After I was discharged from the hospital, my family decided to spend a week at our beach house so I could recover fully. We had initially planned to do promotions for our upcoming series, but P'Lookmhee postponed everything and announced on social media that the activities would resume once I felt better. Fortunately, the fans were incredibly supportive, encouraging me to take all the time I needed to rest and assuring me they would wait. P'Freen was also very supportive, calling me every day to check on how I was doing.
At the beach house, I decided to go online and check in with the fans. Naturally, I informed my manager and CEO firstânot because they're strict, but to keep them in the loop. They both agreed and was happy with the idea, especially since fans had been flooding them with questions about my recovery. They also mentioned they were looking forward to watching my live session. So, I decided to go live on TikTok.
When I started the live session, I was shocked to see the number of viewers doubling every second. By the time I fully joined, there was already a massive audience, all thrilled to see me and asking questions. I patiently answered as many as I could, although the comment section was moving so fast it was hard to keep up.
Then, one comment stood out:
"Hi Yoko! I'm glad you feel better now!"
"And I'm glad the hoodie I gave you helped keep you warm during the fan meet."
The username was Sofia27. I read it aloud and gave her a shoutout:
"Yes, Sofia27, it did! There were still 30 minutes left in the fan meet, and I was freezing, so the hoodie helped a lot. Thank you so much!"
I tried to wait for her reply while answering other comments. She eventually responded:
You're most welcome! I'd like to thank my sister Sonya too, for giving me the hoodie ð.
I smiled and said, "Hi, Sonya! Thank you so much. You have an amazing, pretty, and kind sister!"
The fans grew curious, so I shared the story of how I received the hoodie. Fans from the Philippines were delighted to find out that the sister of the COO of a famous brand was my fan. Some playfully urged Sofia (I'm guessing that was her name) to invite her sister to the live to confirm the story. I told Sofia it wasn't necessary and that the fans were just joking, but the pretty teenager commented her sister's TikTok account along with Folk City's official account.
I laughed and said, "I'll send a direct message to thank your sister too." Sofia replied that it wasn't necessary and mentioned she was calling her sister to watch the live. Shortly after, her sister joined the live and commented "Hello, everyone."
The comments went wild, and I had difficulty keeping up with all the messages. Then, one fan suggested inviting them onto the call. I asked if it was okay with them, and once they agreed, I clicked the invite button. I also added, "It's totally fine if you can't join."
"Hi!" I said when they both joined my live. The fans were thrilled.
"Hi!" they said in unison, though only Sofia had her camera on.
"Sorry to take up your time. I bet you're so busy, Ms. COO," I said, smiling at the camera.
"Oh, please call me Sonya. And I have time to spare! I actually thought my sister had an emergency when she called," the COO said, laughing. Her voice was beautiful.
Sofia laughed too and said, "Sorry, Ate." (I later learned that Ate means older sister.)
"I just wanted to thank you for the hoodie. Sofia gave it to me at the perfect time when I really needed it," I said.
Sonya laughed. "Oh, really? That's great to know, but you know whatâ"
"Heyyyy!" Sofia interrupted her sister.
"What? Why?" I asked, confused.
"It's nothing!" Sofia quickly said, blushing.
Sonya laughed and revealed, "Actually, the hoodie was given to her by our CEO, Faye herself. She knows Sofia loves Lisa so much, so she made one especially for her when it sold out, since I forgot to secure one for her."
I was shocked to hear this, and Sofia blushed even harder on camera.
"Oh my gosh, Sofia, I can return the hoodie!" I said, concerned.
"No, please!" the girl said with a smile. "I know Ate Faye wouldn't mind. I really wanted to give it to you because I know you love Lisa too. Ate Sonya can get me another one, right, Ate?" she joked.
Sonya laughed. "Yes, of course!"
The comment section erupted with excitement as fans flooded it with requests for Sonya to restock the hoodie. Many also pleaded for the COO to turn on her camera. At first, Sonya shyly declined, laughing off the requests. But with some playful nudging from Sofia, she finally gave inâand the chat went wild.
I couldn't help but agree with the fans. These sisters were absolutely stunning. Sonya, the older of the two, looked like a more mature version of Sofia. She had the same fair skin and radiant features but carried an air of elegance and warmth that came with experience. Her kind smile lit up the screen, and I could see why so many were instantly drawn to her.
While the live was still buzzing, I caught a glimpse of a notification on my phoneâa DM from our CEO. The message read: Wooahhh, SÌwy mÄk! (Wow, so beautiful!). I couldn't resist teasing a little, so I called out playfully, "Sonya, our CEO just sent me a message saying you're very beautiful!"
Sonya looked surprised but laughed gracefully, brushing off the compliment. The fans, of course, went into an even bigger frenzy in the comments, gushing about her beauty and teasing her for being the star of the live session. It was such a fun and lighthearted moment, one that added to the warmth and charm of the live.
We continued chatting with the fans as they asked Sonya about Folk City products and some personal questions, which she and Sofia answered graciously.
Then, someone entered Sonya's office, interrupting the live.
"Hey Sy, you still here?" a calm, sweet voice asked.
"Yes, I was about to leave, but Sofia called," Sonya replied, looking up. She didn't mute the live, so we heard the conversation.
"Why? What happened to Sofi? Is she okay?" the voice asked, full of concern.
"No, she's fine. She's just caught up in her drama with her idol," Sonya teased, winking at the camera.
"I am not!" Sofia protested.
The woman laughedâthe most enchanting laugh I'd ever heard. "You're still talking to her?" she asked.
"Yeah, actually, we're on TikTok live with her idol," Sonya replied, laughing.
"What's TikTok?" the woman asked, making us all laugh. The comment section exploded with curiosity about who Sonya was talking to.
"Is that Faye?" "Is that the CEO?" everyone asked.
"It's a social media app, Boss," Sonya teasingly answered.
The woman laughed again, and Sonya turned the camera to show her. My breath caughtâshe was absolutely stunning, with long, silky black hair cascading down her back and a radiant smile that lit up her face. She wore a simple yet elegant white long-sleeved shirt, the sleeves casually rolled up to her toned arms. Her delicate features were framed by soft, glowing skin, and her eyesâwide and expressiveâheld a mixture of curiosity and surprise. She looked momentarily confused when she saw me, then her gaze shifted to Sofia, as if recognizing something familiar.
"Hi," she said shyly.
"Hi!" I replied.
"Hi, Ate Faye!" Sofia said grinning.
"I'm Yoko," I said with a warm smile, trying to compose myself after being momentarily stunned by the most breathtaking face I'd ever seen. There was a natural elegance about her that made it hard to look away, but I quickly regained my focus. "I just wanted to thank Sofia for gifting me the Folk City hoodie during our fan meet in Thailand last week. It really meant a lot to me, and I thought inviting her and Sonya to join my TikTok live today would be a great way to show my appreciation."
I paused, glancing at Sonya with a smile, before adding, "But as it turns out, the hoodie actually came from you, so I guess I have you to thank as well." "I loved the design the moment I saw it, and I was blown away to learn it's from a Filipino brand. I've been wearing it nonstopâit's just so special to me now." I said sincerely, and the comment section lit up with fans swooning over the interaction.
Faye, the CEO, still looking confused just smiled a little before turning the camera away. Sonya laughed and said, "She's a shy CEO. Sorry, everyone!"
The comment section went absolutely wild:
"Is Faye that gorgeous?!"
"Faye is so pretty!"
"What the heck?! How did I not know someone this beautiful lives in my country?!" one user commented in disbelief.
Another chimed in, "Yes, that's Faye! I saw her once on TV during Paris Fashion Week!" Comments kept flooding in: "I can't believe itâshe looks like a model!"
"The prettiest CEO!" "Faye is an absolute queen!"
"I'm a FreenYoko shipper, but why the heck I felt a chemistry between Faye and Yoko?" a fan commented.
The excitement was palpable, and the praise and teasing just kept pouring in.
Still feeling stunned, I could barely process what was happening around me. The world felt a bit foggy as I tried to focus, but then I heard Faye's voice againâthis time so soft, it was almost a whisper. "I'll go ahead, Sy. Say goodbye to Sofi for me," she said, her tone gentle but purposeful.
Sonya's response was quick, filled with that same warmth and energy that seemed to fill every space she occupied. "Wait for meâI'm coming too. We have to go, guys. Sorry!" Her voice was more urgent, but there was an unmistakable playfulness in it that made everything feel light, despite the rush.
The exchange was brief, but it somehow brought me back to reality, reminding me that the live was still in full swing, and things were moving quickly.
I smiled and thanked Sonya and Sofia once more. Sonya promised with a grin, "We'll restock as per your requests! Thanks, everyone! And Sof, don't stay up too late."
The sisters said their goodbyes, and I wrapped up the live event by thanking everyone for their support.
After the live ended, I sat there, still shaken by how deeply Faye Malisorn had affected me. My heart was racing, and I couldn't explain why. I'd never felt this way beforeânot even during my steamiest scenes with P'Freen, where she kissed me all over. This was differentâunfamiliar and strangely intense.
Curiosity got the better of me, and I immediately Googled her name. And there it was: Faye Malisorn's Wikipedia page. Surprisingly, there weren't many pictures of her online, which might explain why she's not widely recognized. Still, what I discovered left me stunnedâshe's the daughter of the wealthiest man in the Philippines. Honestly, it made sense; there's an air of elegance and sophistication about her, almost aristocratic.
Her beauty felt unreal. I'm not exaggeratingâit's rare to see someone who looks like they stepped out of a dream. Until now, I've only truly admired two women for their beauty: my mother and Lalisa Manoban. But seeing Faye? It was overwhelming. It felt like the air had been sucked out of the room, like I couldn't breathe.
Even hours later, I found myself replaying our brief encounter in my mind, unable to shake the strange, powerful impact she'd had on me.
