â Rabbit Moon ãYUZUKIã âLower Fangâ
Anti-Blade Sword
The name of a pair of knives, with this one representing the lower one of the pair. It contains the essence of the Vorpal power within itself and its true power lies hidden amongst the clouds.
When fighting an opponent whose level is higher than the user, upon a critical hit the next basic attack is going to cause a small percentage of HP to be restored rather than increase the attack power of the next basic attack.
The above effect from critical hits stack up a certain number of times.

Calm down, meâ¦â¦ Itâs a simple math problem here. It doesnât require you to solve some kind of equation that would change the basic fundamentals of the whole world. This isnât rocket science.
Umm, letâs seeâ¦â¦ So I need a combined number of one hundred and forty five in those three stats, right? And my current number is like what, fifty two? So that means I still require about ninety three more skill points. One level up gives you roughly five skill points to spend, so when you divide ninety three by five it give usâ¦â¦ about nineteen more levels!?
ãNOOOOOOOOOâ¦..!!!ã
ãS, SANRAKUâââââââââSAN!!!ã
I was currently on my knees, despairing over just how weak I actually was.
I had mixed feelings about returning to Thirdrema after doing my best at escaping from it so hard, but it was all for Katsuâs sake. He finally arrived at Thirdrema today and since it was his first big city, he wanted someone to actually show him around.
To avoid drawing attention to me I chose the fastest route possible and ran at full speed, only to arrive at Thirdremaâs back alley. There was a small café there run by an NPC called âSnakeâs Appleâ, and Pencilgton said that it was good for secretive, inconspicuous meetings.
ãNow then, donât you think that keeping us waiting is a little bit cruel, even for you? Weâve been waiting here for at least three hours now! Is this some kind of kinky sexual play that you are into recently?
ãIt was some business that will help us in our fight against the Gravekeeper.ã
ãRight, I shall forgive you this time around.ã
Problem solved!
I wasnât really going to explain to them about the unique quest that I was doing right now, since it would be too tedious to explain, so this short version will have to do for now.
ãItâs nice that you are taking the preparation so seriously.ã
ãNo, thereâs nothing nice to it, believe meâ¦â¦ Oi, you idiot there! Stop playing around with the fork! Itâs dangerous!ã
His VIT stat must still be a single digit. It wasnât all that much, and with that even the most trivial wound inflicted with a fork may one day prove fatal. There were cases like that in the past. Best to avoid stupid deaths like that.
Retracting the fork that was aimed at my throat, Katsu began to casually eat his cake with it. As for his equipment, he was currently wearing a casual light armor.
ãOikatsu?ã
ãHm? Ah, thatâs my ShanFro player tag.ã
ãIs that supposed to be in memoriam of something?ã
As usual, his naming sense just sucked so much! But truth be told, that wasnât the strangest one of his naming ideas that I have seen.
ãNot really. I just thought that it would be nice for people to see my player name and think: âGod, what a nuisance!âã
ãHahaha, now thatâs downright stupid.ã
ãYes, and now that we have been witnesses to Katsuâs comedic talents, we can hear what our dear friend Sanraku has to say.ã
Pencilgton apparently didnât want to waste any time, for he wanted me to share the information while Katsu was still eating his cake.
ãâ¦â¦ Well, it might not be all that useful a piece of information, but during the conversations with NPCs, the Gravekeeper is often described as ânot alive, but not dead eitherâ. This makes me believe that we are dealing with an undead type of monster here.ã
ãâ¦â¦ Thatâs right, now that I think about it, there were signs of him being an Undead during the fight. I see, I thought it might be something else, but if he was an Undead, it would make an awful lot of sense.ã
I thought that my information wouldnât be of much use here, but apparently Pencilgton saw the matter a little bit differently.
For a moment out there Pencilgton was pondering something, but before long he came back to us, looking at both Katsu and I alternatively.
ãI need to do a little something on my end, so youâll have to take care of yourselves until evening.ã
ãWell, thatâs fine with me, but is there anything of interest that we can do around these parts to kill time?ã
ãFor the time being, why donât the two of you try leveling up some more at the âAncient Ruinsâ?ã
As he said that, Pencilgton handed us a strange objectâ¦â¦ Was that a fishing rod? I look at Katsu in a suggestive way. We wanted to ask Pencilgton what the deal was, but he was already on his way out of the shop.
ãYouâll understand once you get there. See you later!ã
ãOff he goesâ¦â¦ã
ãThat he did.ã
Not having anything more to do in the store, we exit it as well and then proceed through the back alleys. If we were to go along the main street, we would attract way too much attention.
With even more players about to join the game, the risk of me being recognized and targeted was raising with each passing day. That is why I asked Katsu to come with me and avoid huge crowds of people. Fortunately, I still had Thirdremaâs layout stuck in my head, so I was able to guide us to the gate relatively safely.
Then we walked down the forest path leading in the opposite direction from the Crimson Trees Cave.
ãWhy does Pencilgton want us to go fishing? Can we improve our level at it as well?ã
ãHell if I know. Itâs the first time I have a fishing rod in my hands as well.ã
ãApparently there are some white fish with red meat in that area.ã
ãWhite fish? Like salmon?ã
ãReally? By the wayâ¦â¦ Who was that talking just now?ã
ãEmul, you can drop the act. This guy here is trustworthy.ã
ãEhh? The way you said it just now makes it sound like some cheap party trick, Sanraku-san! This is an emergency camouflage technique! Very advanced and very useful!ã
ãUwah!? The scarf is talking!?ã
Katsu suddenly shoutedâ¦â¦ Oh yeah, this will be his first time seeing Emul, right? I wonder how is he going to react?
