3 Months Later
Delhi, India
Aarav hugged Misha who came to pick her up at the airport, Aarav pressed a kiss on the side of her head hugging her close.
"Enough now, leave her."
Avyansh spoke with a grumpy voice as he looked around, Aarav and Misha shared a look after breaking the hug and laughed at his face. Next Aarav met Avyansh who grumpily hugged him before they all sat inside the car with misha sitting behind Aarav and holding his hand by pushing ut from between the two seats.
"Keep ypur hands to yourself."
Avyansh glared at Misha while starting the car, mish just shrugged and leaned more to Aarav's seat while Aarav kissed Misha's back palm looking at avyansh who groaned but hit his foot on the accelerator, misha and aarav chuckled at this but still sat with their hands entwined.

A week later
"I will be back at home by night, have 2 surgeries to do and they are urgent."
Aarav told Misha who had called him in the evening to know about his whereabouts. Misha pouted sitting in the car holding her new book in her hand.
"I got a book and want to read it with you."
Aarav let out a chortle and told her.
"Why don't you read it and then we will recreate some of the scenes, by the way I loved the last scene we recreated."
Misha's cheeks turned red at this as the last recreation happened was a spicy scene which misha was reading by hiding from Aarav.
"Stop it, go and do your surgeries, I am going to mama's place."
And she ended the call but could listen Aarav laughing at her. Misha smiled beautifully before she started the car and dailed Avyansh's number.
"What is it?"
"Grumpy bhai, Tell mama to make my favourite chicken, also I am on my way."
Avyansh said an okay to her but then also warned her to not to call him Grumpy bhai, which has become a new name for avyansh since a long while.
"Avyansh call Misha, it has been long simce she called."
Sneha told avyansh who came down from the stairs and looked at the time.
"I thought she was already here."
"No, My mobile is also at the shop, you have to get that also."
Avyansh gave a node to his mother and then dailed misha's number who rang for a while before the phone was received.
"Mish, where are you?"
"Sorry sir, the owner of this phone met with an accident and right now we are in the ambulance taking her to the x.y.z hospital."
Avyansh listening to those words stood up from the couch in an instant and spoke.
"We... we are coming."
Ending the call Avyansh literally ran towards the key hanger and shouted.
"Mama, misha met with an accident."
Sneha become stunned at this before running behind avyansh who started his car and sneha took the passenger seat, tears running down her eyes praying for her daughter's safety. While Avyansh was so tensed, he drove the car as fast as he could.
As soon as they reached the hospital, the duo ran inside and avyansh asked from the receptionist.
"An accident case, just now."
The receptionist looked over the screen and told them.
"She was in the emergency, just went inside the ICU, this lane at the last right."
Avyansh giving her a node held sneha's hand and ran towards the area the receptionist told them. They stood outside the ICU, and Avyansh looked inside from the windows and there he saw one door being opened and Misha's stretcher was being pushed inside, he saw her face filled with blood, her white top all red and her jeans ripped from her knee.
Avyansh sucked a breathe as Sneha asked.
"Avyansh, where is misha?"
Avyansh looked at his mother and hugged her.
"She is gone under surgery."
Sneha cried in her son's embrace before she remembered something, so pulling off feom the hug she told avyansh.
"Avyansh, Aarav, Aarav works in this hospital, go call him, ask him to look for Misha."
Avyansh's mind also clicked that and he nodded saying.
"Stay here, Let me call him."
Saying so Avyansh walked towards the area where all the doctor cabins were, looking at Aarav's bame he entered inside but there was no one, instead Aarav's assistant came there and stopped Avyansh.
"Sir, you can't get inside."
Avyansh looked at the guy and asked him.
"Where is Aarav?"
"Dr.Aarav is in the ICU for a surgery."
Avyansh just ran from there to the ICU, and saw a nurse standing beside his mother.
"Ma'am you have to fill this and sign at the end."
"What is this?"
Avyansh asked and the nurse told him.
"The girl who had an accident is in critical situation, she needs alot of blood, we have that in the blood bank, so we need sign to get done with the surgery."
Avyansh took the papers and signed it before filling it, as he passed the papers to the nurse he told him.
"Please call dr.Aarav from inside, he have to do this surgery, we are his family."
The girl gave a node and went towards the reception first, as she went the ICU door opened and Aarav came out taking to his fellow colleagues, but as he looked around he saw a distressed Avyansh and Sneha. So he stopped and walked to them.
"Avyansh, aunty, you two here? Everything okay?"
Sneha cried out and held Aarav's hand telling him.
"Aarav, Misha, misha is in the ICU."
Aarav felt the floor being slipped out from under his feet as he looked at avyansh who told him.
"She was coming home but was late, I called and got to know that she met with an accident, they took her in the ICU, and got our sign, they said she is in critical condition, safe her Aarav."
Aarav took 2 whole minutes before he immediately turned around and ran inside the ICU, he looked at the two rooms where the surgery was going on, going to the last one he saw the doctors cleaning up the person to start doing the surgery, as he entered inside, Aarav felt his heartbeat dropping, his butterfly was laying on the bed all drenched in blood, the moniters were beeping loudly, the nurses attaching the iv's, blood to her body, it was choas. It was not the first time but it felt like a first time in the ICU for Aarav.
The doctor looked at Aarav and called him but Aarav was blank for a few moments, before he was shook by someone and he looked at the doctor who spoke.
"It is a critical one, we need your help."
Aarav was already in the surgery gown and cap, the nurse tied the mask around his face and he took steps towards the bed, as he stood next to misha's face a drop of tear fell from his eye, her right side of the forhead had a few glass pieces. The nurse passed him the things to take out the glass pieces but for the first time ever Aarav's hands were shaking so badly that the doctors were shocked to see that.
"Dr. Aarav, are you okay? Should I do it?"
Aarav just nodded and passed the things he had in his hand to him and stood next to Misha's stomach, her right side kidney has a piece of glass and the blood was flowing down from it. Taking a deep breathe and thinking about the smiling misha he immediately took the things and keeping his hands steady started to do the surgery from her kidney to her leg, placing a small rod in her leg for time being her did the stitches, as the other doctor spoke the words.
"Operation successful"
aarav stood next to misha's face and creased her face lightly. The doctors left from there except for the one who has always been with Aarav in every surgery.
"Who is she aarav?"
"My life."
Aarav spoke owly before putting his head on her left cheek and cried, the doctor listened to Aarav and then walked out, he could listen Aarav crying so he asked everyone not to enter that particular room for a while until Aarav tells them.
Coming so he told avyansh and sneha about the surgery and assured them that she would be fine, he aldo told them to take care of Aarav because it was the first time he had seen Aarav like this. Sneha and Avyansh finally signed in relief after 5 hours. Sneha called her husband who was out of country. While Avyansh thanked his God for everything.
