THE SILENT LOVE ...Chapter 89 :Everyone spun their head towards the direction of the voice and were puzzled to see Sreekar who was standing at the entrance fuming with fury giving a fierce look to Swetha with his fiery eyes. Swetha felt like his eyes were penetrating into her body drilling holes with his fiery looks and was petrified with his demeanor.Sreekar feels the bitterness in his heart whenever he thinks of Arjun and Swetha but he accepts the reality of them being in the relationship. But seeing Swetha announcing Arjun and Rasi as a couple, rage took over him and lost his rationality. He believed that Swetha whom he treated as an innocent girl turned out to be a gold digger like other women.Sreekar charged towards Swetha and grabbed her arm, yanking her on her feet. He glared at her giving a dangerous look and reprimanded her.“How dare you manipulate your actions on my sister? What the hell are you doing? Are you trying to make the match between your lover and my sister? Why? Did you find any other wealthy man more powerful than Arjun? I thought you were different from other girls. But you proved the same, changing your personality depending on the wealth and fame of the man. How disgusting?”, rebuked Sreekar while holding her arm tightly, losing his rationality.Everyone gasped with shock by hearing his words and exchanged the looks in between them and darted their eyes towards Sreekar who was looking totally different with his rage. Swetha's eyes turned glossy by his words which directly plunged into her heart and winced in pain with the tightness of his hand around her arm. She was so terrified that she couldn’t utter a single word by seeing his demeanor.“Chinna babu …!”, shrieked Meenakshi and Chandra Mohan in unisonSreekar darted his eyes towards them but he couldn’t control his temper to listen to their words. His blood was boiling to see Swetha cheating his family and his heart was throbbing to see her turning out like other girls whom he came across with.“Why are you quiet? Did the cat catch your tongue? Why don’t you tell them the truth? Why don’t you tell them about your romantic affair with Arjun?”roared Sreekar.“Chinna babu …!”, yelled Meenakshi.“Amma! Please don’t come in the middle. She is taking the advantage of your kindness. She is trying to pair my sister with her boyfriend. She is trying to ruin Rasi’s life”, yelled Sreekar without leaving her arm.“Mr. Sreekar …!”.By hearing the deep voice, everyone whipped their heads towards the voice and saw a middle aged man with a woman of the same age along with Arjun. Chandra Mohan, Meenakshi and Rohan stared at the couple being puzzled with their presence and darted their eyes towards Arjun.Arjun, who arrived Rasi’s house with his parents Mr. Abhimanyu and Mrs.Ambika to have a talk with her parents about their marriage, witnessed Sreekar slandering Swetha and stood dumbfounded. He came into his senses by hearing his father Mr. Abhimanyu called out to Sreekar and strolled towards him to release Swetha from his grip.“Sir! Please leave her. Whatever you are thinking is not the truth. Please listen to us once”, pleaded Arjun trying to retreat Swetha’s hand from his.Sreekar glared at him and sneered,“Are you trying to manipulate the situation which I witnessed at your flat to be a lie? Didn’t I see you both in a disheveled state? Isn't it true that you both are into a relationship crossing all the limits? Do you want to give any excuses even after getting caught by me at your flat in such a state which I should not witness?”.Arjun nodded his head negatively, denying Sreekar’s accusations and tried to defend themselves but his father’s voice stopped him.“Mr. Sreekar! Please use your words carefully. You are speaking about an innocent girl and your words can tarnish her reputation. I admire your dedication in enlarging your business to the sky but feel pity with your personal life. Don’t think that every woman will be behind wealth and fame. There are women with pride and self esteem and would be loyal to one person. You need to come across that woman to get out of your insecurities. Without knowing the truth, don’t come to the conclusions”, snapped Abhimanyu.Sreekar stared at Abhimanyu for a while without leaving Swetha’s arm and later sneered,“I myself saw them in their flat and by seeing their condition, even a kid could realize what they are up to. Do you want me to think my eyes betrayed me?”.“Mr.Sreekar! I will not tolerate the relationship between my son and daughter getting tarnished. Don’t go overboard without knowing the truth”, yelled Abhimanyu.Sreekar gaped at Abhimanyu in puzzlement by hearing the word daughter and before he could question him , a tight slap landed on his cheek leaving everyone baffled. Sreekar held his cheek with one hand while leaving Swetha’s arm, turned towards the person who slapped him and was dumbfounded.“Amma …!”.“Don’t call me that with the mouth which you used to slander Swetha. How dare you think so low of her? Why are you stooping so low? Get away from my sight before I hit you more and never show me your face”, roared Meenakshi.Sreekar was astounded to see Meenakshi so furious,  whom he saw as being very calm and collective in any circumstances. His heart squeezed by hearing her words and realized that he transgressed in chastising Swetha which  infuriated her. He respects and admires her more than his biological mother and didn’t wish to distress her with his actions.Sreekar immediately fell on his knees and hugged her legs while pleading,“Amma! Please don’t say that. For God’s sake, don’t ask me to be away from you. I am very sorry if I am wrong but I really saw them in Arjun’s flat and am not accusing them. If you don’t believe me, confront them”.Meenakshi glanced at Sreekar who was wailing like a child which made  the motherhood in her  couldn’t see him in anguish and she believes that without being sure of anything he will never go overboard. At the same time she is not ready to wrong Swetha believing his words and was contemplating about the situation.“Mr. Sreekar! Whatever you said was true. You really saw them in Arjun’s flat but your interpretation about the situation you witnessed is not true. Swetha is my daughter and Arjun’s god sister”, explained Abhimanyu.Sreekar was baffled with the new resolution and gaped at Abhimanyu in astonishment without leaving Meenakshi’s legs while lying on his knees.
