THE SILENT LOVE ...Chapter 106 :The long journey came to an end once they reached their destination. The initial golden rays of the sunlight, ascending through the mountains, slowly started dispelling the darkness in the sky, casting a radiating warmth on nature. The vehicle came to a halt in front of Chandramohan’s house where everyone was eagerly awaiting for the person whom they believed to be lost forever.Sreekar alighted from the car  who jolted back from the slumber with the sudden halt of the vehicle. Once out of the car, his eyes involuntarily darted towards Swetha’s room anticipating her presence in the balcony. As god heard his wish, Swetha was standing in the balcony placing her hands on the parapet while leaning forward.Engulfing in the emotions that were swirling in her mind, Swetha didn't wish to stay in the hospital and was persistent to leave the next day. Perceiving her conflicted emotions she was going through, Balaramaiah without complaining anything, he completed the discharge formalities and returned back to home along with Swetha. Once she heard about Sreekar returning back by early morning, she woke up early and waited for him on the balcony.Their gazes intertwined, both conveyed their messages, speaking through their eyes with silent understanding. Sreekar eyes held love and adoration for her, glancing at her tenderly whereas Swetha, in return gave upon solace, strength and unwavering confidence for him to face the circumstances that were waiting for him though her heart was palpitating with the fear of departing from him.Sreekar’s heart  itched to rush near  her, to take her into his arms, holding her tightly in his embrace never letting her to leave him. But the commitment of presenting his Brother in front of his mother to reclaim his identity gave a halt to his dreams.Ajith and Gautham, who observed the silent interaction between them, guided Sreekanth and Shilpa into the house before they could notice them. They would have lost in each other's gazes and stood there for eternity, but the enchanting spell between them was broken by the resonance of the gate  and the clearing throat of someone brought Sreekar into the present moment.Coming into his senses, Sreekar spun his head to see  the person who disturbed their magical moments. Upon noticing Balaramaiah, he   stood erect, composed himself and walked towards him.“Sir! You know. From the start, you know me as his brother. Isn’t it? Then why?” queried Sreekar looking accusingly at him, once he reached Balaramaiah.Understanding the hidden meaning behind his words, Balaramaiah, not  feeling offended, replied with a serene face,“Have you not seen your sister in law? What do you expect me to do?”.Sreekar kept quiet for a while looking deeply into Balaramaiah’s eyes,   heaved a  huge sigh, with slumped shoulders, accepting the defeat, he replied,“I can see through your fears. I am ready to keep everything in place. Once I reclaim their rights from my mother, I will stand in front of you with confidence to ask for your daughter’s hand. Please give me some time to settle everything and don’t rush things with your hasty decisions which can push her  to do  the things which can destroy us both”.Noticing the plead in Sreekar’s eyes, the sincerity and the commitment in his words, Balaramaiah softly smiled at him and replied while patting his shoulders,“I don’t wish my daughter to go through any misery which makes me to be protective about her life, not because I am against to her love. If it isn’t you or not the son  of that family, maybe by this time the marriage bells would have rang by this time. Go! Go and  try to do your best but frankly speaking I am not sure  about the result. I am not saying this to discourage you young man, just stating the fact”.Sreekar didn’tfelt offended with his last statement but was delighted to know his positivity in their love  life  if not  being from that family.“Sir! I am determined to ensure that my parents recognize my sister-in-law as the lady of the house and grant her the rightful respect and privileges she deserves. I promise that it will be my greatest achievement to hear you personally proclaim me, the younger son of Mr. Raghavendar and Mrs. Bhuvaneswari Devi, as your son-in-law. But thank you very much for entrusting me and the time given to clear all the issues. I will surely come back at the earliest to claim Swetha as my woman, the Queen of my heart”, stated Sreekar with an unwavering determination and confidence.Sreekar, noticing Balaramaiah's approving smile and nod, exchanged a glance with Swetha, who was looking anxious yet hopeful. He gently smiled, conveying his deep emotions and unwavering commitments for her. Swetha blushed at his tender gestures, her cheeks turning a delightful shade of red as she shyly lowered her head. Sreekar's heart swelled with happiness at her innocent reactions, and he glanced at Balaramaiah, nodding to notify his departure.Upon entering the house after taking the leave from Balaramaiah, Sreekar noticed everyone being in a crying mess. Though Sreekanth, being busy with his commitments, didn’t interact with them much like Sreekar, Chandra Mohan and Meenakshi treated him as their elder son. They felt tormented after learning about his suicide, who usually acted matured than his age and be the bac bone for his father in his  business. Being acquainted with both the brothers’ relationship, they understood the agony Sreekarr went through and gave him their support to come out of the turmoilSreekanth’s heart swelled with mixed emotions by getting embraced with  the love and affection that was showered by them. Being away from the family for a long period, his heart felt content to be surrounded by his family members  quenching his thirst of care and love which he yearned from his family.Sreekar was overwhelmed with the waves of happiness watching Sreekanth, Shilpa and Honey bathing in the affection of the family members and his eyes turned moisty. He reached them and engulfed his brother in his arms and bursted into tears once again.“Brother! I never dreamt of seeing you again. I believed that I lost you forever. I will not forgive you for keeping me ignorant of your presence”, wailed Sreekar.Sreekanth rubbed his back consoling him and replied,“I can apologize you for the rest of my life to get your forgiveness”.Meenakshi gently brushed away her tears, her words with a touch of accusation,“Pedda babu! You couldn't even imagine the depths of what he endured in your absence. I remember him as carefree, cheerful, and the life of every gathering, but since your demise, he has transformed into a stoic person, devoid of emotions or feelings, his once warm heart now enveloped in an icy demeanor”.“Amma …!”, Sreekar warned her not to continue her words which may sadden Sreekanth and continued,”What’s the need of speaking about the past? Let him enjoy the reunion and the  love and warmth he was  craving for a long time. Amma! Don’t you feed him with your hand  made food?”.“Oh my god! I forgot to prepare breakfast for them after watching him alive in front of my eyes. I am sorry. Why don’t you people go and fresh up. By the time you will be back, the breakfast will be ready”, exclaimed Meenakshi.“Big brother ...!”, a scream echoed in the living room gaining everyone’s attention  towards that direction.
