Therefore even if we were to somehow clear this quest and obtain a Unique Quest EX as a result, I cannot really take them for a piggyback ride through it. It was unexpected for them to come here in the first place, but I honestly felt that it would come and bite me in the ass sooner rather than later.

「…… And that about covers it for this here Saiga-0 and Akitsu Akane, who just so happened to join me for this quest.」

「I’m having trouble with keeping up with all of the information……」

Well, it probably is a little bit much, but that’s only because I didn’t have enough courage to tell them the truth. “Go home, because you’ve made a mistake and I don’t want you to know about the Unique Scenario I’m currently working on!” that would really make me sound like a huge ass-hat.

“I’m sorry that you were dragged into this, but if you have your own things to do, then by all means go and do them instead!” I’ve tried that kind of logic with them, but it was foolish of me to think that there would be a player who wouldn’t want to participate in a Unique Quest…… Could it be that I was overdoing it way too much now?

And although many of the pirates were looking at Rust with the mixture of fear and respect, it was clearly Saiga-0 here who was the strongest player amongst them.

「Think of him as a Manual Laborer A, aside from some characteristic parts there’s nothing all that special going on about him.」

But it was the truth. Amongst all of us players here Akitsu Akane was the weakest one. Even though he might have leveled up considerably after defeating Luukan (Alter-Ego), his stats and level might be at around level eighty, so he was still weaker than all of us.

Aside from Akitsu Akane, whose participation was really situational in here, both Emul and Sickle were a true Godsend with all of their high stats and builds made clearly for battle reasons. I mean, let’s be real: it was Sickle who was the main attacker here, with Akitsu Akane serving as nothing more but his support.

If he could use that Flame Breath more effectively than his role could have been different, but as far as we’re concerned that’s unlikely to happen in the near future. And from what I heard it eats a lot of resources, wasn’t all that effective and took so long to actually work that I could easily dish out five normal attacks of my own in the same timeframe. So honestly, for me that skill was one huge scam.

「…… Well, whatever, as long as it will allow us to gain access to the Robots.」

「The more people in the party the better, so no objections on my end.」

With that taken out of the way, our party was formed once again, but this time even bigger than before.

Even though after fighting Luukan I was better suited to be the leader of the party, we were all nothing but an entourage and Rust and Mold were the main actors this time around. But I can’t help it but to feel as though Rei was somehow forced into this mess against her will. It shouldn’t be that much of a problem since the parties can be disbanded and made anew as much as you like, but did something happen while I was away!?

「Invitation to the party sent. In other words, Vorpal Bunnies are treated as equal party members by the system……」

Normally dog-like creatures and cat-like creatures would be treated as pets, but that’s not the case when it comes to Vorpal Bunnies, which was a good balance in my opinion.

「Oi, just how long are you going to mutter amongst yerselves over there!? Get yer asses on board right this instant!」

「You’ve heard Captain Sh*thead. Let’s go.」

Strude stood on top of the deck and kept on rushing us like a bunch of small children. And just like that we boarded the pirate ship “Scarred Whale” with the same party that challenged Luukan, plus the addition of a burly mage and Archer with a really short fuse.

「Waaah! That’s so amazing! Just look at this boat go!」

The harbor near the slaughter docks was much more run down and in worse shape than the main harbor where the Pioneer ship was located. Over there we could see many ships coming and going, disappearing behind the ships wreckage.

Luxurious cruise ships and large battleships…… Compared to those, “Whale” looked rather small and miserable. I don’t know how these pirates want to make a name for themselves in a boat like that, but their flag with a red whale and crossbones looked really cool. I’ll give them that.
