The day before going to Jiangcheng, Olive and Alan went to the hospital together.
Norton said to Alan, âDonât you kidnap Olive and never return.â
Alan smiled, âWhy? Afraid that no one will take care of the hotel for you?â
Norton snorted, âIâm afraid my Olive will suffered when she arrives in Jiangcheng.â
Alan raised his eyebrows, âWhen does my wife become a member of the Geve Family?â
Norton directly said, âShe calls me Uncle Norton every day, thatâs my niece. Sheâs half maiden too.â
Alan teased, âSince sheâs your maiden family, then you must have prepared a generous gift for dowry. I really look forward to it.â
Seeing them bickering made her laugh, âEnough. You two are almost a hundred years old when is added together, but always quarrel every time you meet. Like a children, the more you live, the more childish you are.â
Lory put the washed fruits on the table with a smile, âYour Uncle Norton gets naughtier as he gets older.â
Norton childishly retorted, âIâm just healthier. So, Olive, after arriving in Jiangcheng, you have to urge this kid to finish his business and come back early to accompany me. The days arenât comfortable without a companion to quarrel.â
Olive smiled and said, âDonât worry. Although I canât come back to take you home from being discharged, Iâll definitely be in time for your and auntieâs wedding anniversary.â
And that night, both Steeleâs husband and wife suffered from insomnia all night.
Mrs. Steele tossed and turned on the bed, was unable to sleep, then simply sat up.
Mr. Steele also sat up and patted his wifeâs shoulder to comfort her, âWorry about them?â
Mrs. Steele sighed, âCan you not worry? Although I want to believe Alan, I still felt uneasy. I keep feeling something will happen. The two kids finally got together and I hope nothing bad is going to happen.â
âYou think too much. Nothing will happen.â
Mr. Steele didnât sleep all night even though he said that.
Olive knew they were worried and said when they left, âDonât worry. Iâll call you every day to report my safety.â
Annie, who got on the plane for the first time, had put away her age that wasnât suitable for her age.
She expressed a keen interest and excitement in everything on the plane, chattering like a little sparrow.
Alan was being very patient, and was responsible for answering all the questions which were asked by his little baby.
The little kid saw a rainbow in the sky through the window. She hurried Olive to take a picture and didnât forget to climb onto Alan and became a little model. Her cuteness caught many passengersâ attention around, including the flight attendants.
âMr. Hoyle, your little princess is beautiful.â
âThatâs because my genes are good,â Annie said arrogantly. She put her arms around Alanâs neck and said, âLook, my dad is a handsome man and my mom is also a beautiful woman, so of course Iâm a pretty girl.â
The passengers nearby were all amused.
Annie said again, âMiss, youâre also very beautiful.â
The stewardess instantly felt happy, âReally?â
Annie said in a baby voice, âMommy said that children canât lie.â
The stewardess couldnât help squeezing her cheek, âYouâre such a cutie.â
Annie slid off Alanâs body, âThen pretty miss, will you take this little cutie to the bathroom?â
The stewardess naturally wouldnât refuse and Olive shyly said to her, âIâm troubling you.â
âYouâre being too polite, Mrs. Hoyle.â The stewardess took Annieâs little hand and walked towards the bathroom.
At the bathroom door, she accidentally bumped into a man with a can.
Annie quickly said, âIâm sorry.â
The man glanced at her fiercely and gave a cold snort.
The stewardess quickly apologized, âIâm sorry, sir. The child is a bit reckless. Are you okay?â
âIf Iâm not, can I still walk? Look with your eyes when you walk.â The man shoved against her shoulder rudely and entered the menâs bathroom.
Annie frowned and followed the stewardess into the womenâs bathroom. She felt the man was weird.
âThat uncle is really rude. We didnât bump into him on purpose. Why is he being so fierce?â
âThen what do you think of me?â the stewardessâ voice suddenly became strange and faint.
Annie didnât set up defense, turned around and said, âYouâ¦â
Before she could finish her words, she was concealed with a towel without warning. The little girl had her eyes wide opened, watching the beautiful stewardess before her smile ghastly at her. But before she could struggle to resist, her eyelids already felt heavy and fainted in the end.
A drug was sprayed on the towel which caused people to fall asleep. The beautiful stewardess turned into a snake.
The woman tied Annie up, sealed her mouth with tape, and then locked her in the innermost room of the bathroom.
âSorry, little girl. Because you praise me, Iâll torture you less. Stay here and waitfor me to find your parents to be your company.â
Olive realized her daughter had gone for a long time and hadnât come back. She was a little worried and said to Alan, âIâll go to the bathroom.â
For some reason, her eyelids twitched, as if something bad had happened. But as she walked all the way through the aisle, she carefully observed the people on both sides and all the passengers were free and peaceful, being usual.
Was she being paranoid?
However, when she opened the bathroom door and walked in, she didnât see Annie and the flight attendant. She felt suspicious.
âAnnie?â
âAnnie, are you here? Annie?â
No one responded to her three calls. She was too late to think about why her daughter wasnât in the bathroom when suddenly she smelled a pungent smell and her body was restrained from behind.
The stewardess covered her mouth and nose with the drugged towel. Olive struggled to break free and wanted to run out warning Alan about the danger, but the drug soon blurred her mind. Just like Annie, falling into a state of unconscious. She didnât even have the time to see who was behind her.
Sure enough, this trip to Jiangcheng wasnât smooth. This was her last thought before fainted.
The stewardess tied her up, sealed her mouth and locked her into the booth with Annie. She clapped her hands and viciously said, âI thought it would take a while to get you mother and daughter together, but I didnât expect that you would come yourself. Itâs okay, it saves me extra effort. Olive Steele, the seat to be Mrs. Hoyle isnât yours. You have enough scenery sitting on it. Now is the time to pay the price. Since Alan Hoyle likes you so much, Iâll send him to be your partner later. At first, I thought how amazing he could be? I didnât expect he doesnât have a little alertness at all. This game disappoints me too much.â
The stewardess walked to the pool. She touched up her makeup in the mirror, a sardonic smile turned up at the corner of her mouth, and pressed the headset she was wearing.
âEverything is going well. Iâve dealt with the woman and the little girl. You can start to act.â
A murderous aura suddenly sprang up from the peaceful cabin. Several people who leaned against their chairs sleeping seemed to feel this strangeness and opened their eyes at the same time.
Alan lowered his eyebrows slightly. A strange man with sunglasses sat beside him had a sharp knife against his neck. His movements were quiet without disturbing anyone around him. He was so fast that no one knew how he did it.
It was just that Alan was also calm. His face didnât shift and was steady. He even turned the magazine in his hand.
âYouâre not allowed to carry guns, knives, and ammunitions on the plane. Yet you can escape such strict inspection and bring your weapon in. Mr. Gerald Wood, itâs truly an unjust treat to have a dignified number one killer in the Southeast Asia disguised as a disabled person. I think it took a lot of your thoughts to build that crutches.â
Gerald Wood was known for his mystery and uncertain whereabouts. He wasnât someone who could be hired by anyone. This person had to be able to pay the price he wanted and the person to be killed had to satisfy his sense of challenge. He disdained to shoot people who were too easy. The harder it was, the more interested he was, which was why he asked for a very high price.
In his many years of assassin career, despite the experience of nearly death, his record of no misses made him rank among the top three in the assassin world.
But obviously his proud achievements were nothing in front of Alan Hoyle.
Gerald really didnât expect that he could be seen through so easily when he hadnât made a sound.
Every single one who had seen his true identity had already went to the Hades.
Murderous aura instantly gathered around Alan.
Gerald said, âIn order not to break my rules, it seems that I must kill you today.â
Alan chuckled, âYou wonât kill me. If you want to, you would have done it earlier and wonât wait until now.â
Behind the sunglasses, Gerald narrowed his eyes a little, âWhy do you think so?â
Alan calmly said, âFirst, you canât kill me. Second, your employer hasnât let you kill me because they still needs to get something they want from me.â
Gerald was stunned for a moment, âSince you know, you still dare to bring your wife and child on this flight. Are you not afraid youâve brought them danger? Donât forget, weâre in a hundred thousand feet in the sky. If they accidentally slip out, theyâll be broken into pieces.â
âAlthough Iâm not as divine as a God, I know that youâre afraid of failing against me today,â Alan said confidently, not taking his threat into his heart.
âReally? Then I really look forward to how President Hoyle will break my record of winning without losing.â
When he saw Gerald snap his fingers in the air, six or seven different men jumped out of the two entrances and exits of the cabin. But without exception, they all had crutches made of steel pipes in their hands. On one end, there was a sharp saw teeth which was sharp enough to kill people.
A man fiercely smashed his stick a few times at a passenger sitting in the first row. Before that passenger knew what was going on, he was knocked out and his face was covered with blood.
A punishment as an example. It shocked the entire cabin and screams of fright spread immediately. No one dared to resist.
Gerald smiled sinisterly, âPresident Hoyle, I donât think you would be playing with the entire lives of innocent passengers in this cabin.â
Alan unhurriedly said, âGerald Wood is used to working alone. I donât expect you to invite so many helpers today. I feel honored to be thought highly by such infamous killer in Southeast Asia. Itâs just that Iâm afraid this is going to disappoint Mr. Wood.â
âReally?â
