They fell into silent, pondering.

“Ms. Lane. We have a patient in critical condition. The man with her requested for you because he has heard many great achievements of yours.”

Nicole’s interest was piqued, not by the fact that the patient requested for her, but by the critical condition the patient was facing. Concerned, she promptly asked, “What’s the disease?”

“I’m not sure. He didn’t allow us to go near her and even refused to let us treat her. Instead, he requested to meet only you and asked for you to cure her.”

“Bring me there.”

To not delay anymore, Nicole trotted while following the doctor to the consultation room.

As she entered the room, she saw a man supporting a feeble woman in the center of the room. The woman was convulsing while the man was demanding for Nicole.
