A week passed I was still throwing up. I was eating more and gaining weight. I knew I had to go to the doctor to see what was wrong with me. I called Princess.
Princess: hello what's up girl
Diamond: nothing
Princess : why you sounding all sad.
Diamond: I think I might be pregnant. I been having all the symptoms of pregnant women
Keisha: for real
Diamond: I'm not ready for a baby. I'm still young plus my parents would kill me.
Keisha: if are you just have to accept the responsibility and step up. I will always be there for you no matter what .

Keisha; have you been to the clinic
Diamond: no I was hoping you could come with me tomorrow

Diamond: well I gotta go.
Diamond hung up the phone. She just laid in bed crying. She knew her life would be over. It haven't even started yet. How would she explain to her parents. She was under a lot of stress.
The next day Diamond woke up and got ready. She headed towards Princess's house. She made it to Princess's house and blew the horn for her to come out. Princess came out and got in the car. They greeted each other. The car ride was silent. Then they finally pulled up.
Princess: are you ready
Diamond : no im scared
Princess: it's going to be ok
The girls got out and headed for the clinic. Diamond filled out her paperwork. Diamond went back and sat down and waited to be call.
Diamond Jackson the nurse called out. Diamond and Princess got up and followed the nurse.
Nurse: so what bring you here today
Diamond : I think I might be pregnant
Nurse: I can run some test and see
Diamond :thank you
Nurse: you welcome
The nurses handed Diamond a cup and tilde her to pee in the cup. She used it in the cup and handed to the nurses . 30minutes went by they waited on the doctor and nurse.
Princess: what if you are. What are you going to do
Diamond: I just got to step up and handle my responsibility.
Then the nurse and doctor walked in. Hello I'm doctor Jones. Nice to meet you Diamond and Princess said.
Doctor: well Ms Jones you are pregnant. You are 4 weeks pregnant . Diamond mouth just dropped. Princess looked up and shook her head. Diamond couldn't believe what the doctor just said.
Doctors: in going to need you not stress. And take prenatal vitamins. I'm going to need to see you once a month.
Diamond agreed and took the papers the doctor handed her. They headed towards the car. Diamond got in and just broke down crying Princess just hug her friend and said everything is going to be ok. Diamond pulled herself together and pulled off.
Princess: are you going to tell him
Diamond: yes I messed up my life
Princess : you knew the consequences of having sex you should of kept your legs close. I'm behind you 100 percent .
Diamond: how I'm going to tell my parents. There going to be disappointed in me.
Princess: you have to tell them
The car ride was very silent. Diamond dropped Princess off and headed home. Once she got home she went into her room crying. She couldn't believe she was about to have a baby at 18 years old. She cried herself to sleep.
