SATURN AND JAVON HAVE been texting for about three weeks now and javon was flirting with her constantly. "i think he really wants you"
saturn blushed smiling as she got out the car. "i don't know he could just be joking" "with the way he's been texting you constantly i don't think so"
saturn giggled shaking her head "he texted me but i haven't responded i don't know why"
giselle gasped turning to saturn. "what happened?" saturn questioned confused. "javon is here" "what!? where!?"
"he's over there with a girl" giselle pointed at javon "he looks good" "saturn he's with a girl"
"but he looks good and tall i love when he wears backward hats" "saturn he's with another girl!"
"what do we do now? this is awkward he just texted me too what if she's a family member" giselle shrugged shaking her head
"i'm gonna drag him by his short ass legs"
"no! we'll just get our food and leave" saturn suggested smiling a little. giselle followed behind the girl as she walked to the register where javon was
"this is too awkward can you go in front of me" "i wanna slap him in his stupid face" "no gigi no violence" she groaned walked in front of saturn
"i want a double double and animal fries no onions" giselle nodded walking closer to the register and began ordering.
saturn stood off to the side trying not to get noticed by javon. "okay do you want me to get your drink?" "no it's fine" giselle nodded. "saturn?"
saturn froze in her spot and turned around "oh uhm hi javon?" he frowned a little expecting an at least better reaction from her.
he knew she liked him
"i didn't know you lived in la" "i never thought of mentioning it" she shrugged pouring dr pepper into her cup "you look more like you live at the beach like the beach town in summer i turned pretty"
"nope i was born here"
"oh..well i'm going to be here all weekend"
"that's cool i think your girlfriend is waiting for you" javon turned to where she pointed. he chuckled shaking his head
"are you jealous? she's not my girlfriend saturn" he smiled looking at the girl from head to toe. "you look just as gorgeous in person by the way"
saturn blushed looking away "i have to go now" "i texted you i'm hurt you didn't respond" "i don't have my phone" javon looked down at her hand
"who's phone is that then?" "gosh you sound like a toxic boyfriend goodbye javon" he smiled grabbing her hand before she could walk away
"text me please? i want to see you again" "i dunno i might be busy" "come on s don't be like that" saturn blushed from the nickname
she was ready to fold.
he knew just how to make a girl nervous. it was working she was definitely not sticking to grabbing the food and leaving.
he caressed her hand with his thumb. "okay text me first or i'll forget" javon smiled letting go of her hand. "you're the only one i'd double text for"
javon winked at her smiling. saturn rolled her eyes. she was holding back a smile. "goodbye javon" saturn walked away towards giselle.
"you almost folded" saturn nodded slightly smiling. "you're smiling that means the girl is a cousin?" saturn shrugged fixing the top of her cup.
"no idea but he called me s and said i was just as gorgeous in person" "oh gosh don't tell me you fell for that" giselle complained sighing
"he said it's not his girlfriend" "i wanna drag him" saturn smiled looking at the table. "he's so sweet" "why is that?" "he wants to hangout"
saturn smiling drawing circles on the table "should i read his text" "he's looking at you"
saturn looked up at giselle. she was giving javon dirty looks. saturn giggled shaking her head "stop"
"saturn if he hurts you i'm going to leak all his information" "he won't he's a sweet boy"
giselle opened her mouth to speak but was interrupted by their number being called.
"i'll get it" saturn walked away quickly grabbing the food. the two girls walked out getting into the car
saturn unlocked her phone seeing that javon did text again

saturn dropped her phone into her lap looking out the window. why did she say great? what if he thought she was weirded out by what he said?
he basically confessed his feelings and she said great.
a million thoughts ran through her head as the anxiety and overthinking creeped up on her
she felt like throwing herself off a bridge.
she's never had a boyfriend before this was new and not new to her. of course she's had talking stages but they never lasted.
she wondered why javon hadn't ghosted her yet like the others. why did he stay?
