THE SILENT LOVE ...Chapter 44 :Swetha, who froze in her place being stupefied by Akash's actions, heard the familiar voice and whirled her head to see the person. After seeing the person, she fluttered her eyelashes a couple of times and gaped at him with her jaws hung open feeling amazed to see him at that place.Akash glanced at the person and with a warm smile he queried,âHello Mr. Sreekar! Are you not enjoying the party? We were just having some talksâ. Sreekar eyes were glued to Swetha which made her shiver all over the body by his venom spilling looks. She couldnât understand why he was throwing daggers at her when she had not done anything. Her legs glued to the ground and froze at her place petrified with his menacing looks.Akash glanced at Swetha and Sreekar darting his eyes between them and queried,âMr. Sreekar! Is anything wrong?â.Sreekar gave a cold look at Akash, darted his eyes to Swetha and informed,âRasi is searching for youâ.Swetha immediately understood what he meant by it and immediately ran from there without giving any glance towards Akash. Akash looked at her in astonishment and once she was out of sight, he questioned Sreekar.âMr. Sreekar! Are you acquainted with her?â, queried Akash.Sreekar glanced at Akash with his straight face and replied in a warning tone,âMr. Akash! She is my sisterâs friend. Most importantly she is my brotherâs girl. Be away from herâ, left from there.Akash was dumbfounded by hearing his words. He was perplexed to learn the new information which he never expected even in his dreams. He never saw Swetha with any other guy or dating someone. He stood still at his place, reminiscing Sreekarâs words.Sreekar, who got the invitation from Akash being one of the businessmen acquainted with their company, was not ready to attend the party. Due to the compeltion of Lalitha, who was a good friend for Akash, forced Sreekar to be her companion for the party. They both arrived earlier than Swetha and interacted with some of the businessmen to have some conversation. They met Akash, wished him the birthday greetings and went to the drinks section. When Sreekar started to sip his juice, he saw Swetha who was entering the hall. He was fascinated by her beauty and kept staring at her being oblivious of the surroundings.Sreekar felt annoyed when she circled her hand around Arjunâs arm, seeing their intimacy. He acknowledged her anxiousness by seeing the crowd and amazement in her eyes by seeing the lavish decoration. He felt amused by seeing the sparkles in her eyes enjoying each and every interior of the hall. The only realization hit in his brain was she was attending such a party for the first time. His heart screams to take her along with him, ensuring to show all the beauty and wonders of this universe to keep looking at her sparkling eyes. His eyes glued to Swetha throughout the party abandoning Lalitha, for whom he has come as companion for this party.Lalitha, who acknowledged the difference in his demeanor after seeing Swetha, kept gazing at him to read his feelings towards her. Though his face was cold and serious, his eyes showed the glory while watching Swetha. Lalitha felt very envious towards Swetha to get such an attention from Sreekar which she was craving from a long time. She wants to see the same longingness, delightment, joy and tenderness from Sreekar towards her.Sreekar saw Swetha observing the surroundings as if she was trying to notice something and kept his presence out of her sight. He even hid himself when he was almost noticed by her. Watching Akash reaching her and taking her out to the balcony, he slowly followed them and heard their conversation by eavesdropping. Before Akash could confess his feelings, Sreekar purposefully interrupted their conversation, not willing Swetha to get acquainted with his feelings. He was infuriated upon her to give her lonely time for Akash giving him a chance to express his feelings. After informing Akash about her relationship with his brother, left the place and came to the party hall to check upon her.
