Elle's pov:
It's 7pm now. I'm packing my things with a heavy heart. I really don't wanna leave Steven and I don't know where the fuck he's now. Tomorrow at morning is my flight to Singapore.
Huh! I've to pack many clothes as it's one week trip.
The door opened. There my dear husband is. Steven. Standing with blank expression at the door.
"What? " I asked.
"So Mrs. Smith, you're finally going"
"Yes. You will be happy and free!"
"Yes I'm so happy but.."
"But?"
"But I won't be able to cuddle you, kiss you, irritate you"
"So.. Will you miss me?"
"Obviously.. NOT" He smiled at the ground.
But Steven.. I'll miss you so much. This one week will be so much difficult for me without you.
He sat at the edge of the bed, helping me to pack my clothes and files.
"At which time your flight is?"
"10:45 in the morning"
"Ouh. Hey? Where's that dress?"
"Which one?"
"That one which you had wore that night when you and me.. First.."
"Oh.. That" I blushed. "It isn't washed yet. So I didn't pack it"
"Hm.. Tell me honestly. It's maybe because I touched it so you threw it away"
"You know what Steven? You are a big idiot. If there would be any award named, 'Most stupid person of the year', I will happily handed it to you.. Now get out" I yelled.
"Elle.. You're saying me to get out? When you've only one night with me?"
"So what? You want to have sex with me? Hm?"
He stayed mute and said, "Actually the most stupid person in the world is you. You don't get any single thing. Stone heart bitch. Go away! I don't care"
He got up and stepped out from my room and closed the door roughly, making me flinched.
Gosh! This guy. I'm stupid? Doesn't he understand I love him? Huh. But, did I act so rudely with me? Maybe he wanted to spend some time with me. Arghhh! Elle! Seriously you are a dumb head.
It's 8:30 am. I slept yesterday at my room only. I missed the chance. Didn't I?
I saw Steven coming down with a scowl in his face. Oooh! He really seems to be in a bad mood because of my behavior.
"I'm..sorry for-"
He kissed me suddenly, making me dumbfounded. What- isn't he mad at me?
"Aren't you angry at-"
"I can't stay angry at you. And now you're going so I wanna spend every seconds with you"
"Steven.."
"I lied. I will miss you so much" He kissed my forehead.
"So here. I.. Don't wanna leave you.. Steven"
"And the reason?"
"Ahh! I don't know.. And the dress.. I've it still with me. And about your touch?" I hold his hands as I placed it on my waist. "Look, you touch it and I'll never throw it. Every touch of yours is precious to me Steven. Why do you always-"
"I'm sorry. I was just kidding but you took it seriously. And Elle.. Come back soon"
"Only after a weeks"
"It will be so easy for you to live without me right?"
"How can you even-" I slapped his shoulder playfully. "Steven.. I.." I hugged him. Can I say it? Nahhh!
"You?"
"I love.."
"You love..?"
"Nothing" I hugged him more tightly, blushing. "It's the time to leave to the airport babe"
"No.. Please"
"Bye.." I broke the hug and pecked him. "Take care, love"
Steven left me to the airport. I waved back at him. I went to the plane as I sat on my seat. Steven.. I love you and my scared ass couldn't even say that. Fuck.
Steven's pov:
"The number you've dialled isn't answering, please try later". I have listening this from past few days while calling Elle. Where the fuck she's busy at?
My phone started ringing and it's Anna. I pick up the call.
"Hey" I spoke.
"Aww! My babe. How's you?"
"Nothing"
"Won't you ask me how I'm? "
"You must be good.."
"Omg yes I'm. This is so fun here with new peoples"
"New peoples? Aren't you with your friends and fa-"
"I mean some new people also joined us and they are so good. Okay bye baby, I'm hanging up"
But she didn't hang it. Maybe she have forgotten. But then I heard,
"Babe.." Someone said. And maybe it's Anna's voice. Is he saying to me?
"Robert! I love you" She said. I heard some kissing sounds. Means.. She.. So what Elle told was right.
I concentrated on their conversations. Yes. I'm sure that she cheated on me with a guy named Robert. So, this is the person she's having fun with. Thanks Anna for forgetting to hang up the phone.
I got upset. So this girl I've loved? Wow. Maybe it's been a long she's cheating on me. So good. Let's have some fucking drink. I need you right now Elle.
Elle's pov:
Oh my gosh! Finally I've reached America. It's night here. I'm so fucking excited to meet Steven after a week. And I was so damn busy that I couldn't pick his phone. But I'll apologize to him and will confess my love. And the business trip was successful.
I opened the door. Why the door is opened? I saw Steven sleeping at the sofa and a glass in his hand. What..
I shook him gently. "Heyy Steven.. I'm back!" I said in a low voice.
"Elle.. Anna cheated on me.. She.. Cheat.." He mumbled. What the.. Did he get to know that?
He woke up and sat.
"Hey.. Aren't you happy that I'm back?"
He leaned against my shoulder. I hold him. "What happened baby?"
"She cheated"
"I know. She doesn't deserve you. You're precious"
"But.. For her I have done everything. I treated you badly for her and.."
"Steven.. It's okay. Now that I'm here, you don't have to worry about that. I'm here to hold you"
"Why.. Why she cheated?"
"Steven.. Can we please talk about-"
He slept on my shoulder only. I can't take him to the bed. Let's just not disturb him. I laid him on the sofa and put a blanket over him. I sat in front of him and patted his back.
"No matter how badly you treat me, I'll never hate you Steven. I love you so much.. And I want to know that Anna is such a whore. You deserve better. I'll take care of you" I said.
"But you disappointed me saying about her as soon as I reached home. You could ask me how am I? Or.. Did I miss you or not.. Or.." I huffed.
I leaned back on the sofa. I'm so tired. Let's just have a sleep now.
