Friends are a select few for Casper, and Holden doesn't have the right kind of luck for a golden ticket. But he isn't worried. After all, to win the heart of a prophet, all you need is intelligence.
And intelligence is all he's got.
My thoughts: All I can really think to say after finishing this story is wow. There were twists, wonderfully complex characters, moments of hope and moments where everything seems to have been lost. Holden's point of view is fascinating to read from and I ended up sympathising with a character I never normally would've done. If you're looking for a lighthearted romance, then this isn't exactly a story I'd recommend- it's much darker, but is definitely worth a read and will make you question everything.
