THE SILENT LOVE ...Chapter 83 :Gautham watched Sreekar going towards the staircase and was astonished to see the murderous look in his eyes. He  was perplexed with his behavior and realizing something,  he immediately grabbed Swetha’s hand and ushered her towards the staircase.Gautham almost ran behind Sreekar pulling Swetha along with him whereas Arjun and the others trailed behind them being baffled with the sudden movement. By the time everyone  reached the ground, they stood dumbfounded by seeing the  scene in front of them.Sreekar dashed towards Rana once he descended the steps. Rana was kept caged by  his two men  who were appointed for Swetha’s safety whereas Rana’s men were captured by Sreekar’s men  who reached there along with Deepak. Deepak, after hearing about the situation at the college, immediately drove there with a few of Sreekar’s security team if required.Sreekar reached Rana and  kicked him in his gut, making him fall to the ground. He moved to him, held his hair and threw several punches on his jaw. Later he rose to his feet and kicked him hard making Rana wince in pain. The college reverberated with his screams and cries.Later Sreekar yanked Rana to stand on his feet and made him kneel on the ground. He averted his  gaze to Deepak and stretched his hand while clenching Rana’s hair in his fist.Realizing Sreekar’s intentions, Deepak moved forward and carefully suggested,“Boss! Our men are there to do that. You don’t need to do  it in front of all these people. Please think of your reputationSreekar wished  to decline his advice and do it on his own but feeling the gazes of Gautham and Swetha, he didn’t wish his emotions to engulf him and expose his feelings. He nodded his head and jolted Rana back and moved a few steps away from him.The two men appointed for Swetha, came forward and held Rana tightly making him stay on his knees. One of them took the knife and started to shear his hair making his head totally bare. Later he removed his mustaches also. Rana felt very humiliated with their actions and gritted his teeth in anger but he couldn’t do anything against the power of Sreekar and kept quiet.Once everything had completed, Sreekar held his collar and dragged him on his knees towards Swetha. He  pushed him onto her feet and roared.“Touch her feet and apologize for your actions”.Rana struggled in his hands to release from his grip but Sreekar held him tighter and kept one of his legs on Rana’s back and pressed him down to the ground.“Touch her feet if you want to leave the place with minimum pride that is left for you. Otherwise you will go naked from here. Apologize her”, growled Sreekar.Swetha gaped at Sreekar in astonishment seeing him go to such an extent to avenge the  humiliation she went through. Her heart felt content by his gestures and  felt very delighted for his care.Sreekar pressed Rana more, stomping his feet on his back to make him spill the words after seeing the  gratitude in Swetha’s eyes. His heart   welled up with pride for being her salvation by seeing her in satisfaction to watch Rana getting punished for humiliating her. He promised himself in his mind to never let anyone tarnish her pride  or never let anything happens to her.“Rana! Apologize her or get ready to face the consequences”, threatened Sreekar.Without having any other way, Rana slowly raised his head and whispered a few words very slowly. Sreekar stomped his feet more hardly on his back and warned him to  apologize in a loud voice to be heard by everyone.“Swetha! I am very sorry”, shouted Rana while touching her feet feeling disgusted on himself, doing according to Sreekar’s wish.Sreekar lifted Rana to his feet and giving a menacing look he warned him in a dangerous tone.“I don’t think twice to kill you if I see you near her again”, pushed Rana away and gestured to his men to take him away from there.Feeling gratified for Sreekar’s actions in defending Swetha,Gautham reached him and hugged to show his gratitude. His eyes tore up  with overwhelming emotions.“Sree! Thank you very much for avenging her humiliation. Even I wouldn’t go to  such an  extent but you did it. I will be indebted to you for this”, Gautham expressed his gratitude while hugging him.Sreekar patted Gautham on his  shoulder and replied in a gentle voice while looking at him,“Don’t say that. She is your sister and not a stranger for me. I will go to any extent if anyone tries to tarnish any of your family members”.Swetha gazed at him from beneath her eyelashes being careful not to get noticed by anyone. She held the coat which he had covered her earlier and showed her gratitude through her eyes. Realizing her intention, Sreekar nodded his head negatively not to mentionit.Their eyes locked  for a  while interacting with each other with their silent talks.Sreekar came into his senses when he heard the voice of Arjun and spun his head to him.“Thank you very much sir! I don’t know how  I would go through it if anything happens to her. Thank you for everything. You made me indebted to you by  saving Sweths. I owe you my life”, thanked Arjun while streching his hand towards Sreekar.Sreekar shook his hand carrying the hostility in his eyes  and replied,“ You should  be more responsible being her side”.Arjun pursed his lips by seeing the hostility in his eyes and comtemplated about his actions. He went to such an extent to protect Swetha but  being hostile towards him made him feel perplexed.Sreekar retreated his hand from Arjun and  gestured to Deepak to come near him. Deepak immediately reached him and stood for his command.Drive them to home personally  along with  a few of our men”, ordered Sreekar, darted his eyes towards Gautam and said,“Go to home and take care of her. It’s not so easy to come out of this trauma. Rasi will accompany her for support. I will meet you later”.Gautham nodded his head and held Swetha crossing his hand across her shoulder. He ushered Swetha from there following Deepak while others trailed behind him. Rasi nodded her  head towards Sreekar as an acknowledgement and followed them.Swetha’s eyes kept glancing at Sreekar from beneath her eyelashes who was  already staring at  her. Their eyes shared a lot of emotions which their hearts could understand. Once he was out of sight, she followed Gautham feeling empty in her heart. They all left the college leaving Sreekar behind.
