"You're going want an explanation." Aidon sighs at me, running his hands through his dark hair and awkwardly breaking eye contact.

"Yeah, I'd like that for a start." I say, being motioned to sit down by Rose. I look down at their small couch which I had once been on before.

"This might take a while." Hunter rolls his eyes, taking a seat next to me on the couch.

"And why is that exactly?" I laugh annoyingly, pushing Hunter off of the couch accidentally. Not even realising my own strength.

He lands with a thump and looks up at me from the ground with a severely pissed off face. It was hilarious and he looked cute, but he wasn't allowed to know that.

"I-I'm sorry, I just meant to shove you." I laugh."You must not weigh that much."

I giggle at him like a little girl, causing him to make a face at me just like a child. It was like everything clicked, we fell into place instantly.

"Okay, Hunter! It's time for the serious talk.." His mother glares at him, giving him the big-serious-mother-face.

"I-I'm going to tell you a story." Aidon whispers nervously,"just listen carefully okay."

"O-okay?"

"There was a young girl from England, she was only about 15 when her mother and father moved her from England to America after it was just discovered. It was completely accidental as they ended up going off course from their original destination."

"At the time the only people here were the ancient native Americans, so when white people arrived it was strange and their lifestyles were extremely different. Many of each others people feared when diseases started to spread and they kept well away from each other."

"The small family, settled down and owned some land near a large lake. But unknown to them, at the other side of the lake, was the strongest and most powerful tribe of all its time."

"The Durthkan Tribe."

"When out exploring one day, the chiefs only son Apisi discovered the small house the family had built. He was going to make his way back to the tribe to discuss the battle plans, but he suddenly saw the young girl and completely froze."

"Cecilinda."

The young boy Apisi so was amazed by her beauty that instead her approached her, and together they secretly fell in love. The young girl was lucky however, she had studied languages back home so naturally she communicated with him relatively easy."

"Both of them fell in love over time, but if they're romance was found out from either of their families, a huge war would've came upon them. Their love was so strong that risked it, they risked their own lives and everything that they had ever known just to be together."

"Cecilinda and Apisi were eventually found out, and the Chiefs son was killed in front of the whole tribe for her to watch. Her head was held forward and her eyes were forced to watch as he said his goodbyes before getting his throat split by his own father."

"When she was released she cried and prayed for days on end for a way to find revenge. They had taken all she had ever wanted in life, and she didn't care about anything else from then on."

"Finally it happened, and at the first full moon after his death, she changed."

"She became the first werewolf."

"The mother of all Wolves." Hunter laughs, obviously quoting game of thrones.

"She killed every man involved in her lovers death, and spared one to spread the word. As it turned out, she was pregnant with Apisis child." Aidon continued.

"Cecilinda then gave birth to a boy, the first ever alpha to exist ."

"From then on, every descendant of Cecilinda was royalty over the werewolves, and that line hasn't changed from all those centuries ago even until this day." Aidon finished.

"What's that got to do with anything?" I ask him, confused at why everyone seemed so stressed after the story. After all, they had used their time to tell me a bed time story.

Hunter sighs and looks at me,

"Cecelia... The story's completely true." His golden accent shows through, but also tones of stress and worry. Maybe it was just me, but he still smelled absolutely amazing.

"If your cute little love story were true then that would mean that werewolves were real." I laugh but then it snaps. Were they pranking me or something? How did I even end up here in the first place.

"That parts kinda true aswell." Hunter smiles, all while lifting an eyebrow and looking completely serious.

I laugh along nervously, looking around at the crazy people I was in the room with. It was almost as if suddenly, all of the air had vanished out of the room and I found myself struggling to breathe.

"Cece honey, are you okay?" Rose looks at me with large eyes. "You've gone completely white."

Suddenly I lost it.

"You're all absolutely crazy!" I shout, standing up and shaking my head. I quickly made my way towards the door and I feel Hunter grab my arm from behind.

Immediately I turned around and glare him in the eye, snarling at him as I did so. I watched as the fear crept across his face slowly and it was like time had stayed still.

"Hunter ....let her go..." His mom orders, and without batting an eyelash I snatch my hand away from him and run towards the door. Making my way out of his house and running for my own. My vision becoming blurry with tears.

I enter my own house and quickly lock the door, leaning backwards and sliding down it until I was sitting on the floor completely numb. I felt sick.

I finally remember to breathe as I let out a huge breath I didn't realise I was holding the entire time. The family across the street were crazy, completely crazy.

Though it did explain the strange obsession over the wolf paintings in the house. They were a cult.

Suddenly an idea hit me, the present.

The night before Hunter gave me a reasonably large gift, and I never got the chance to open it. If I had guessed right then Amy would've brought them back into my house, and placed them in my room.

But then I couldn't even remember what happened last night, I quietly sit for a moment to think. It was a Saturday morning which meant that my mom was probably out and it was.....it was Saturday.

Which meant, today was my actual birthday. And I'd completely forgotten all about it and was currently sitting in the floor with tears running down my face, I didn't even know why.

I run upstairs to my room where I expect Amy had brought the presents over at one point, my mom should've been at her art gallery, she worked most mornings.

I run to my bed which was piled with cards and some presents but finding Hunters was easy, it was so beautifully wrapped that I didn't want to open it.

Soon the anger inside me returns, and I push the thought aside as I rip the packaging to shreds.

But when I did, the present caught me completely off-guard, inside was a painting. Almost identical to the beautiful one in his living room which had his signature on the bottom.

It was similar to the same paining which I had loved so much in his house, and he had painted it himself. For me.

I sat down on my bed and brought it to my chest, slowly the events of the night before replayed in my head. Like visions, it felt like an episode of thats so raven had hit me.

First, with all the pain and unnatural twisting if my both mega and arms. Second, Hunter carrying me away into the woods for some unknown reason, placing me down on the cold ground which have me goosebumps.

But it was one strange memory from that night that caught me off guard. It was Hunter, he had picked me up again after I was lying in the mud.

He carried me when two wolves suddenly appeared in front of him, one was a Dark grey colour and the other was a brown.

Both stood in front of us, just staring but yet I could tell exactly what they were saying through simple movements and sounds.

Both had large blue eyes, and both were bigger than any other wolf I'd ever seen in my life, so clearly this wasn't normal or natural.

Without any warning, both of them began cracking strangely until they became two recognisable figures I knew.

Rose and Aidon. Hunters Parents - and both were kinda naked.

It wasn't a dream. I think to myself, everything really did happen last night. Was my dream even a dream ?

I get off of my bed and wipe away the tears I didn't realise had fallen from my eyes. I needed an explanation for everything, and I wasn't going to get it by crying like a baby.

Slowly, I walk down the stairs and look at the door which I had locked.

I look at it for what feels like a minute, then slowly unlock it. With the door unlocked, I just as slowly opened the door, and began my long walk over the street to the house.

Apprehensively I knock on their door, and was greeted by Rose once again. Shock appears on her face as she looks at me, not knowing what to do.

"You're back..." She nearly whispers at me, opening the door wide enough so that I could once again step through into the living room.

"I guess so.." I speak softly, sitting back down in my seat next to Hunter. "Did your memories come back?" He asks me, raising one of his perfectly shaped eyebrows as a smirk appears on his annoying little face.

"How did you know that?" I ask him, confused at how on earth he could've known that after everything.

He just smiles at me, and chuckles to himself, refusing to give me an answer.

"You're... You're both wolves aren't you?" I question Hunters parents who silently nod their heads.

"Forgetting about someone?" Hunter smirks to himself, sending as shiver up my spine as he sits down on the stairs.

"You too?" I say in complete horror, my stomach doing a full 180 degree turn.

I eye him up and down, only now understanding how he had his physique and 'hotness' that everyone else was talking about in school.

"Sweetheart, I'm the star wolf of the family." He grins spitefully, causing me to make a disputed looking face at him.

Sweetheart?

"But that's not even the best part yet" Hunter continues his grin not leaving his face. He had the type attitude which seriously was going to get him a punch to the face. He deserved it....

"And what would that be!" I shout at him, becoming extremely frustrated with how he was acting, and just his whole attitude in general.

"Why do you think you were out in the woods last night." His eyes narrow at me as he makes eye contact.

"Why?" I spit through my teeth.

"Because last night you changed for the first time." He smiles, clearly happy with himself.

"Hunter that's enough, she's not ready." His father orders, immediately taking his sons grin off of his face.

"Not ready for what? What does changed mean? Why can't I know?" I pretty much shout at the family that I was with.

"Cece..-"Rose mutters, but was interrupted by her asshole of a son.

"Cece you're one of us." A grin appears.

"What?" I question him. Every hair standing up on edge.

"Cecelia, you're a werewolf too." He purrs at me.

Hey guys, thanks for reading. Finally the secrets out and know Cece knows, how do you think she's gonna react?
