The different colours of bread tags actually tell you what day your bread was baked/shipped to the store:
Blue - Monday
Green - Tuesday
Red - Thursday
White - Friday
Yellow - Saturday
Also, for some reason, it doesn't get baked or shipped on Wednesdays
