THE SILENT LOVE ...Chapter 7 :Sreekar saw her being staggered initially by the sudden incident, but later realizing his presence the way her eyelashes fluttered in misbelief and the dread filled in her eyes brought a small chuckle from him. He covered his emotions with a cold look which frightened her. The next minute he stepped out from the car, she ran to Rohan and hid herself behind him tucking his shirt. His eyes narrowed in suspicion by seeing her so close with him. He recollected the way Arjun held her possessively at the college.He came to his senses when Chandra Mohan called his name and immediately moved to him and hugged him.“Chinna Babu! When did you come? You didn’t inform us about your arrival”, queried Chandra Mohan.Sreekar gave a warm smile to his uncle and answered,“I thought of surprising you people. I came to see you yesterday but suddenly returned back due to some emergency”.Though Sreekar was speaking to his uncle, he kept watching Swetha from the corner of his eyes. Swetha was hiding behind Rohan and trying to peek from Rohan’s shoulder to see him leaving the place. Suddenly their eyes met and Swetha, feeling terrified, hid behind Rohan.Why is this person here? Did he come for her? Will he take revenge for yesterday's incident? What should she do now? How should she escape from here? It is so terrible to encounter his cold look. All the questions clouded her mind making her restless. She hears Rasi’s voice when she is trying to sneak out from there.“Brother! How are you? When did you come? Did you forget this sister? You didn’t call for a long time. Why didn’t you come to see me?” Rasi bombarded him with questions.Swetha looked at Rasi with widened eyes feeling astound after hearing her calling him brother. She remembered Arjun’s words and understood the total scenario. Sreekar saw Arjun with Rasi the previous day and came to beat him. She really felt petrified by recollecting the way she slapped him in the college. She was not sure whether he would tell the incident to them or keep it a secret. Can she show her face to them later? She didn’t understand what to do and slowly tried to run away from there.Rohan immediately caught her hand and queried,“Sweths! Where are you going? Don’t get scared. He is my brother and he doesn’t say anything for breaking his car glass. Come, I will introduce you to him”, and he pulled her to them.Swetha, unable to retreat her hand from Rohan’s grip, slowly moved ahead looking at Sreekar from the corner of her eyes. She felt shiver all over her body by feeling his eyes on her and prayed to earth mother to swallow her and save her from that cold person.Sreekar crossed his hands around Raasi's shoulders and replied,”Sorry sister. I was very busy with different business meetings. I couldn’t make the time to call you as you people will be busy when I  become free. I miss you people a lot and ran here to see you all once I returned back. Where is Aunty?”.Though Sreekar is speaking to Rasi, his eyes are traveling towards Swetha and can understand the storm rising in her heart by seeing her face. Her face speaks everything that is going in her mind. He felt amused to see her frightened just by seeing him. He couldn’t understand how she behaved so courageously at the college being such a scary cat.Rohan reached Sreekar and hugged him saying,”Brother! How are you? It's been a long time seeing you”.Swetha took the chance when Rohan released her hand and immediately ran away from there shouting,”Bye Rohan. Aunty is calling me. See you later” and rushed into her house.Sreekar immediately turned to see her but a voice caught his attention and turned to the direction of the voice.“Chinna Babu”.
