THE SILENT LOVE ...Chapter 18 :The following day ...Sreekar, who was in a deep slumber, got disturbed with the continuous noise. He slowly opened his eyes only to realize that the sun already started his journey long back. He slowly closed and opened his eyes and sat on the bed. Hearing the trickling sound of water, he watched outside through the window to realize that it was raining.He slowly rose to his feet, stretched his body and was about to enter the washroom but halted by hearing a familiar voice. He immediately rushed to the balcony and checked the surroundings. His heart felt content by watching the scene in front of him.It’s  neither raining heavily nor just drizzling.  It is raining in a moderate way so that the person can get wet  by staying in the rain. In between the droplets of rain, Swetha was standing in the middle of a circle of a few people including Rasi, Rohan and a few other neighbours of their age and small kids.Swetha was dancing  like a peacock enjoying the rain while the others were accompanying her. She tucked the pallu at the waist exposing the bare skin at her waist and tuckd the  skirt to dance without any disturbance.Sreekar was amused to see her dancing rhythmically  to the song she was singing herself. The legs which were moving with ease made him feel like her feet were rhythmically stepping  on his heart. The way she moves her hands, the way she sways her hips and the way she twists her waist wildly made him feel ecstasy to witness such a  magnificent look of Swetha early in the morning. The milky skin which was exposed at her waist was teasing him to touch it. Sreekar’s heart craves  to run his fingers on her narrow waist and play with the folds of her waist with his lips.He leaned on to the wall, crossed his hands at his chest and watched her forgetting the surroundings. He didn't even realize that he had a radiant smile on his face.Swetha, while dancing, felt someone’s eyes on her and  checked the surroundings. She caught the silhouette  figure in the balcony of Rasi’s house and cleared her eyes to see clearly as   it was blurry due to the rainfall.She was dumbfounded to see Sreekar standing leisurely watching her. The way he stood explains how long he was standing there. Swetha's face was flushed  realizing that she was being watched by him in her wet clothes for a long time. Without noticing his presence she was dancing in the rain like crazy.She was more amazed to see the radiant smile on his face. For the first time from the day of his meeting, she saw a bright and radiant smile on his face. The smile was so contagious that she couldn’t take her eyes from his smile. His lips parted showing a few of his teeth forming a dimple on either side of his cheeks. She was mesmerized with his radiant smile and kept staring at him as her heart skipped by watching his smile.Swetha came into her senses when Rohan grabbed her hand and swirled her by holding her hands. Realization dawned on Sreekar which made him stand still reminiscing about last night’s event. His heart swelled in jealousy and all of sudden he felt downcasted feeling that he lost everything in the universe. He couldn’t stay there anymore and went inside after glancing at Swetha for the last time.Swetha, who was getting swirled by Rohan, didn’t take her glances from Sreekar. She noticed a smiling face changing to gloomy after seeing Rohan grabbing her hand and dancing with her. She can feel the change of emotions in his eyes. The eyes which were bright and twinkling with  delightment, become hollow without any emotions. The face lost all its color, his jaw was clenched tightly and the agony his heart was going through was radiating on his face. She realized that she had seen the same emotions the previous night when Rohan spun her around in the air.Realization hit her brain strongly, making her bewildered. She acknowledged that he was infuriated by seeing her with Rohan intimately. But she didn’t understand what made him feel irate when she moves close to Rohan. Who is she for him, to feel jealous for her. Who is she for him, to be infuriated on her. who is hse to him, to feel betrayed by her. All the feelings made her suffocate and couldn’t enjoy the  moment with the other people. While Swetha was contemplating to leave from there, a kid came near her and pulled her hand.“Sister! Your aunt is calling you. Your father is coming to see you. Come soon”, informed the kid.Swetha informed Rohan and Rasi about the news, feeling terrible and ran into the house to change her clothes. She was very afraid of his father for his discipline.
