Aaditya Kumar pov:

I think I heard it wrong. "Mom can you repeat it again" I asked her. She just smiled at me and said "I said we found the prefect match for you and we are planning to have  your marriage in one or two month" she said it again. I was like why they were rushing this much.

So I just voiced out my concerns to her. "Mom why so hurry. See I am just 27 and you want me to get married that too in just 2 months. Why mom?".

"Beta you are not getting any less old in  your upcoming years da. We are too getting old. And we just asked the josiar. He said that you have the gurupalan now if we leave that then we don't get any for next 3 years. I want to see your marriage kanna. You are not 27 da. By three month you are entering into 28.okay think about this and give your reply" she said it sternly. I just seen my dad.

"Hey son, enjoy man! Are you having any girlfriend or any sort of love like that!" he asked me.

I just looked at him like am seeing some alien. He knows about me that I don't have any girlfriend and I don't give fuck for love shit and all. I just glared at him. He just laughed seeing at me. Uffff my life why God why.

"Son I know you don't believe in love and all. But you are not against marriage right" he asked me. I just nodded my head.

"Yeah dad I am not against the marriage. But I want to enjoy the freedom and I don't want to give the commitments at this early stage itself dad. That's the reason now I don't want to get married right now. Other than no objections dad. At least we can wait for 3 years right. Why so early now. "I asked him

"Beta nothing like that. The main reason in my point is that as a CEO he must have to be an married person because that is how he can be some what responsible one, that is how the norms will work . You too knows about this right. So yeah you are going to 28 and it's highly recommended now that you have to be or else some commotion will start from others side. Think about this. I won't ever compel you. And I personally believe that you have to smile more and to experience the one love which you were waiting. God bless you son. Give it a shot. if you don't like the girl, I won't ever compel you again da. Who knows you can get the one to love you as for you not for the status and your looks!.." he said more like advised me.

" I need some time mom and dad" I said to them. " Bro just say yes na, i entered into celebration mode, please bro, I want to take leave for some days" said my bro.

"What the heck vikram" i said to him. And my mom just twisted his ears. He just started to beg her. Hahaaaa..... Lovely sight it is!

"Aaditya if you don't want na, then don't. I won't ever pressurize da. You are my cutiepie" said my mom. I just love her mom, but this names and all just so cringe. This is my family.

"Thanks mom" I said to her and hugged her tightly. Dad and bro too moved towards us and we all shared the group hug. I just kissed my mom forehead. My dad and mom kissed my forehead. I just felt blessed. My brother said " you all love this Buffaloo, no one loved me." started his emotional blackmail. Hahaaaa. I just took him in a bridal style. He just started to shout and said to put me down. But I didn't  just started to swirl with him in my hands. Hahaaaa it just fun to watch him in his fear state. I just put him down after 10 rounds of swirl. That's was fun. I love to irritate him soo much. So I just started to kiss him in all over his face to just irritate him.

"yuck what are doing. Mom I think he is into boys not girls. Ask him mom before marriage itself. See him mom, he finds me hot, so he just couldn't stop himself to have me" he said to everyone. Mom and dad burst into laugh. I just hitted him at the back of his head. After that we all spoke for some time.

And then mom called us to have dinner. We all just moved there and started to have dinner. Today dosa yummy. I had 4  dosa. Will my future wife knows to cook. Who knows? I don't mind any of that. Will see!!!

After having dinner. I just said goodnight to everyone and started to climb the stairs to reach my room. When I reached my room. I just called the Aarav and Gaurav in a conference call to share and get their opinion.

"Hey watsup man, you called us at the night time. Don't say to me that you going to give me more work nu" said my Aarav. Uffff even if I give it him, like he is going to do it in the night time. He always do the work in the day time only. But whenever he starts to do he will just do it in a perfect way. Such a man, but lazy ass tooo....

"Then why he will call me." said Gaurav.... "yes la then what is the matter dude" asked Aarav again.

"Mom and dad shared some  shocking news to me. I just want to share it to you and ask your views guys. Please help me" I said to them.

"First say the matter boy, always going around the Bush. When you are going to tell the matter straightly uffff" said Gaurav. Hahaaaaa.

"The matter is, they found the perfect match for me and want me to get married in 1 or 2 month" when I delivered the news to them. They were like don't say the bullshit boy was the reply from them.

"It's true guys" I said to them. They started to shout and says congratulations to me. "Congrats Aaditya am happy man. Oh god my boy going to be an married man, will you spend the time for us. After marriage I going to miss you. Oh god, its okay at least you be happy da" Aarav started to say in his girly voice and even he used to complain about me.

"I won't ever leave you boys for anyone" I said to then truly.

"Oh shit wait. I just confused here dude, I don't want to go into commitment in this early stage itself, but mom and dad said many things. I don't have any oppose to marriage and all. I just ended up being confuse state now. Can you guys help me now" I asked them

"Follow your heart man, just meet the girl first if you don't like her then don't agree to marriage. If you like her just accept her and get married man" said Gaurav even Aarav too accepted it. Then we started to have causal talks. After an hour we just ended the call and call it a day. I just lied down on the bed. I too think it's good to see each other, then will think about the marriage saying . I just gone to sleep. During sleeping  too, the girl face which covered by hair flashed in my mind. For whole day the incident kept repeating to me, ufff just sleep saying this I just dozed off.....

(Wednesday Morning)

At morning I just wokeup and did my routine. While am having the breakfast, my mom said that we have to go to the girl home today afternoon. Uff not again. But alas there is no way to  go against her. I just said okay.

And then I just gone to work and worked with Aarav upto afternoon. Around 12 clock I just windup everything. And just started to leave the office. When I  came out I just called my driver and asked him to drive to home.

When I reached home. Mom was already ready in her saree. She looks so beautiful even in her age.I just hope the girl whom I going to meet will have beauty. And she asked me get ready. I got readied in an formal attire.

I asked her, whether we can start our journey or not. She said to sit and have some juice or coffee. I just obliged her and asked her to get me coffee. She just nodded and came with coffee. After giving it to me, she just sat beside me even dad too. I just asked where is the monkey. She smiled and said

"He couldn't come along with us. Are you forget he is having college right. So yeah I didn't allow him to take leave. As we all know, he will take more leave for your marriage. I don't know about you, but he will surely take more days more than you that's for sure" I laughed at her words.

"Son, the family which we are going to see now is my long last friend. By misunderstanding we just broke our friendship with each other. We both got rekindle now,  and I want  to become a family. So I asked his daughter's  hand for you da. About his family. They  are upper middle class family.  They have 3 children's  the one we choose for you is elder daughter. He has 2 daughter and son who is the last one. I just asked him about his daughter character. He said like 1st daughter her name is Priya who is an good girl with having many good capabilities like cooking, even she is working in an interior design company as an designer, and with that salary only  he can able to pay his son studies and even saving the some money for his  son's higher education too. And about his 2nd daughter she will not present in home always  ha, always spends more amount in shopping and wasting her time in parties, even she too working. Her name is Malarvizhi. And about his son he is now doing his 10th standard. These are information I want to share with you before we meet them in person" my dad said these much information to me. Okay I got it. The girl whom I going to see, her name is Priya. That's it what I want to know now.

"Come on fast beta just drink your coffee now" said my mom. When I finished my coffee. We all moved out from the home and gone to the car. We three just used one car. After an half an hour of travelling we  reached their home. Mmmmhhh. Their home having looks like an two story building not bad for Upper middle class. Their home look lovely with their garden and all. Ummmmh...

But when I entered their home, it missed the warmth in it. What am speaking ufff. There stood an old age man and woman who smiled at our family. I too smiled at them.

"come in come in" uncle said to us.

"How are you Moorthy and Raginia."he asked my mom and dad.

" I am fine Sundaram" said my dad. Oh his name is Sundaram. I forgot to ask their name.

"You must be the great Aaditya right." he asked me. "yes uncle" I said to him. "How are you man, I just saw you in ur childhood when you are 3 to 4 years old I think soo, now you be becomee an handsome man! Mmmm..... I just hope we can able to become an family by having you as my son in law." he said to me.

I don't know what to say to him. I just said I am fine uncle and then we moved into the house. Mmmm. Someone is maintaining it very nicely. And then my parents and the girl's parents started to speak like an long lost friends. Yeah I know dad and uncle are friends. But these ladies I don't know. After what seems like an hour. Aunty said "uff where are my manners, I didn't even give somethings to eat. Sorry to that. I just engaged in speaking with you all." she said to us. My mom said "its okay no need to that and all. Just ask your lovely daughter to grace her presence to us. See my son is waiting here impatiently" what me impatiently waiting ha... First of all I didn't even want to come here, but alas no other way to go.' First we will see then decide my mind said'. I just nodded to that.

Aunty just smiled and stood from the sofa. Climbed the stairs, after some more mins she came with a girl beside her in a saree and a small boy too. OK they must their first daughter and the last son. Hmmm. She looks good. I mean she has a model figure and all.

Will see whether her character suit for me or not.  Priya just came and stand before all of us. My mom lovingly look at her and took her hand and made her sit beside her. She started to ask the basic questions like. What her doings and all. Already she knows then why the heck she is asking again and again. Her voice is good. Okay then. I signaled dad, so that I can have some conversation alone with her. He just nodded.....

Her dad started to say some information about her. That she is working in an interior design company, which pays well. And she is an good girl, who used to do every work in this house with help of maid. As her mom had some medical conditions so she couldn't able to do those works. Even before going to work, she always cook for  breakfast as well as  do pack lunch for them. With her salary alone his son can able to attend the prestigious school and even doing some savings In order for his higher education. Hmm impressive then. My mom and dad smiled at her appreciatively.....

"you both upbringed your child with beautiful qualities. We are so happy to have her as my daughter in law" my mom said to them.

The uncle get saddened and said "Not like that, yeah we upbringed her as an good girl. But we couldn't say to my another daughter. See now also she didn't present her, as saying she has important work in her office and after that she  has some important parties and all. She couldn't even spend some time for family. What am going to do with her I don't even know"

"oh she is the second daughter right. I didn't get to see her right at her small age because of our misunderstandings. Let's leave that, she will come around. No worries da" my dad asked as well said these to him.

"Okay okay let's the two members can talk alone. So they can tell to us if they want to get married or not. I won't compel anyone, If anyone of you not wanted to continue with this. Is it okay to you all" my dad asked them. Everyone nodded to him

" Priya take him to the garden ma" her dad said. She just nodded and stood from her seat and signaled me to follow her. I too stood from the seat. We both started to walk outside to the garden which is soo beautiful. It was maintained well.

"Hi" I said to her. We both were standing in front of each other but with some distance. She to said 'Hi'....

"well are you okay with this marriage, you are not doing this in an compulsion right" I asked her. Because I want to confirm right.

"yes I am okay with this marriage." she said it meekly. Superb now then.....

"Are you the one who maintains this garden" I asked her..... Because you know right for everything I mean with the information her family gave, she have to do many works right. Like maintaining the garden, home, cooking and her work too. We'll I'm impressed..... May be maybe she is the one for whom I waited this much. I mean she is taking care of her family very well. May be I  can expect the same for my family too right.

"yes" "Hey you see I won't eat you up okay. You can speak freely okay ha...." She just nodded and then we started to have the normal conversation like our hobbies etc....

After some more mins we entered into the home, they all seeing us expectantly. I just nodded my head and smiled to them. She too did the same. But I couldn't pin point something, which is lagging in my mind like i am missing something. I don't know but am feeling so heavy right now. The face of the unknown girl again popped in my mind, with that I again smiled. Oh no what you are doing Aaditya, you are going to bound with a girl and now you are thinking about another girl. And she don't even fit for you right. Because as far as your knowledge she might be in the oversized girl and even she can be an married woman, then why the heck her hidden face is always popping in your mind. Uffff just leave that.......

I want to give happiness for my mom and dad. If they want us to get married then there is no problem. As far as this girl seems to be an beauty with brains and seems to be an polite too.... Okay let's get into an new phase. Our parents started to talk.... My mom said that she want us to get married in two months itself as I have the gurupalan upto that only ha.... Uffff still in their mindset... But what can I do. I just want to make her happy as much as I can. I don't have any strong reason to object this. Okay let's continue with this. Uffff.... Well who knows I might be an good husband too. He heeeee...

During an discussion her dad asked her to show the house, so we both along with the little boy whose name is Nakul too joined with us. After giving the tour to all the rooms, we started to descend the stairs in order to reach the hall. But she didn't give the tour for one room, might be her sister room. No problem then.....

When my mom saw me she started to speak" Aaditya we all sorted out the dates which will be like in a month engagement will happen and then next month marriage will happen, what you say. And we are going to do this marriage in private as we don't want many commotion as you were an eligible bachelor now." And dad too started to continue" We will only invite the important friends, relatives and clients. After the marriage we can have the reception in upcoming next month. Is it okay now. As I want the reception to happen in grand way. That's why I asked them to postponed the reception. Is it okay Aaditya and priya "dad asked us.

I said okay and priya too okay with that. They asked us to have some food with them. But we politely declined that . And we all agreed to do shopping in coming sunday. I dont have any choice, because mom is just glaring at me. Okay to be in safer side i too just nodded with them!!!!!

Will i be happy like my parents. This is the only thinking nagging in my mind right now!!!!!!
