The rest of that day was spent at the beach - everyone enjoying it immensely. So it wasn't a surprise that when Luna suggested a beach day, everyone was down, and they all grew excited for the next day.
Jonah, Tate, Christina, Luna and Daniel spent the most of that night making food, with Alex and Corbyn occasionally coming to help for about 0.4 seconds before she got bored and went back to sit with Zach and the others.
Gabbie, Mia, Jack, Zach and Alex and Corbyn were sat in the living room area, most of them watching a movie. Alex was sat next to Zach, her legs arched over her lap and her head lent against the back cushions of the couch.
Zach was half watching the movie, half watching Alex. It wasn't in a creepy way, he was admiring her, watching as she did what ever she was doing on her phone, watching as the different emotions flickered across her face.
Then, he watched as her phone vibrated, and he saw her face turn from smiling to panicked as she read whatever had just came up and she scrambled up and ran to the kitchen, everyone looking at her.
"LUNA." She shouted and Luna looked up from where she was putting filling in sandwiches, confused.
"What the fuck is up?" Luna asked, extremely calmly compared to Alex's current state of panic. By this point, everyone in the living room had paused the movie and followed Alex to the kitchen.
"We have a code 2769." Alex said, and Luna dropped the knife she was holding, almost on Tate's fingers. Both Mia and Luna rushed over to Alex, and stared at her phone screen.
"Oh no he didn't." Mia said.
"He?" Zach asked, looking between the three girls. "Code 2769?"
"It's the ex code." Christina shrugged, going back to preparing food. "It's no biggie-, Shit it's the ex code."
"It's my ex." Alex sighed, sitting down on a chair behind her.
"wHAT?" Zach said, and practically pushed Mia out the way to sit next to Alex and looked over her shoulder. "What the fuck does he want?"
"He says that he knows I'm in Fiji but when I get back to Atlanta he wants to hang out?" Alex looked confused. "But he cheated on me so why the fuck would he want to do that."
"He did what?" Zach said, obviously getting angry by the second, and everyone decided it would be better to leave the two alone, and Alex stood up, taking Zach's hand and pulling him into their room, sitting on the bed.
"It's ok babe." Alex said, as Zach sat next to her, and refusing to let go of her hand. "I'm not gonna get back with him.. I'm just confused on why he wants to hang out anyways."
Zach sighed, and laid down, resting his head on Alex's lap and she tilted the phone screen down so he could see it. "What you gonna reply?" He asked, and watched as his girlfriend shrugged.

Alexia: because you cheated on me
Xavier: I've changed
Alexia: are you really that dumb?

And saying you've changed doesn't make anything different
it means that you're a liar

Alexia: saying you've changed into a better person
when really you're just saying that to try and
sugarcoat the fact you were a heartless enough
person to do it in the first place

Alexia: she said not to call her that
Xavier: and you are?

and she told you that she doesn't want to
and I don't believe that you would think
that cheating on her and asking her to hang out
is a good idea
