"I fucking told you to never ever look at my sister in that way."
Avyansh shouted at Aarav as Aarav literally dragged him inside his room.
"Listen Avyansh!"
"No you listen, you moron how did you even thought of doing this to my sister."
"I love her, Avyansh!"
Aarav spoke out loudly and next Avyansh punched him on his cheek.
"Bastard."
Aarav touched his cheek with pain and looked at Avyansh who was still seething in anger.
"You also know that no one can choose someone to love, and we love each other and you have to accept that because leaving Misha is out of the question, so write that in your mind that one day I am going to marry Misha with everyone's approval, also yours, lastly pray that Misha doesn't see these bruises on my face she is going to make you feel the same punch."
Sayinh so Aarav gave Avyansh a look who just wanted to punch his best friend one more time.
"I so want to knock you off right now."
Aarav just sighed and opened the drawer to take out the first aid kit but Avyansh pulled that and pushed Aarav to sit on the bed, taking the ointment he started to apply it on Aarav's cheek who smiled.
"Push those teeth inside, I am just doing this because I don't want to create a scene on Aisha's wedding."
"Don't worry Avyansh, I love Misha with all my heart, and I am going to keep her safe no matter what, she is my whole existence."
Aarav told his softly and Avyansh just pushed away his face telling him.
"I still hate the fact that you are with my sister, moron."
Aarav chuckled at this but then standing up hugged Avyansh. Aarav knew his best friend more than anyone else, he knew that Avyansh will eventually be okay but it will take some tome to adapt the change in the relationship, he loves his sister alot and wants the best for her.

Next Morning
Misha frowned at not finding Aarav at the breakfast table, he never misses the breakfast no matter what, as she was looking around her eyes went to her brother who was looking at her with some kind of emotion that she was not able to pin point.
"Avyansh, do you know where is Aarav?"
Payal, Aarav's mother asked him who gave a node and gulping down the morsel gave her the information about Aarav's whereabouts.
"He got a call from hospital, some accident happened so he had to rush for there, he also said it might take him a whole to come as it was severe."
Everyone let out a prayer for the people in accident, but Misha held her mobile to check on her boyfriend only to listen from her brother.
"Misha have your breakfast."
Misha looked at her brother who was almost glaring at her, so she put back the mobile and looked at Aisha who was sitting beside her and the duo had the same look.
"By any chance, does avyansh bhai knows ahout you two?"
Aisha asked Misha as the duo sat the car to go to get some things for Aisha's haldi ceremony. misha snapped at Aisha with wide eyes and Aisha gave her a node telling her about the expressions Avyansh gave Misha.
"Aarav didn't told me anything."
Aisha hmmed and looked out but Misha's mind got still over that fact.

In the evening when Misha and Aisha walked back inside the living room they saw Aarav's maternal cousins and family sitting in the living room, Misha roamed her eyes in the living room and there she found Aarav sitting with his back towards her, he turned his face halfway and looking at Misha smiled, Misha smiled back with ease looking at his face after almost the whole day, but then he turned to his cousins who were having a talk including Avyansh.
They all sat and talked but Misha frowned as Aarav was not sitting directly facing her, only his side profile was visible to her eyes. Misha opened her mobile and typed a message to Aarav, feeling the vibration on his phone Aarav pulled it out from his jeans.
"Where were you the whole day? not a single message."
Aarav looked at Misha from a side and with a smile typed back a message.
"There was an emergency in hospital, I just came back before you, and about the message sorry."
"And what about not looking at me? Why are you sitting sideways? Also what's with bhai? Did you told him?"
Misha push forward another question but before she could wait for his reply, payal and Sneha stood up to go in the kitchen to lay the dinner, and as always sneha called Misha with her, Aisha was showing her cousins something so Misha walked inside the kitchen.
Aarav saw her going but still didn't typed the answer as he wanted to tell her after meeting her, and for that he had to wait for others to go in their rooms. As Misha was coming out of the kitchen after listening to her mother she heared Aarav's bua asking him.
"Aarav, did you put any ointment on your bruise?"
Misha immediately looked up at his face that can be fully seen, she saw a huge bruise on his cheek and also his lip was swelled from side. Aarav didn't saw Misha but he shared a look with Avyansh who rolled his eyes at Aarav before Aarav told his bua about the ointment, but in all this Misha got to know what happened.
"Also look ahead while walking, be careful beta."
Aarav smiled at his bua and looked up to find Misha standing there with her eyes moist, aarav's smile fade away looking at her. And Misha glaring at her brother walked upstairs to the room. Aarav too stood up and walked upstairs after watching others engrossed in talking. But Avyansh saw them and he closed his eyes to calm himself, he would take some time to get used to their relationship.
"Misha."
Aarav called her standing outside the room, Misha opened the door and Aarav saw tears in her eyes.
"Butterfly."
He called her softly and misha just took a step and moved her hand to his face creasing the underside of his bruise.
"Bhai did this. Right?"
Aarav looked at misha who silent eyes. A lone tear came out of her eye as she looked at his bruise.
"You should have told me at least."
Aarav was about to say something but then he saw Misha's eyes moving to his back. Pulling Aarav on side Misha walked behind him where Avyansh was standing and she looked at him with teary eyes.
"Why did you hit him?"
Aarav could feel anger in her voice so he took a step and pulled her hand saying.
"Butterfly, let ut be, it's between us."
Misha pushed away his hand with her eyes still on her brother.
"No, not when he hit you for nothing."
"Well he did something that never had to happen so it was his fault."
Misha felt anger raising inside her, aarav again tried to hold her but misha literally pushed Avyansh while saying.
"What he did? Huh? He loves me that is his fault? What if you fell in love with someone and her brother hit you like this? Then it will be all fine? But when my Aarav did this you went to hunt him down. Have you seen his bruise. Also I love him too, i am also at fault, hit me too. Hit me bhai."
She spoke a bit loudly and Aarav pulled her to him saying.
"Stop butterfly, I am fine."
She pushed Aarav too and told him holding his collar.
"Stop defending your bestfriend, he had no right to hit you for the account of loving me, you too can fight the hell out as friends, but If he touched my boyfriend one more time It won't take me a minute to hit him in return."
Saying so she looked at Avyansh who was shocked internally to do anything, saying so she moved to Avyansh and told him.
"I don't like the way you treated my boyfriend bhai, and I won't tolerate it ever."
And she walked away looking at Aarav one more time. Aarav looked at avyansh who kept looking at his sister who walked down.
"Was that Misha?"
Avyansh spoke and aarav chuckled before saying.
"That was my butterfly."
Looking at avyansh Aarav walked down, Avyansh shook his head before heading down behind the duo.
