One year later......
I was just now getting off of work at seven heading to my dad's house, to get the kids since he picked them up.
Once I got there I sat in the driveway for a bit finishing up my chocolate donuts. When I finished them I checked the mirror and made sure I was clean before gathering my trash and getting out.
I used my key and opened the door, and as soon as I walked in Issac was running to me, with my dad behind him yelling.
"I'mma fuck you up Issac."
"I said I was sorry."
Issac said as he grabbed onto my leg.
"What he do now pops?"
"Him and Ryan was playing with a baseball and threw it at the tv on the wall, and now it's broke."
I shook my head. No matter how how I try and make them behavior correctly they don't until I give them a ass whopping, and then I'm the monster.
"I'll get it fixed one of these days, but where the rest of my babies at?"
"In the play room."
I nodded my head and went to the play room, to find everyone wide awake.
"Hey momma."
"Hey babes, get all y'all stuff so we can go home."
"Great cause pops was getting on my nerves with all that yelling, and he didn't even feed us yet either."
"Are you serious?"
"Yepppp."
Terrell said as he helped the little ones put their shoes on along with their backpacks.
After getting them situated in the van I decided to get them something to eat from Wendy's since it was late.
"Welcome to Wendy's what can I get you?"
"Let me get seven four for four Jr bacon cheeseburgers deals, and no tomatoes on any of them."
"Ok what would you like for the drinks?"
"Four Sprites and three HC fruits punches."
"Alright is that all for you ma'am?"
"Yes."
"Ok your total is $30.56."
I pulled up tot he window and handed her my credit card. In return she handed it back with the recipt and the drinks in a cupholder, and then she handed me the food.
"Thank you."
I said as I pulled off, and Terrell held some of the drinks.
It took me a good five minutes to get home and to get everyone out and cleaned up as we sat at the table.
"So how was everyone's day?"
I asked as I helped Issac and Ryan eat his food.
"Good."
Everyone said except for Maloni, and the twins who have yet to talk after six years now.
"Maloni how was your day?"
"Bad."
She said before she stuffed a couple French fries in her mouth.
"What happened?"
"This girl was talking about me."
I twisted my face up and then asked her what happened.
"She said your not my mommy cause I don't look like you because I'm dark, and that's why I don't have a dad."
"Don't listen to what that little demon said about you. You know the truth and you do have a dad so just let the girl talk and ignore her ok? And you are the most beautiful girl in the world understand, and don't let anyone tell you different ok?"
She nodded her head, but I didn't feel like that was good enough. So I pulled out my phone and called Devon.
"Hello?"
He said sounding like he was sleeping.
"Hey. Sorry to bother you this late but I need a important favor."
"Ight. What is it?"
"I need you to talk to Maloni since she's doubting herself."
"Alright. Give her the phone."
I gave her the phone and then she cleaned up her mess and sat back down in her seat.
"Mommy I'm done can I go get in the shower now?"
"Yea."
I said to Maliq as he ran off upstairs with Messiah behind him. I cleaned up the the mess they made, and then Maloni gave me the phone back.
"He said he wanna talk to you now."
"Ok. Did you finish you homework?"
"Yes."
"Ok. Go get ready for bed. And I'll be up there in a minute to talk to you."
"Ok."
She said as she ran off, while I put the phone to my ear.
"Hello."
"I did what you asked, but I'mma go sit in her class tomorrow since I don't have to work."
"Ok. Thanks I appreciate it Alot."
"No problem. Have you talked to my stupid ass brother?"
"Nope wifeys mad again so I'm on the block list again, until further notice."
"That's a damn shame, but how was work?"
He asked and then he started yawing.
"It was good, I mean working at a hospital isn't all that. But other than that how was your day?"
"It was tiring. Construction ain't no joke."
"I bet, we'll I'll let you get back to resting so you can be energized tomorrow."
"Alright then. Goodnight and tell the kids the same."
"Ok. Goodnight to you as well."
I said as I hung up the phone making sure everything was cleaned and off before I made my way upstairs to say goodnight and tuck the kids in bed.

I woke up at six a.m. to get myself and the kids ready since it's so many of them and they take forever. And besides I have to be at work at eight and I work a twelve hours shift five days a week.
First I went in the bathroom and did what I had to do, and then I started went to wake the kids up.
I started with the younger kids then I got the older ones up, since I knew they'd wake up and not go back to sleep. After getting them up and going I went to the kitchen to start cooking breakfast.
Thirty minutes later they were all coming into the kitchen as I put their food and drinks down.
Once they started eating I was making my way upstairs to start getting dressed until I heard the door bell ring.
I looked through the deep hole and saw Devon standing there with Devon Jr as well.
"Good morning."
They both said with a cheerful smile as I stepped back and let them in as Devon Jr. ran off.
"Good morning. What you doing here?"
"I came to take them to school and then go sit in Loni classroom."
"Oh ok. Well if your hungry there's breakfast on the stove."
I said while making my way upstairs to get dressed in my uniform for work. Once I returned downstairs I heard nothing and the kitchen was clean.
As I was getting ready to grab my phone out my bag it started ringing.
"Hello?"
I answered one I noticed it was my job calling.
"Hello Ms. Alexander, this is Megan your boss."
"Ok?"
"Well I was just calling to tell you that you don't come in today."
"What? Why?"
"Your husband came here acting out, causing me to call the police."
"What are you talking about, I'm not married?"
I never said I do, so I don't know what's she's even talking about.
"Well according to him you are, and I don't tolerate that type of ignorance at my place of business."
"Are you serious right now?"
"Yes, and your no longer employed at Johnson's hospital so you don't have to worry about coming to work anymore. Also I'll your last check will be deposited in your account by tomorrow morning."
And with that she hung up the phone and left me speechless.
"Why is it that whenever I get myself on the right track something has to ruin it!"
I yelled out in frustration to no one in general.
I decided to not to be mad at the situation because I could find another job.
BANG! BANG!BANG!
I slowly walked to the door and looked out the deep hole seeing a angry Shamar standing there continuously banging on my door.
I contemplating for a few seconds before I finally let him in.
"What is your problem?"
"You!"
"How about you tone your voice down and let's talk like adults."
He took a deep breath before replying.
"Ok. Why is it that I haven't talked to you in over a week?"
"Why haven't you been over here if you so worried?"
I asked him noticing that he looked slightly high off whatever he was on.
"This is not answer a question with a question. I'm serious."
"Im serious to. But for your information your wife texted me from your phone and told me to stop contacting you."
"You lying, just because you don't like her doesn't mean you gotta lie on her."
"I'm not lying. And further more what would I benefit from it, cause I damn sure don't want you."
I said as I went to his contact in my phone and showed him the messages between us.
He read them and then started laughing like it was a joke.
"Your really funny. You make up these messages and tell lies."
I shook my head at his dumbass as I clicked on the contact I was showing him as it went straight to the voicemail.
"Now since I'm making up lies go to your call list and see that I just called.
He did as told and shook his head once he seen what I was talking about.
"I took you off the blocked list and now I'm going home to set things straight with my wife."
"Good for you."
"By the way I'm sorry. And I hope I didn't get you fired earlier."
"You did but it's all good."
I said shrugging really not caring.
"Rain I-"
"Please just go. And chill off the drugs it's not a good look."
He looked at me for a couple seconds before he walked out the door without saying another word.
I locked the door and went back into the living room, laying on the couch feeling my eyes getting heavy.
BTW the story isn't over yet. I'm just trying taking my time ð.
