"Aashi, get down..", a scream accompanied by a push jerked me from my unconsciousness.The hard hit on my left shoulder and the pain made an effort to pull me back to my senses.I saw a blurred vision which was getting clearer with every passing second.I discerned a car which was moving towards the deep trench with a velocity no one could catch a hold of.What's going on?Whose it might be?Who pushed me?A lot of queries and doubts encircled my cords.After a struggle of couple of minutes, I realised one of the terrible truth of my life.Drive with Neil.... our argument... text from that creep.... my anxiety attack.... collision..This can't be the truth. It was Neil's car and that was Neil who pushed me out of the car.To save me?Holy Lord! I gasped at the realisation. I don't know what cast was spell on me, I forgot all my pain and my only focus went on Neil and his safety.I ran towards the direction like anything just with a thought to save him."Neil..Neil..Neil..", the only word which my vocals pushed out and my cords had all over my notions. Meanwhile I heard a loud sound of water splash as if a huge object fell in a sort of river.I paced likewise as fast as I could and saw the same car drowning in water.My heart skipped a beat and head started spinning.What if Neil was in the car?No! No! No! I twitched instinctively to find any clue of his.But couldn't find anything.I felt a knot in my stomach and the pain was making me miserable.What if something have happened to him?What if I lose him?Lose him? The sheer thought of losing him constricted my chest and was despairing to the core. I can't even think of it. Had he become that important to me?My heart, brain and soul shouted a loud Yes! HE DID!I have to find him no matter what. I sprinted in all those directions I had an option of, however I didn't get any ounce regarding him.My heart beat accelerated and tears knew no bound. Where are you Neil?"Neil, come back to me please", I hawled.I broke down completely disheartened, sobbing."H..Help..", a low moan hit my ear drums.My low spirit earned a bit of hope as my intuition was saying it was him.I rush to the direction and found him lying at a corner with blood oozing from his forehead."Neil..", I reached him and sat taking his head on my lap.Although his condition was not soothing nonetheless, the feel that he was with me made me a bit relaxed.He was subconsciously moaning for help in agony.I couldn't bear his condition. It was afflictioning me from right, left and centre."Open your eyes, Neil. Please", I cried trying to bring him back to his senses.However, no luck. I made all possible efforts to get him back to his senses. Nothing worked.Now, my centre of attention was to take him to hospital and get him treated at the earliest. Somehow I managed to walk near the road to find a lift in a hope to get one as soon as possible.Fortunately, one guy agreed and we reached near by health care.I felt as if a part of me was being crushed. I want him to annoy me, irk me and argue with me, but lying lifelessly was raising an unsaid haggling in my every nerve.We reached health-care and rushed towards the emergency ward."Doctor.. Doctor", I searched for one."Calm down, Miss! We will take it from here", a doctor came to me.They took him inside and I was waiting restlessly for the outcome.Though I was superintended for this but, somewhere my strength was giving up slowly and vision was getting blurred."Excuse me, Miss. Can you please come inside? I need to treat your wounds as you are hurt too", a nurse stood before me. That was the moment when I realised, even I had bruises and was bleeding.Nevertheless, I wasn't bothered about much."I..I am fine", I just didn't want to leave this place."Please try and understand", she insisted."N...No..I want t..to be h..here", I stammered holding my almost giving up brawn."He will be fine", she tried to pacify me."No..", I got up with a jerk and collapsed with my vision blackening out. *When I opened my eyes, I found myself on the bed in a ward with drips injected in my nerves.The only thought which struck me was Neil and his condition.I attempted to get up but couldn't as my head was spinning.Next moment, the same nurse came inside."How are you feeling now?", she asked."Better, how is he?", I was curious. "He is fine Wounds were not that deep. You just take care", she answered."I want to see him", I ordered."Relax.You take rest now and you can see him later", she replied."Now", I roared.She sighed. "Alright, just give me a second", she finally agreed.She removed my drips and guided me through the way.I entered the lobby near his ward and the visual caged my feet.****************************Gosh!
