can't we just make a sling and rope and be good to go...?" The mentalist questioned.

"No. We need to avoid a tug-of-war at all costs," the green-haired man reminded them.

"Right...guess we gotta go then," Gen sighed as he started heading down the cliff side with the group. Suika and Soyuz quickly raced down to quickly get to the Sapphire caves.

Senku called out to Haru as they were going down with the others, "Oi, brat."

As Haru heard that, they turned their head in annoyance to the nickname. They slowed down to make sure they walked side-by-side with the scientist to listen. The child demanded, "What do you want, science guy?"

With a serious tone of voice, he said, "Give me intel on what happened during the selection. How much of a threat are these guys? Do you think you, the lioness, or (Y/N) can handle them?"

Haru thought about it, then explained, "Harem selection went fine. Senpai's magic and the villagers were able to convince Ibara to pick her. That creep kept insisting that I'd join too, but senpai had to step in. As a threat, I can tell that the Moz guy is strong as hell. He was able to stop Kohaku-san from breaking the minister's arm using his spear."

"She almost broke his arm?" Senku was flabbergasted by what the child had told him.

"Because he was gonna assault her. Senpai seemed to notice too. We're lucky the old man's eyes couldn't see it or else it would've escalated to something worse," they informed him.

"Did they ever mention anything about petrification?"

"Yup. Someone was about to attack the minister for taking wife, and everyone had to warn him not to or else he'd be turned to stone."

A grin of approval appeared on Senku's face when he heard Haru's answer. "Good job, brat. That's more than enough intel at the moment. Now, I have a job for you. I need you to build connections with the islanders and get more info out of them about the petrification device."

"How can I even do that? They don't even know me," Haru wondered as they raised a brow.

"You're a kid. Gain their trust by being a goody-two-shoes. Be subtle. Come up with some lies if you need to," Senku informed them with the shrug of his shoulders. "If anything, you could ask the mentalist for advice."

The raven-haired child thought about it as they closed their silver-like eyes, then nodded in agreement. "Alright. I want two things in return though. I also need you to create some more makeup if I have to do this."

"Okay, you got it. But name your price. If it's something science can make, I can do it," the scientist replied with a smirk as he held his hand out.

Firmly gripping Senku's hand to shake, Haru replied with a wicked grin on their face, "Hehehe, you have a deal then, science guy."

-Your POV-

"Okay, now that we're in, we'll go and steal the petrification device!" Kohaku exclaimed with a pumped up fist.

The four of you were still on your way to the palace after Senku had thrown the respective earpieces to you and Kohaku. The girl was lucky enough the guards didn't hear her.

"We should steal it tonight when Kirisame is sleeping!" The lioness continued.

"What?! That's way too soon! Why's everything gotta be rushed with you, Kohaku-chan?!" Ginro cried out in despair.

With sweat dripping down her head, Amaryllis agreed with the blonde woman, "I would also like to get this over with quickly. As for being the concubine of a master I've never seen? No thanks."

You sighed and stated, "Look, we can't rush this. The first thing we need to do is lay low. The one thing that is certain is that Kirisame won't be alone. We still have to look out for the other guards and Moz--"

Suddenly, you heard Senku's voice through the earpiece. You placed your hand over the earring to make sure you could hear him clearly.

"Hey, spy team, listen up. Your mission is as follows: observe them closely. When Moz and those other hotshots split up, do whatever it takes to lure Kirisame out and get her to toss the weapon!" Senku instructed.

"Alrighty, we'll make it happen!" Kohaku confidently agreed with the plan. "Oh, I suppose he can't hear me."

"If I could see where he is, and if he's even here at all, I could message him back..." you replied as you looked over the forest.

The scientist continued, "The science team will swoop in and snag the weapon mid-air once she throws it. We'll be able to catch it after we craft the king of three dimensions: a drone!"

"A drone?! What the hell?!" You cried out with bewilderment. Everyone, including the guards, looked at you with confusion. You hastily shut your mouth and waved at them like nothing happened. With the shrug of their shoulders, they turned away, much to your relief.

"What's a drone?" The three of them questioned you when the coast was clear.

You explained, "It's...a very complicated piece of technology. Small and complex, but it can fly! It's like a bird!"

"Whoa! That's amazing!" Kohaku exclaimed with a grin.

"One final message," Senku then said. "Slowpoke, if we are to ever communicate through Morse code, I'll let you know over the earpiece first before I begin signaling. Don't worry about anything else right now. Just focus on the mission. Stay safe."

Despite not being able to see him, you nodded firmly. "We won't let you down, Senku."

All of you continued walking until the four of you then had made it to the inner palace, which was a network of interlocking trees connected by many bridges and paths. The huts and houses were more grand, meaning more people could be put inside of them.

As you were entering, you all saw a big, muscled man with a helmet that looked similar to Anubis on his head. With the way his muscles looked, you'd think he'd be on steroids. But this was a world without drugs, and his body looked unnatural as it was. He smashed a stone statue to pieces in front of everyone--an overjoyed and smug look was plastered on his face. "Hmph! Didja get a load of the great Oarashi's miracle punch?! There's nothing greater on this island than my miracle power!"

He further explained to his lower guards that the statue he had broken was a person that snuck in and tried to free their daughter from the harem.

"The security within the palace is tight...we need to figure out this stronghold's layout before we even do anything," you mumbled to yourself. As you looked around, you spotted a tree that stood taller than the rest. There was a smaller hut with the Soyuz logo on top. Patting the lioness' arms and pointing, you told her, "Kohaku, look."

She looked in the same direction as you and widened her eyes. Facing back, she spoke before jumping off of the bridge, "(Y/N), Amaryllis, buy me fifteen seconds."

"You got it!" Both you and Amaryllis agreed, leaving Ginro confused in the dust.

"Oh, how impressive! Please take a look at these burly, powerful arms, blessed (Y/N)!" Amaryllis cried out. As she did so, she grabbed the arms of Oarashi and started fondling him gently, leading the man toward you. "Do you mind if I touch them? Our blessed (Y/N) would love to see them!"

Oarashi froze upon the woman's touch. His boisterous attitude had fizzled into a bashful one. "Hmph! You've got good eyes, and of course this blessed woman can see them!"

With a warm smile, you closed your eyes and replied, "Thank you. You're miracle muscles are the epitome of masculinity..."

Upon seeing your very face, his eyes grew widely. Never in his life has he seen someone like you, and began to instinctively flex upon seeing your otherworldly beauty. "ENJOY MY MIRACLE MUSCLES TO THE FULLEST!"

Soon, more guards appeared and began flexing their muscles. As Amaryllis hyped them up, you could heard many gossiping amongst them.

"This is the woman that was claimed to be a demigod!"

"She's quite beautiful..."

"Show us your magic, blessed lady!"

"If you insist." You bowed your torso down, and lifted it back up to reveal multiple flower petals flying up. Taking your hands, you walked up to them and showed them more flowers hidden within your clothes. "The gods have blessed your strength with these floral goods!"

They all cheered for your magic, and you were proud of yourself for distracting them with Amaryllis. You thought that all of them were foolish men thinking with something else rather than their own heads. That was, until you saw Kirisame heading straight for you. Luckily, Kohaku had silently returned without anyone noticing her.

"What's all this racket?!" She demanded, and her eyes landed on you. "You... You're the demigod, aren't you?"

"Yes. It's nice to finally meet you, Kirisame-sama," you kindly greeted her, studying her every move with a subtle look in your eye. You could tell that she was doing the same to you--watching your every move, from your face to your body language.

"Hmm. You're as unique as they say you are. But all of you--hurry up! They are about to assign your sleeping quarters!" She announced and hurried off without looking back. You kept watching her until she was out of sight, and saw that there was no obvious place to where she could hide the weapon. It may be hidden within that dress of hers.

But the four of you listened to her words. The guards had led you higher in the trees to where you were supposed to stay. There were many huts one area, which was designated for the entire harem. A strict, old woman had greeted all of you and had luckily assigned you to stay with Kohaku and the others. The four of you were waiting inside the hut as it was beginning to get dark.

"Ah, finally, we can rest!" Ginro exclaimed as he had lied down on a mat on the floor.

"We can't rest now. I've found something extremely important to the mission. I think it might be the platinum we're looking for!" Kohaku revealed as she kneeled before you. "But I'm going to need your help, (Y/N). It's in a real tricky spot. This might need to be a two-woman job."

"You got it. We'll need to message Senku and the others when we can," you said.

Amaryllis pointed at herself and told you, "If you guys need a distraction, I'll make sure to give them a show!"

"Thank you, Amaryllis. We're going to quickly head out so I can see what we're working with," you told her. "If anyone is looking for us, just say we needed to relieve ourselves and that we'll be back."

The islander nodded as you and the lioness snuck out of the hut with no eyes on you. You then began following the blonde woman through the trees, jumping on branches and grabbing vines to swing on for quick travel. Then, she had led you to the foot of the tallest tree that you had spotted earlier in the day, where its roots were overgrown into a large, tangled ball.

"I have a feeling this is where our platinum is. We're going to need to dig through it though," said Kohaku.

You pulled your hidden blade out from it's tightly, wrapped ribbon. "Alright. Let me handle this."

As your friend kept an eye out, you used your short blade to quickly cut the excess roots away. The further you cut, the easier it was to see that it was covering what looked like massive stone boulder. It seemed that the tree had grown around the treasure you were looking for, protecting it for thousands of years. Soon enough, there was space for you two to go through.

"This is it. We're going to need some more tools for this thing--" you placed your hand over the stone and it began to crumble at your fingers. You pulled your limb back in a frenzy. "Oh my god!"

"What happened?!" Kohaku cried out in a panic. She tried to put the stone fragments back until she realized something. "This is just the outer layer! It should be a solid rock underneath it, otherwise, the treasure won't survive for this long!"

You widened your eyes. "Then, it's like the record when we broke the stone apart!"

"Exactly!"

The two of you rubbed the outer layer of stone off. Under the faint moonlight, you could see that it was a giant heap of solid rock in it's place. Taking your fist, you knocked it with your knuckles and found that it was exactly the same as the rock surrounding the record from before.

"We found it...and so quick too. I'm proud of us." You smiled pleasantly at the blonde woman.

She returned the gesture before she looked up. "We need to go back now. We've been gone for a little longer than we should've."

You nodded, and began to tie the ribbon around your weapon once more, placing it on your back afterward. The two of you jumped and swung through the trees back to your hut, only to find someone outside of it.

"Of all the people..." you bit your lip in an uncomfortable way as you saw who was waiting at the door.

"Moz...!" Kohaku blurted out in a hushed whisper. She then grabbed your arm and wrapped it around hers tightly to keep you close. As the two of you got closer, you could tell that he was speaking to Amaryllis and Ginro, leaning against the door frame as if he was waiting for something or someone.

The spearman spotted you and Kohaku heading back within his line of sight--an intriguing smirk forming on his face as he narrowed his eyes. "Welcome back, (Y/N)-chan, Kohaku-chan. I've been waiting for you two."

"They're back!" You heard Amaryllis speak, and both her and Ginro popped their heads out from the entrance.

With a faked smile, you gently greeted the warrior, "It's nice to see you on this fine night, Moz...-sama. What are you doing here so late?"

He answered as he straightened himself up from the door frame, "I snuck in like I said I would. After all, I can't miss an opportunity to see you two cuties. Good to know that you are staying together in one place...and are acquainted with each other."

"We are getting to know each other better, now that I have an opportunity to be with my goddess. So, since already saw us, you should be on your way before getting caught," Kohaku huffed as she pulled your arms to bring you closer to her in a protective manner.

"Heh, she is a goddess alright. A strong one, for sure," Moz chuckled as he looked down at the two of you. "I'd very much like to fight one of you when the time comes."

"You're time will come, but it is not now," you explained to him. "If the master sees you speaking with us, you might get punished."

"Hmm...I guess you're right. I'll take my leave now, since I already got a good look at the two of you," the warrior stated as he started walking away, spear in hand. He raised his hand up with a wave. "See ya, cuties later."

As you both saw him disappear from sight, you rushed into the hut, where Amaryllis and Ginro were waiting patiently.

"Ahhh, why did he come so early?" You groaned as you flopped on the mat that you were to sleep on.

"And at such an important time too!" Kohaku added with annoyance, sitting down and crossing her legs. "We could've been caught!"

"You're lucky you two came back on time. He kept asking about your whereabouts!" Amaryllis informed the two of you.

Ginro added with a whine, "Yeah, he was being so creepy! But did you guys find the treasure...?"

Kohaku nodded. "Yeah, we did. But we don't have the tools to open it...we need to send Senku a message of some sort when we can. But this infiltration has been a quick success!"

"It definitely was. We should be able to get more progress tomorrow...maybe even open the treasure if Senku and the others are quick enough," you said. With wandering eyes, you wondered,

"I wonder what treasures we'll find inside, left behind by Byakuya-san and the others..."
