THE SILENT LOVE ...Chapter 94 :Swetha’s heart shattered into pieces by hearing his words. She felt like she was drowning in the pit of agony where she could not find any hope of light which led her to Sreekar. She couldn’t control the waves of emotions  that were plunging her heart and ran away from there.Swetha, who went to her room, fell on the bed and cried her heart out. Her heart was yearning to see Sreekar though being aware of his commitment to Lalitha. She could not take the information of him getting engaged to Lalitha and even the small hope which was lightning in the depths of her heart was extinguished.Watching her sprint away from the place, everyone’s attention came back to their discussion and thought that she was embarrassed to stay in front of them while discussing their marriage.“Swetha is feeling shy with the sudden information. Brother! Tomorrow is a very auspicious day and we will come and offer the saree, gold and perform other rituals to make her the lady of my son’s life. Later you can plan for the engagement if you want to make it official. Or else we will directly go for the marriage. What do you say?”queried Ambika directing her questions to Balaramaiah.Balaramaiah,who was  planning to settle his daughter’s life at the earliest after getting acquainted with the disaster that had happened at the college, contemplated her words for a while. Swetha was not aware of the truth that all her family members knew about the torment she  went through until they showed up  at the house. They kept quiet only to make  her feel at ease at the time of exams and came to see her  with the excuse of the function once she  successfully completed them. Balaramaiah wished to fix a match at the earliest to keep her reputation before the incident could spread wide and tarnish their family reputation which may break her  soul.Balaramaiah, after thinking a while, nodded his head in approval and replied,“Actually I would like to arrange a grand engagement if you would give us some time. But you were in a rush of making her as your family member, I don’t deny your wish. But I will arrange a grand engagement within a short period officially in the presence of our relatives and later we will go for the marriage. I want to fulfill all my wishes which I had planned for her marriage. What do you people say?”, turned to his family members and asked for their opinion.Everyone nodded their heads in approval while their faces glowed with their happy smiles for the fortune of Swetha to get a man like Kamal as her husband who has all the qualities that could not be seen in the present generation youngsters.With the approval of all the members, they started their preparations for the next day’s event. Swetha’s friends came to know about the  event and gathered at her house helping the elders in the work and accompanied Swetha in selecting her costumes.Sreekar completed all his work at the project, almost settling all the  disputes that were raised by  Jayasurya. He almost made him get out of the project by sending all the documents which shows his  treachery towards the project and succeeded in eliminating him from the project which enraged Jayasurya.Once Sreekar finished all his commitments at the project, he returned back and found Deepak who was waiting for him at the airport.Deepak rushed to Sreekar, took the luggage bag from him and ushered him to the exit where their car was waiting for them. After reaching the car, Deepak opened the  back door for Sreekar to hop into and later he took the passenger seat gesturing to the driver to  start the car.Once the journey started, Deepak spun his head back towards Sreekar and started the conversation.“Boss! What’s wrong with your mobile? I was trying to reach you since the morning but couldn’t get through. Did you keep it in flight mode?”, queried Deepak“No Deepak. Last night  it accidentally fell down and shattered into pieces. As I was returning I didn’t pay any attention to buy a new one as it was already late in the night for shopping. Get me the new one at the earliest. Is anything important? Did I miss anything?”, explained the situation and queried for the  news..“Boss! I need to tell you about two important matters. Please calm down and think wisely after hearing the news”, informed Deepak while his voice was tinged with fear.Sreekar scrutinized him with narrowed eyes and by seeing the  sweat beans on his forehead, understood the seriousness of  the situation. His voice turned cold and demanded to spill the beans.“Boss! As you couldn’t access your mobile, you didn’t come across the news which is going viral from the morning. Your mother announce your engagement with Miss. Lalitha to be held within a short period”, informed Deepak with a shaky voice.Sreekar’s face turned cold and his eyes changed to bloodshot red upon hearing the news. He slammed his fist against the door and yelled,“What the hell is happening. Why was I not informed about it before going into public?”.Deepak and the driver flinched with his furious voice and the driver halted the car by the side of the road.“Deepak! Why didn’t you inform me  earlier? You could have contacted any of our people at the project”, snarled Sreekar.“Boss! You were boarded by the time the person came  to see you”, informed Deepak.Sreekar closed his eyes with  frustration and inhaled deeply to control his temper. After a while, he opened his eyes and enquired about the other matter.“Boss! Th ..., that ..., actually ..., wh ..., what”, Deepak stuttered in his words.Sreekar gave him a menacing look which made Deepak spill out the words without any break,“Miss. Swetha is getting engaged with her brother in law, Kamal,and closes his eyes, feeling terrible to encounter his wrath.Sreekar froze in his place  as his heart stopped beating for a while, upon hearing Deepak’s words. He was contemplating the words as if he heard it for real or imagining the things.“Boss ...!”.Without receiving any response, Deepak opened  his eyes, glanced at Sreekar who stood still in his place and called out.Sreekar came into his senses and stared at Deepak for a while. Later he enquired once again,“What did you say?”.“Miss. Swetha is getting engaged with her brother in law”.
