Kate's body still felt as if it was on fire from her intense orgasms from a few minutes ago as she pulled her shirt over her head
Her body still tingled as the memroeis filled her senses, fresh as the morning air flowing through her windows and brushing against her orange stained curtains
Goosebumps trailed along her back as the images continued to appear in her mind. Being pinned against the glass door, Autumn's tongue running over her hardened nipples, her leg wrapped around the girl's waist as Autumn's fingers buried deep into her. The steam forming against the walls and the droplets of water splashing over their bodies, creating an even bigger heat between them

"Kate" A voice said, the brunette snapped her neck around to see Autumn standing by her door frame

But the blush on her cheek started to fade when she noticed Autumn's brows were furrowed and her eyes stared off into the distance, her eyeline following the way the thin layer of orange curtains drifted with the wind.
The raven hair girl bit her lip as she crossed her arms against her chest, there was something lingering in her eyes that felt off, the entire room felt dimmer than it usually was when Autumn entered it. As if an energy took over her, one that's never been there before and it scared Kate
"Autumn?" The brunette asked as she slowly took a step forward, making sure to keep a distance that the girl was comfortable with
"Mhm?" Autumn hummed before glancing at the girl
"Is there something you want to talk about?" She asked
The raven hair girl nodded before lowering her head, almost as if she was in deep thought about something
"I.. Um.. My parents are on their way up, and I just.. Wanted to ask you if you don't mind.. Being there with me?" Autumn squealed out as fast as she could
The worry in her soul disappeared and a smile took over Kate's entire body before chuckling at the girl standing before her
The girl never failed to amaze her, the way she seemed so intimidating in one second then turn to mush in the next. Autumn was adorable in her eyes and her heart was melting at the thought
"Oh God, you're laughing. Dammit, i-" Autumn groaned before facepalming
"Autumn" Kate chuckled to distract the girl
"It's okay if you don't want to-"
"Autumn" she said once again, stepping closer to the girl
Autumn stepped back until her back was pressed against the door frame with the brunette standing right in front of her yet her mind was still scrambling on what to tell the girl, she hadn't even realized Kate's hands were on her waist
"It's just that you're the one person that knows so much about what happened with my parents and I know I'm going to kill one of them if I'm alone with the-"
"AUTUMN" Kate giggled before tossing her arms around the girl's neck, pulling their bodies together
"Yes?" Autumn asked in a quiet whisper
"Yes I'll be there with you" Kate chuckled
A deep curve on Autumn's lips made the world stop around Kate. A smile that brought back a million memories in a split second. The precious dimple that crinkles skipped a beat. She had a smile that made you feel happy about being alive just a bit more human
"Really?" The girl squealed, causing Kate to chuckle
"Yes. Really. I wouldn't miss it for anything" Kate whispered as her eyes glanced up the girl, locking with those deep blue eyes
The blue of her eyes reminded her of a mixture of gloss and the bright blue sky of the day, perfect with no signs of dark clouds while they lit up with a sparkle
It was only then did Autumn realize her hands were on Kate's waist while the brunette hooked her arms around her neck, their chests pressed against each other while Autumn was braced against a wall
But they didn't move a muscle, their eyes were too distracted in each other to pull away
Sometimes we wish for that moment where we find ourselves completely lost in another person that we can't control the next thing we do. We can't find that strength to pull away because our hearts and emotions were being sucked into their being and held as one
Which is exactly what was happening to Kate, her eyes trailed over every inch of the girl's face
The perfectly arched brows, her long dark lashes that made her blue eyes even more intense and beautiful, her small and pointy nose all way to her toned cheekbone. She was perfect, she was beautiful and she never failed to take Kate's breath away
Someone so intimidating could be someone so precious. Someone that just wanted to be held until they cry. That's all we wanted, someone to be there to hold our hands in the dark, lead us to the light where life was easier
And for today, Kate knew she needed to be that person for Autumn despite how scared she might be of meeting her parents
"You're so beautiful, you know that?" Autumn questioned
A smile brighter than the morning sun glowed on Kate's lips as she chuckled softly, her cheeks burning red once again
"You're so random" Kate shook her head smiling
"It's not random if it's all I think about" Autumn mumbled almost inaudibly
"What was that?"
"Nothing, don't worry about it" Autumn sighed as she tilted her head back against the wall, still holding the girl's body
"What are you thinking about?" The brunette questioned, her fingers starting to twirl around the girl's hair on the nape of her neck
"You" Autumn said sternly as her eyes fluttered down to the girl's
A swarm of butterflies instantly took over the pit of Kate's stomach as she was stricken with a smile
"Really?" she asked
"Yes"
"What about me?" the girl questioned
"About why the hell are you so annoying" Autumn glared
"Because I have you for a roommate" Kate smirked
"Oh. Oh wow" Autumn laughed stunned
"Don't come for me if I didn't send for you Ms Hester" Kate chuckled
"Um. I did make you come for me-"
"Autumn!" the girl hissed
The raven hair girl tilted her head back in laughter as she shook her head smiling
"What?" she asked
"You dumbass, watch your mouth" Kate glared
"I'm just stating facts, unless I have to make you come again?" Autumn smirked
"AUTUMN"
The actress chuckled before dipping her arms under Kate's thighs and pushing them up to hook around her waist. To her surprise, Kate didn't fight but instead she squealed and hooked her arms tighter around the girl's neck
As Autumn walked forward, she poked a foot out and kicked the door shut before walking over towards the girl's bed and laying her flat on her back
The brunette giggled when Autumn placed both of her hands on either side of the girl's head, hovering over her body while her dark locks fell over their faces, creating a curtain filled with their giggles and smiles
Kate's legs were still wrapped around the girl's while her fingers cupped the girl's cheek
Her brown eyes shone brightly, reflecting the warmth of the sun that peeked through the nearby window. They were such a unique colour, a mix of light and dark with happiness written across each. They looked into Autumn's light blue eyes, so big and beautiful, so much emotion held inside with no spoken words
They smiled constantly, those doe eyes.
She could never understand the beauty she was made of, because she doesn't see herself as Kate does, as anyone does.
"I'm nervous" Autumn admitted
"About seeing your parents?"
"I.. Haven't seen them since I was.. Maybe 15" Autumn said
The brunette's eyes widened as her brows stitched together, confused yet shocked at the fact that Autumn went through most of her life without even being in the same room with her parents. The girl hadn't seen her parents in five years, yet they wanted to spring up one day on her, out of nowhere
"Why are you nervous?" Kate asked, the stroke of her soft thumb on Autumn's cheeks seemed to relax her mood
"What am I supposed to say? Hi father, hi mother. Do you remember me? The girl you gave birth to and completely forgot to raise? Oh and who is this? Your new daughter that you have brought into your family to fuck up too? Maybe you'll pass her along to the maid. Completely forget to raise her too" Autumn scoffed as her jaw clenched tightly
Kate's heart seemed so move in slow motion as her eyes pierced into the girl above her. Autumn was troubled, her mind was never the same since she was young and she's grown with that pain. It was obviously written across her face
When you're in a household that damages you, it stays with you for the rest of your life. You may not notice it, but their little things you do reflect from it. The way you flinch at loud noises, the way you make sure you spoon and fork is leveled. The tiniest things stays with us whether we're aware of it or not.
It pained her. It pained her to see Autumn being dragged back into their bullshit
Autumn sighed as she leaned down, nuzzling her face into the side of Kate's neck and hooking her arms around the girl's waist
The brunette wrapped her arms around Autumn's back as she hugged her tightly, her warm body meeting her own and sending tingles through her senses but her mind couldn't focus on that
"You're not alone" Kate whispered
"Mhm?" Autumn hummed against the girl's neck, the vibration sending goosebumps along Kate's body
She closed her eyes tightly to suck in a breath as she allowed a deep exhale to leave her nostrils. Autumn's leveled and hot breaths against her skin was tingling at her pores
"You're not alone, I know there's been people in your life that keeps fucking up and leaving whenever they please. But you're not a convenience Autumn, you're not alone. You have me. I can assure you of that. And I'll be here if you'll have me. I promise" Kate said sternly
Kate could feel a small smile form against her neck from the raven hair girl before a soft chuckle vibrated against her skin
"You really mean that?" the girl asked
"Yes" Kate stated
A comfortable silence fell over them, almost as if the dark hair girl was thinking about her next words carefully. Autumn's fingers slipped under the girl's shirt, drawing lazy and gently circles against Kate's stomach, sending the swarm of butterflies in chaos. The brunette squeezed her eyes shut at the feeling of the girl's fingers on her body, the fact that Autumn was holding her was frustrating enough, only to add the sweet gestures and touches to make her explode
"Th-Thank you. For.. Listening to me. I know May told us to be there and learn about each other but thank you for being here with m-"
"Shhhh" Kate shushed the girl
"I'm here for you, not for a contract"
"You sure about that?"
"Autumn, I care about whether you believe it or not" Kate mumbled, she could feel the girl's smile increase against her skin
"You're really sweet" Autumn whispered
"That I know" Kate smirked, causing the girl to giggle into her neck
Another comfortable silence fell over them, the type of silence that made you feel at peace with the world and the way it was in the moment.
Sometimes things were just perfect staying the way they were
Kate's fingertips stroked the dark hair girl's scalp, her wavy locks flowed between her fingertips as she swirled them around. Autumn's breathing seemed to become more stable than it usually was, falling into a comfortable place and her eyelids drifted close
"Autumn?" Kate mumbled
"Mhm?" the raven hair girl hummed, half awake
"Are you sleeping" Kate giggled
"Mhmm" the girl hummed once again, her last circles on Kate's stomach started to fade away
"You didn't sleep last night did you?" Kate asked
"Mhm Mhm"
"You were nervous all night weren't you?" The brunette asked
"Mhm" Autumn hummed
And with that, the raven hair girl fell into a state of unconsciousness with her arms wrapped tightly around Kate's waist and her face buried into the side of the girl's neck
Kate giggled softly as she wrapped her arms even tighter around the girl's neck, Autumn's legs were intertwined with her own while her slowly and gently breaths brushed against her skin.
It was so different from what she was accusomted to. She'd been with the girl in intense, sexual moments that she hadn't had the chance to truly embrace the soft parts of the girl.
Sure she was a goddess that had you craving her skin but she was also a person who just needed to be loved.
Someone who deserved better.
A knock on her door peeled Kate out of her thoughts, June slowly pushed open the bedroom door with a small smile on her face from seeing the two girls but disappointment was still written all across her face for other reasons.
"Um, sorry to interrupt Ms Wilson" June mumbled
"Don't worry about it" Kate smiled
"Oh.. Um.. I had to speak to Ms Hester about something but since she's asleep, maybe you can give her the message?" June asked
"Sure, what's wrong?" the girl asked
"It's.. Her parents" the woman said, sending Kate's heart in race
"Something happened?"
"No no. It's just that, they called to postpone their meeting with her this morning. They said that they had an emergency to attend to but they'll be here tonight for dinner" June said
The small smile Kate held on her lips slowly faded into a frown as the woman's words hit her
"Thank you, I'll make sure she knows" Kate said
The maid nodded before slowly slipping away from the room, closing the door before her footsteps faded away from the area
The brunette sighed before glancing down to the sleeping girl in her arms. There was no doubt in the world that Autumn deserved better. She was a sweet girl that grew up in the wrong industry, she was broken and beaten until her emotions couldn't take anymore
Dissapointment after dissapointment followed her through her life yet she still had that smile inside her, but it was deep. It was hidden deep inside her and it could only be unlocked by those she trusted
And Kate hoped to be one of those persons
