At noon, Vivek was shifted to a room in the hospital, where his mother and Gayathri were by his side. Gayathri carefully served him food, and he ate like a kid, savoring each bite. His mother smiled, seeing her son's appetite return.
After some time, Gayathri prepared to leave, planning to take some clothes for Vivek and herself. As she was about to leave, Vivek called out to her.
"Gayathri, take Vaiga with you, please," he requested.

An hour later, Gayathri returned with Vaiga, who ran to Vivek's bedside, excitedly calling out "Appa!" Vivek's face lit up, and he kissed Vaiga's forehead.

Vivek turned to his mother. "Amma, please go home with Vaiga and take care of her. I'll be fine here."

Gayathri helped Vivek's mother gather their belongings, and as they prepared to leave, Vivek's mother hugged Gayathri tightly.
