Chapter 478: Chapter 489 Mount Babuling

A student exclaimed irritably, “Shit, are you really a teacher? How could you not know about Mount Babuling? A lot of rebellious teenagers gather there at night to race cars. It’s a dangerous place!”

Li Ningning was close to tears. “What’s the use in telling him? When Jinxiang is on a roll, she has the guts to go anywhere. Wasn’t it like this last time? Let’s go and bring her back quickly!”

The place was packed with young people, both male and female.

The howling of the crowd and violent beating of drums were so loud that her ears were ringing.

Yu Jinxiang was awed by this hormone-infused place. Her small mouth gaped and she looked around incredulously. This was a whole other planet. She had never come across or imagined that this kind of people existed.

She had heard of Mount Babuling a long time ago, but she had never thought of going there because her father had forbade her from doing so.

But recently, Yu Jinxiang was feeling depressed. She was troubled by her sister’s problems, which still weren’t solved. Plus, a loser had humiliated them today.

It drove her mad just thinking about these things.

When she felt irritated, she would forget all the restrictions that her dad had put on her, and that was why she ended up in Mount Babuling.

Now, Yu Jinxiang was sitting in her car with no clue of what to do. She was preparing to leave when a boy with Afro hair and a row of silver ear studs on his left ear came up to her car and said, “Hey, are you new here? How about this? Let’s race each other. If you win, I’ll throw a party here for you tonight!”

Shaking her head, Yu Jinxiang replied, “Forget it, I’m not here to race. I just want to take a look.”

“You don’t want to race? You look like a student. I think you’re afraid to race. It’s a pity for your sports car!”

“Damn you, motherf*cker!” Yu Jinxiang swore. “Let’s race. I’m not afraid of you!”

But she instantly regretted it as soon as the words left her mouth.

She only wanted to see what the Mount Babuling looked like and to drive along the highway that encircled the mountain. She didn’t expect the place to be like this and she wasn’t used to it.

The guy with Afro hair knew what Yu Jinxiang was worried about. He pointed to the crowd and said, “Just ignore them and pretend they’re not human. If you don’t want to look, just close your eyes.”

Yu Jinxiang was hesitating but seeing how insistent he was, she cast away every worry and said, “If we’re competing, cut the bullshit and let’s start.”

He pointed at the two purring cars that were on the track and said, “No, we have to wait for the next round. Someone’s on the track already.”

Just when Yu Jinxiang punched the steering wheel angrily and waited anxiously, Li Ningning and the others had arrived. “Look, it’s Jinxiang’s car!”

A dozen cars stopped.

Li Ningning and the others rushed toward Yu Jinxiang.

“Oooooh!”

As Li Ningning and her classmates ran toward the crowd, hundreds of people started whooping and whistling.

After all, they had never seen people in student’s attire turning up here.

Also, out of the thirty students, half of them were tall, pretty and cute girls.

It was quite a sight.

The guy with Afro hair was excited as well. He jumped out of his car and stared at them.

“Ningning, w-what are you guys doing here?”

Yu Jinxiang asked in surprise.

Tugging Yu Jinxiang’s arm, Li Ningning replied, “Because we were worried about you! Let’s go back now. Don’t let your dad find out that you’ve been here or you’re so dead.”

Yu Jinxiang wanted to go back as well.

“Don’t go just yet. Let’s race a lap. How’s that? You’re finally here but you’re afraid of what your parents might say? Are you a goody-goody in school too?”

The guy with Afro hair snickered.

“Coward! Coward!”

People surrounding her chanted.

“Bullsh*t. Ningning, wait for me. I’ll race a lap with him to shut him up!” Yu Jinxiang said with her teeth clenched.

“That’s right. Hey, gorgeous, the rules here state that if you race, you have to have a passenger of the opposite sex. Since so many of your male classmates are here, why don’t you choose one? Or do you want to pick one of the handsome guys from here?”

The guy with Afro hair added.

There was already a girl with heavy makeup in his car.

“Me, me! Hey gorgeous, pick me!”

The boys surrounding her hollered.

“Who would want to choose you? The boy with glasses, come over here!”

Yu Jinxiang rolled her eyes.

She waved at the boy with glasses.

“Jinxiang, I-I’m scared.” The boy with glasses shook his head wildly. “I have car sickness!”

He swallowed.

Everyone knew how she drove. Usually when someone got a lift, they would say ‘Thank you, you can drop me off here.’

But for those who got on Yu Jinxiang’s car, they would say ‘Thank God, I’m still alive!’

Yes, that was how insane her driving was.

The boy in the glasses refused, and so did the other boys.

They didn’t dare.

“You’re all useless!”

Yu Jinxiang saw the guy with Afro hair laughing and punched the steering wheel in anger.

Suddenly, Li Ningning pointed at a direction and gasped, “F*ck, isn’t that our teacher? Why is he here?”

They turned around and saw their biology teacher, Chen Hao, pushing his electric bicycle and running toward them.

He looked extremely ridiculous.

“Hahahaha. Damn, look over there!”

The crowd roared with laughter.

After all, seeing an electric bicycle here was funny enough.

Now, someone pushing an electric bicycle and running toward them made it even more ridiculous.

“Him? Ningning, why is this loser here? Who let him tag along?”
