𝐂𝐀𝐌𝐈𝐋𝐀 𝐖𝐀𝐒 𝐕𝐄𝐑𝐘 𝐄𝐗𝐂𝐈𝐓𝐄𝐃. She was practically bouncing in her seat. After weeks, everyone was finally getting back together. Meanwhile, Hudson has been giving her a very odd look.

"Are you okay?" He asked her. She raised an eyebrow.

"Duh," She stood up, "I just want everyone to come already."

Camila began fiddling with the lace on the hem of her white slip dress nervously. She wore a fur jacket to keep her warm and white lace up heels to match.

"You're more nervous than I am." Hudson chuckled, and she turned to him.

"I'm not nervous."

"Come on, you have a tell." He glanced down at her hand, "When you're nervous you're always fiddling with something."

She immediately stopped touching her dress.

"I forgot to tell you," She sat back down, "Some drama happened at school today with Ella, so if she's a little out of it it's better not to ask." Hudson nodded.

"I could probably manage that. She and I were never super close." He shrugged. Camila groaned and sunk into the couch cushions.

"How's your dad anyway. Is he still in France?" She asked. Hudson shook his head no.

"No, he's somewhere in Rome... I think." Hudson crossed his ankle over his knee, "He, uh, left a message with the school that he was leaving... he didn't tell me in person or even over call or text."

Camila looked toward him sadly. She knew all too well about family problems.

"I'm sorry." Was all she could think of to say before the doorbell rang. Camila got up to open it.

"Do you have any alcohol? It seems I've run out." It was the first thing Ezra said once she opened the door.

"There's bottles in the fridge."

"Amazing." He patted her shoulder and brushed past her.

"Sebastian, right? I don't think we've really met-" Camila started, but his friend just pushed past her also. She looked back at Hudson who had turned to look at her from the couch. She rolled her eyes.

"Are we the first ones here?" Ezra grabbed a bottle of champagne from the fridge, "You'd think it'd be Mei. She always has to be early."

"Ezra." Hudson called from the couch. Ezra turned and set the silver bottle down then ran and jumped onto the couch, hugging Hudson.

"Dude, I can't believe you're back!" He exclaimed and Hudson began laughing, "Camila was so lonely without you."

"Was not!" She scoffed, "I was perfectly content." Ezra gave her a look that said 'sure' unconvincingly.

The door bell rang again.

"That's probably Mei." Camila changed the subject and moved to get the door.

When she opened it she caught Mei in a white gown with a deep v-neck and a large slit up her left leg that reached all the way up to her waist exposing the crystal mesh bodysuit she had underneath. The cuffs of the long sleeves were adorned with white feathers and crystals, and she wore silver heels. She wore large silver hoop earrings and her bone straight hair was pinned back with two crystal hairpins. She looked absolutely flawless.

(a picture of the dress is all the way up top)

Ella simply wore a white strapless mini dress, a blue fur coat, thigh high white boots, and a diamond choker. The girls really went all out.

Which Camila absolutely loved.

"You both look gorgeous." She gave her friends both a hug and invited them into her penthouse, "Have you heard from Bethany or Theo?"

They both shook their heads no.

"I haven't seen Theo since yesterday." Ella managed to say, and Camila nodded.

"Same." She shrugged, "He was upset with her, but by now their probably off fucking again." Mei added unnecessarily. Camila gave her a look them nodded toward Ella. She just groaned then headed toward the kitchen.

"Nǐ hǎo, Marquis." Mei opened the silver bottle of champagne on the counter and poured a glass. Sebastian was leaning against the counter and fiddling with a lighter. (Hello)

"Mei." He acknowledged her, and she studied him. He was a man of very few words.

"Word of advice, I don't think Camila would appreciate it if you burned her penthouse down." She slid a him a glass. He put the lighter back into his pocket and grabbed the champagne.

"You don't have to be such a smart ass all the time." He scoffed then bought the glass to his lips. She glared at him. No one had ever dared to call her names before.

"Do you even know who I am? Or care?" Mei put a hand on her hip. Sebastian looked up at her almost as if he was amused.

"No, not really." He chuckled, "You already know I don't care for this spoiled little life of ours, and I definitely don't give shits about who you are or what your 'title' is." Sebastian drank the rest of his glass in one sip then set it down in front of her before walking over to join the rest of the gang.

He was the only rich person she knew who didn't care for his wealth. If her father was a Marquis she would use the hell out of her title to get whatever she wanted, but he simply just didn't want any of it. It made her suspicious.

"Okay, everyone gather round!" Camila called from the living room, "Who wants to play a game."

Mei's eyes fell to Hudson who had perfectly became more than the skinny kid who followed Bethany around like her pet. He definitely was a lot more than that. Maybe it had something to do with how he was so easy on the eyes.

When did all of her friends become such gorgeous people?

"Just tell us already." Mei rolled her eyes, taking a seat on the edge of the couch next to Ella.

"Truth or dare."
