One year later
I didn't know it would be this hard raising a baby. Everything I got went to my baby. My lights were getting cut off. I didn't have enough money to pay them. I barely had enough money to feed my child. We would have to go stay at Princess. She move out and got her own place. It was so hard being a single mother. It hurt me that I couldn't really take care of my son.
I had to sell my car my parents got me just to have money to provide for my son. It was just to much to deal with. I want to give my child the life I had and it hurt me that I couldn't do it.
I had to go to work today. I drop B off by Princess. I was getting off late so I decide I would just let B stay with her.
I was just chilling we wasn't really busy. My shift was over in no time. I waited for the bus. The bus finally came. I got off the bus and head for my apartment only to find a eviction notice on my door. It said I had 24 hours to get my things out. I went to the apartment and began crying. I didn't know what to do. I packed off our things. I didn't believe I was getting evicted from my home. I had no idea where B and I would live. That night I cried myself to sleep. I woke up and called Princess. I told her what happen. She said B and I can come stay with others her until I get on my feet.
Princess came and picked me up. My baby was so happy to see me. I put my things in Princess's car. I got in and started crying.
Princess: what are you crying for
Diamond:I just lost my apartment
Princess: you gone be ok stop crying. God got you. You gone get thru this. He don't need to see you cry.
Diamond: Your right.
Princess: I know. Your mind should only be on taking care of B and nothing else
Diamond look in the back seat and smiled a B .
I sat back and enjoyed the right to Princess's house.
