THE SILENT LOVE ...Chapter 114 :As Bhuvaneswari Devi’s words echoed in the air,  Swetha found herself feeling as if she was struck with a thunderbolt. She instinctively gazed upon Sreekar,  as if drawn by an invisible force, he met her eyes with solemn intensity. In that passing moment, a silent unspoken understanding passed between them. Within the depth of His eyes, Swetha could witness  a mix of conflicted emotions  of anger, hopelessness, frustration and a haunted agony that tugged the strings of her heart.Swetha felt her heart twisted with unbearable ache unable to tolerate the pain of departing from him though they expected the least in this battle.Bhuvaneswari Devi stole glances between Swetha and Sreekar as she engaged in conversation with Balaramaiah and Raghavendar. Initially, both Balaramaiah and Ajith were dumbfounded by her statement, but they quickly composed themselves, seamlessly joining the discussion while observing Sreekar who maintained a stoic demeanor, his expression revealing little of the turmoil within. Meanwhile, Swetha's gaze remained fixed upon Sreekar, her features expressed shock and disbelief.Apart from Bhuvaneswari Devi, Raghavendar, and Sreekanth’s family, the rest of the onlookers remained glued to their spots, stunned by the unexpected turn of events. They couldn't comprehend the idea of Sreekar agreeing to marry anyone other than Swetha. Meenakshi, in particular, felt as if her heart were a volcano on the verge of eruption upon hearing the harsh revelation. Suddenly, everything clicked into place, and she realized the true reason behind Sreekar's earlier cold demeanor. It didn't take long for Meenakshi to piece together that Sreekar had agreed to Bhuvaneswari Devi's proposal as a means to secure Sreekanth's happiness in his own love life. The gravity of this sacrifice weighed heavily on her, leaving her battling with a mix of shock, sorrow, and a newfound understanding of Sreekar's selflessness.Observing the solemn expression on Meenakshi’s face, Chandra Mohan, whose thoughts were reflected similarly to Meenakshi’s, squeezed her shoulder in a gesture of solace. He could perceive the inner turmoil she was going through being acquainted with her unconditional love towards Sreekar.Meanwhile, Sweta found herself enveloped in a turbulence of emotions, each wave crashing against her with endless force,  threatening her to drown in a pit of misery. Yet, as she locked her eyes with Sreekar, she detected the agony that buried within the depths of his eyes. Suddenly the realization dawned on her, the vow to stand by him unwaveringly, giving a pillar of support in his every decision, to wholeheartedly embrace  the challenges that lay ahead, loving him for eternity.Swetha keenly grasped the burden of guilt that weighed heavily upon Sreekar's shoulders as he made the agonizing decision to give up their love, sacrificing his own desires to restore his brother's rightful place within their family's legacy.A warm smile formed on her lips, burying all her turmoil beneath the depth of her heart, with an unwavering determination, she glanced at Sreekar and nodded her head as an appreciation for his decision while blinking her eyes as a gesture of her approval and support.Sreekar's heart swelled with gratitude at Swetha's consent, her understanding and unwavering support to his troubled soul. Proud of her for comprehending the complexities of their situation, he found strength in her presence to confront the agony of his decision to part ways with her. In her, he recognized an incomparable companion, knowing deep within that no one else could ever fill the void she occupied in his heart.Sreekar’s eyes glistened with tears for hurting a pure soul for his selfishness and nodded his head to show his gratitude for her understanding and at the same time he was apologizing for his deeds through his eyes.Bhuvaneswari Devi, who was interacting with others, glanced at their exchanged looks from the corner of her eyes and not wishing to make any delay to leave the place, she suggested Raghavendar to reach their home at the earliest.“Raghu, it's time we head out. Everyone's eagerly awaiting Sreekanth and his family's arrival”, she remarked, then turned towards Balaramaiah with warmth in her voice,“Mr. Balaramaiah! We would be truly honored if you could join us in welcoming Sreekanth back home. Despite your hectic schedule, I sincerely extend an invitation for you and your family to grace our house with your presence. Allow us the privilege of showing our appreciation for you”.Perceiving her guise equivalent to fox in sheep's  clothing , Balaramaiah, gracefully and tenderly declined her invitation, expressing,“I am thankful for your generous invitation. Though my heart yearns to witness his return home, I Couldn’t make it out as I was compelled to return  to my place due to an emergency. I will surely visit for the next time. My sincere apologies for declining your proposal”.Gazing through the depths of his soul, Bhuvaneswari Devi noticed the uneasiness enveloped him upon learning of Sreekar’s marriage. She even detected the anxiousness in Ajith who was casting glances at Swetha in frequent intervals. With a smug smile adorning her features, Bhuvaneswari Devi faked disappointment as she conveyed,“Oh! What a pity! As the godfather to Sreekanth, I had hoped for your presence alongside him on his journey home. However, I understand the urgency of your situation, and I would never dare to compel. Yet, I plead with you to promise us that you will grace us with your presence on a future occasion of Sreekar’s marriage”.“Sure! Without my presence, How could his marriage take place? I will accept your graceful invitation and promise my presence in Sreekar’s marriage”, replied Balaramaiah, his words carrying a hidden meaning and silently mocking Bhuvaneswari Devi.Astonished by his response, Sreekar stared at Balaramaiah with widened eyes with wonder. In return, he received a reassuring smile from Balaramaiah, a gesture of encouragement silently promising that all would be well.Noticing their silent gazes, Bhuvaneswari Devi fumed in anger and hurried everyone for Sreekanth’s return home at the earliest. Sreekar glanced at Swetha, his eyes filled with agony to get departed from her and conveyed his farewell through his eyes. Blinking her eyes, Swetha encouraged him to be strong too .Upon the departure of Bhuvaneswari Devi’S family, the facade that Swetha was maintaining for a long time vanished and grief enveloped her. Tears instantly formed in her eyes making her vision blurry. She lowered her head to hide her tears but sensing the hand on her head, she lifted her head to see the person.Caressing her head lovingly, Balaramaiah, with a gentle and tender smile on his lips, conveyed,We should be strong and determined to stick to our decision. Whatever the circumstances, neither the grief should envelop you nor lose the confidence”, indicating her to believe in their love.Unable to witness Swetha in such a distressing state, with a determination in her eyes, Meenakshi swiftly approached her, firmly grasping her shoulder, she rebuked,“Do you perceive yourself as a goddess to sacrifice your own love? Why remained silent after realizing her true motive of accepting Sreekanth’s family. One word from you, Sreekar could turn this world upside down. He neither shows any concern for his brother nor be regard to your father’s challenge. Why didn’t you stop him?”.With a faint smile gracing on her lips, Swetha met Meenakshi gaze with a firm look, she began, her voice gentle yet firm, “Aunty! Our love is pure and unconditional. We admire each other without expecting anything in return. If I selfishly pursue my own desires without considering his feelings and emotions, then where lies the integrity of our love? I would rather sacrifice my own happiness than compel him to abandon his morals and principles. Though parting ways may bring sadness, we find solace in knowing that our happiness doesn't flourish at the expense of others' misfortune”.Witnessing the depth of maturity in Swetha's words, Balaramaiah, Ajith, and everyone else present stood rooted in their places, utterly captivated and astounded by the sageness she expressed.
