THE SILENT LOVE ...Chapter 78 :The next day …Swetha got ready for college hiding the turmoil that was swirling in her heart. She couldn’t forget the abuse she went through but the presence of Sreekar at such a terrible moment and the way he aided her from the assault she was going to experience made her heart feel at ease.She strongly believed that whatever the misinterpretations they have between them, he will never keep blind eye towards her when she is in any danger. She felt disappointed for not thanking him properly for rescuing her. She decided to thank him when they meet next time.Sreekar, after leaving Rasi’s home, contacted Deepak and asked him to get the total information about Rana from any trusted man. He forbade that Rana will not keep quiet after getting humiliated in front of his co students. Once he got the details on the next day, Sreekar was dumbfounded to know about his information.He never expected him to be the son of Mr. Jayasurya who was their business alliance. He is one of the partners for the project which they were working for. Their both companies never shared any alliance earlier or have any hostility between them. But they always distanced themselves from Jayasurya group of companies for their cunning and manipulative nature in their business work. The project at present they were working on was a foreign project and without Sreekar’s knowledge he got involved in it and presented himself at the time of signing the contract. Sreekar didn't want to back off from the project for his mere involvement and went forward with that project.They didn’t come across any disputes in that project till the time but Sreekar felt some uneasiness after learning the truth of Rana being Jayasurya’s son. He was very careful in the project, being acquainted with the manipulations Jayasurya can do. But he forbade that it will not continue in the future. He will try to make their company  to be at fault with his manipulations after learning the humiliation his son went through.Deepak, who was observing the expression on Sreekar’s face, heaved a huge sigh perceiving his tension and reached him. By seeing him rubbing his forehead feeling restless, Deepak couldn’t control his anxiety and queried.“Sir! We were allied with that company for the Switzerland project. Are you thinking of the consequences we will go through in that project?”, questioned Deepak.Sreekar snapped his eyes towards Deepak and glared at him while replying,“If I need to give up this project I will happily oblige it but never allow them to go near Swetha. I am feeling distressed thinking of that girl’s safety being aware of the atrocity they can do”.Sreekar went through the papers once again and ordered Deepak,“Deepak! Appoint someone to keep an eye on Swetha for 24/7. I don’t want her to go through any torment because of that atrocious scumbag. He will surely take the next step to avenge his humiliation”.Deepak nodded his head as an acknowledgement and glanced at Sreekar giving a playful smirk, he queried,“Yes boss! Think it has been done. Can I guess her to be our future boss?”.Sreekar whirled his head towards Deepak immediately after hearing those words and glanced at him with widened eyes being stupefied. Deepak was amused to see such a sudden reaction in his boss .“Boss! What happened? Did I say something wrong?”, queried Deepak playfully.Sreekar composed himself from the sudden shock and shook his head while replying,“There is nothing like what you think. I am just protecting her. Don’t you know that she is Deepaks’s sister? We should care for her well being”.Deepak watched Sreekar for a while and queried,“Boss! Can’t you realize that there is something between you both? Why don’t you acknowledge your feelings for her?”.Sreekar glared at Deepak and rebuked,“Don’t speak nonsense. Nothing is going between us. She belongs to someone else.  I don’t want to hear anything bad about her”.Deepak was disappointed with Sreekar’s words and turned back on his heels to leave the room but got halted by hearing Sreekar’s voice.“Deepak! Appoint someone to keep an eye on Rohan’s activities. I don’t want to take any chances. Got it?”, commanded Sreekar.Deepak glanced at Sreekar for a while and replied,“I will make it done  immediately”, and he moved towards the door while muttering under his breath,“Your heart is longing for her and you keep denying to accept your feelings”. And left the room.Sreekar kept staring at Deepak’s back till he disappeared from his sight, reminiscing the words he muttered while leaving the room. He leaned back on to the head rest of the chair and closed his eyes experiencing some foreign feelings in his heart. His heart was fluttering in a new territory by recollecting the words ‘Future Boss’ making him feel ecstasy. He felt like his heart was floating in the air. But it doesn’t last long as the incident that he witnessed in Arjun’s flat flashed into his mind. He felt frustrated and rubbed his forehead to come out of her thoughts.“What are you doing to me? Why do I forget myself in your presence? Why are you haunting me like my shadow? Why do you look at me as if I am your world when you belong to someone else? Why? Why?”, his heart screamed, not getting any answers for his questions.Swetha went to the college along with Rasi and met Arjun and other friends. Rasi explained everything to Arjun though Swetha protested not to inform anyone. Arjun was enraged by learning of the incident that happened and roared with rage.“How dare he? What does he think of himself? Does he think he can escape from me if he does things in my absence”, whirled towards Vivek and Rakesh and commanded,“Come Let’s go and search for him. I will teach him the lesson for going behind someone who is precious to me”.They were about to go in search of Rana but someone near to them who were hearing their conversation, told them he was absent for the day. Arjun threw his fist in the air feeling frustrated and glanced at Swetha who was looking gloomy keeping her head down.Arjun neared Swetha, placed his hand on her head and comforted in a gentle voice,“Sweths! I am very sorry for not being in your hard time. I will not leave him. I will surely show him his place for messing with you”.Swetha raised her head and looked at Arjun who was carrying a guilt in his eyes and assured,“Ajju! Don’t feel guilty when you are not at  fault. No one predicted he was going to come for me. By God’s grace, Rasi’s brother came in time and duly punished him for his doing”.Arjun kept quiet by hearing about Sreekar and later glanced at Swetha suspiciously but Swetha gave him an encouraging smile and blinked her eyes to assure him. Later she slowly whispered which was audible only for him.“Ajju! Don’t think of the past encounter with him. He really treated me well and was concerned for my safety”.Arjun didn’t utter any other word after getting assured by Swetha and everyone left for the classes. Arjun passed on the message to all his co students to inform him once Rana shows himself in the college.Swetha continued her routine being unaware of the people appointed by Sreekar who were trailing behind her for every single minute.Rana didn’t show up for a couple of days in the college. He almost decided to destroy her after getting humiliated in college. He even informed Lalitha about the incident and reprimanded her for fooling him about Sreekar being away from Swetha.“Rana! Calm down! I too didn’t expect him to defend Swetha after witnessing such a situation at Arjun’s flat”“Whatever it may be. I am going to teach her a lesson for humiliating me  in the college. I am going to destroy her, ravish her and  I will shatter her. I will break her  in such a way that even Sreekar couldn’t fix her  soul”, growled Rana.“Do whatever you want to do but don’t you think you should make her experience the same humiliation you went through? Don’t you want to assault her  in front of her co students? Don’t you want to show your virility by abusing her  in the college compound”, provoked Lalitha who was envious towards Swetha for making Sreekar lay at her feet with her mere presence.Her provocation hit the correct nerve of Rana and boiled with anger which made him lose his rationality.“I will surely make her feel ashamed in front of all the students and then I will show her  my evilness. I will ravish her in such a way that she will never dare to see  any man”, spilled the words of venom.Lalitha gave a sinister smile  and encouraged him,“I will be with you  for your avenge. Ask me if you need any help. I want to see her downfall”.They both orchestrate the way of humiliating Swetha in front of all the students, making her drown in the misery of  shame. They both decided the time for execution of their plan and bid bye to each other.
