If she canât take them down in one shot, then just chipped away at them little by little. Whatever, donât let them live comfortably.
Theyâve been bullying Bella for so many years. Who would put up with that?
âNo problem,â Kenneth agreed instantly.
The next morning.
Attlee and Olga, loaded with all sorts of gifts, arrived at Hope Hospitalâs Room 301. As soon as they opened the door, they saw Grace chatting with a strange woman.
The stranger was sitting by the bed, looking like a secretary, sternâfaced and professional, seemingly agreeing with whatever Grace was saying. âMom, youâre awake? Whoâs this?â Olga was instantly curious and wary of this stranger as soon as she stepped into the room.
It was only half past seven in the morning, and this woman had come so early. What was she discussing with Grace?
Upon seeing them, the stranger immediately stood up and politely said to Grace, âIf thereâs nothing else, Iâll be going now.â
âOkay,â Grace answered simply. Seeing them come in with a mountain of gifts, her face instantly turned serious. âWhy are you here? Get out!â
âMom, you havenât told us who this person is.â Olga only wanted to know the strangerâs identity. What was her relationship with Grace? What was she doing for Grace? Was it related to the will?
With these thoughts, she immediately blocked the strangerâs exit, smiling as she asked, âAre you a relative of ours or someone else? Iâm sorry, but I donât think Iâve seen you before.â
The stranger did not answer her question, only politely saying, âIâm sorry, could you please let me pass?â
With no intention of backing down, Olga was getting a bit pissed.. It looked like the woman didnât take her seriously at all.
Seeing that Olga wouldnât give way, the stranger forced her way past and exited the room, shutting the door behind her.
This made Olga even more pissed. The womanâs manners and attitude were just plain awful! Sheâll show her!
âMom, you didnât buy insurance, did you?â Attlee asked when he saw the woman in the black suit. She looked a bit like an insurance agent..
âHa, you all wish Iâd kick the bucket sooner! Even if I gave all my property away after I die, I wouldnât leave you a penny!â Grace said, coughing a few times in anger. She coldly added, âWhat did you come for this time? To take my phone, my bracelet, or the flowers made of gems?â
Last time, Olga took advantage of her fainting to take all the things Bella had given her, which had made her condition worse.
Luckily, Bella had managed to get everything back, and she even bought her some expensive medicine. Otherwise, she might already be six feet under.
Theyâd have to visit her at her grave, then!
âMom, how could we dare to steal your things?â Olga put on an innocent face. âLast time, we saw you faint and were worried that your valuable items would be stolen, so we kindly helped you keep them safe, but you misunderstood our good intentions and let Bella make a scene at our place. I fell down and twisted my waist because of it, and I couldnât get out of bed for days.â
âServes you right,â Grace replied expressionlessly, adding sarcastically, âArenât you the thieves at home? Real thieves would feel inadequate in front of you.â
Despite her discomfort, Olga still put out the breakfast one by one. âMom, youâre joking again! We asked the nurses last night, and they said you could eat these for breakfast. Why donât you eat a bit first?â
Ever since last time, when she saw their true colors, Grace had grown even more disgusted with them.
Right now, she glanced coldly at the breakfast on the table. âTake it away.â
She was thinking, They might have poisoned the food!
