Amrita took her bag and sat beside Baani who is grinning.
Amrita smile at and so does Baani, giving shock to Amrita.
"You know me?" She asked thinking that maybe by now Baani must have forgotten her
Baani nods "Of course I do ! Amrita, Right?!"
Amrita smiled wider "Oh you really know me, I thought My introvert Character didn't let you know about me"
Baani smile at her cuteness.
"Actually I always wanted to talk with you because I really like your personality and Answer's which you give in the class, and especially after the day when in the class group" She paused and Baani's smile fell "I am sorry I shouldn't have had brought that up, But I wanted to know if you were okay, I also messaged you but you didn't see that. Then In the class after the breaks you looked so dull and ran away, Yes I realised Why I really hate those boys for making you Cry, next day I wanted to sit with you but then the police came along with your boyfriend and warned us not to bother you so" Amrita blabbered everything which was in her heart
Baani raised her eye brows "My boyfriend?"
"Yes the one who picked you up in his arm when you fell unconscious, Then who drops you in car, everyone in the class knows about him" She shrugged
Baani licked her lips "Om?" She whisper
"Oh yes, That is his Name! When he was warning he said I am Om Upadhyay and if anyone will bother Baani, they will face the consequences just like these boy's, they were bruised so Badly"Amrita said recalling the time
Baani smile at her "Are you sure you are introvert?"
She smile sheepishly "I am, it's just I am feeling comfortable with you but also a bit scared that if your boyfriend will have problem with that"
Baani laugh "No, He won't have a problem at all. He just wants me to be Happy"
She smiles "Thank God !"
Then Baani ask her something and then, telling to Maintain a distance because of it as she don't wanna go through anything like that again !
Amrita explained her that she is of no harm and wouldn't even think about it and added saying "Sometimes we are just so much in love that we forget to acknowledge the mistake's or the harm a person is doing to us and We sometimes also forget to acknowledge the people who actually love us !" She smiled and stood up as professor enter in the class.
Baani went into a deep thought While Amrita is drooling over Abhimanyu "Professor Abhimanyu looks good in White Shirt !" She whispered and Baani blinked looking at her
"Sorry?"
Amrita smiled awkwardly "Nothing"
Baani look at Professor Abhimanyu, He is wearing White shirt and then at Amrita who listening to him carefully.
Baani smiled and listen to the Lecture.
And for a Change, Abhimanyu saw Amrita with Baani and felt nice, Baani has been through a lot and Amrita deserves a friend too, he hope that they both become good friends in future.
Also Abhimanyu had this dream in which Amrita was in the suit which she wore in the fest and they were looking at each other with a smile. He was about to hold Amrita's hand but then his alarm clock began to ring.
After taking the attendance Abhimanyu Looked at Amrita who is just right in front of him "Umm Amrita"
She stood up "Yes Sir?"
Baani smiled looking at her sudden activeness.
"You can sit, Aa I was saying that collect everyone's assignment and keep it with you until Friday ! Which is the submission date"
"Okay sir"
Then Abhimanyu got up and informed the class "Submit your Assignment to Amrita before Friday everyone and no cheating from chrome, I am warning you all"
Abhimanyu left the class and Amrita fall on the bench sighing "Again responsibility"
Baani giggles "It's Good na, Sir thinks you are a good student so that's why he told you"
Amrita nods with a smile , then she ask her "You didn't came to college for more than a week? You even missed the fest? Are you okay?"
Baani smiles "Yeah, I was in Amritsar and then I went to my village, just came back yesterday"
Amrita nods "I was in the lead of Decoration team, Sanjay sir made me forcefully" She scrunched her nose a little
Baani smiled at her cuteness "Don't worry, you will get 2 certificates and that will be good for your CV !"
"Yeah right ! I never thought of the advantage" Amrita Grins
Baani shrugged "But now you do !"
Amrita and Baani went together for another class and sat together.
Amrita felt so so soooo happy! First she sat with Baani, then Abhimanyu looking so hot, Him giving her the duty to collect assignments, Baani again sitting with her and even talking.
She feels she is in a kind of dream.

Amrita is looking at her picture again of the fest, Does Abhimanyu sir have a girlfriend? Maybe he does because having those attractive looks anyone would fall for him.
Then she looked at herself, Hmm this kind of girl can't be his girlfriend...no match at all, he wouldn't even think of dating her if we remove for sometime the fact that she is his student!
She wished to be beautiful or maybe she is but not the kind which would attract Abhimanyu. Soniya mam is hot and gorgeous, plus she is 5'8 and Abhimanyu being 6'1 the height difference is perfect while she is 5'5 and so the height difference is a lot !
She close the laptop and sigh. She walk out in her balcony and rub her arms looking at the moon.
What if...Abhimanyu and she would have been of same age? Would he had been her friend at least?
Maybe no...She chuckled, A guy like him, so popular and engaging wouldn't even had looked at her. He told in the class once that he used to be in sports, event and was among the toppers during his college times, always participating in fests and few other activities.
Her heart clinched at the thought and she felt Sad. Then she felt an arm around her shoulder, Her mother's.
She looked at her and don't know why, Amrita began to cry. She hugged her and cried out.
"What happened beta?" She asked with concern and worry
Amrita shook her head "nothing, just feeling low"
Her mother caress her back and kissed her head and Amrita felt the love and comfort like always.
But why is she crying? She just has a crush on him or...She has started liking Abhimanyu a lot more?
