Chapter 2579: Clash of Ancestors (1)

The battlefield was a chaotic storm of energy, light, and destruction. The clash of divine powers reverberated across the realm, shaking the very foundations of the Divine Realm.

The God Emperors stood firm, their calm and composed demeanors a stark contrast to the chaos around them. Each of them was a master of their respective laws, and their movements were precise, calculated, and deadly.

At this moment, Hongyue stood tall, her crimson robes fluttering in the wind. Her long sword gleamed with an eerie red light, reflecting the crimson moon that hung above her. The moon's glow bathed the battlefield in a blood-red hue, amplifying her power and casting an ominous shadow over Mo Liang.

Mo Liang smirked as he twirled his spear, the dark energy around him swirling like a tempest. His eyes glowed with malice as he lunged forward, his spear aimed directly at Hongyue's heart.

Hongyue's movements were fluid and graceful. She sidestepped the thrust with ease, her sword arcing through the air in a crimson flash. The blade met Mo Liang's spear with a resounding clang, sparks flying as their powers collided.

CLANG!

"Is that all you've got?" Mo Liang taunted, his voice dripping with mockery. He spun his spear, sending a wave of dark energy toward Hongyue.

Hongyue's expression remained calm. She raised her sword, and the crimson moon above her pulsed with energy. A beam of red light shot down, intercepting the dark energy and dissipating it into nothingness.

"You talk too much," Hongyue said coldly. She stepped forward, her sword moving in a blur. Each strike was precise, aimed at Mo Liang's weak points. The crimson moon's light seemed to guide her movements, enhancing her speed and power.

Mo Liang's smirk faded as he found himself on the defensive. He parried her strikes with his spear, but the force of her attacks pushed him back. The space cracked under the pressure of their clash.

"You're stronger than I expected," Mo Liang admitted, his tone grudging. He tightened his grip on his spear and unleashed a flurry of attacks, each one faster and more powerful than the last.

Hongyue met his assault head-on, her sword moving with unmatched precision. The crimson moon above her pulsed again, and a wave of red energy erupted from her blade, forcing Mo Liang to retreat.

The two combatants were evenly matched, their powers canceling each other out. But Hongyue's calm demeanor never wavered. She knew that victory would come to the one who could outlast the other.

BOOM!

The Dragon Sealing Formation trembled violently under the impact. The barrier glowed brightly as it tried to resist the overwhelming force of Mo Xie's attack. From within the barrier, a massive dragon emerged, its form made of pure energy. The dragon roared, its voice shaking the heavens as it lunged at Mo Xie.

ROAR!

Mo Xie's smile widened. "A mere formation spirit dares to stand in my way?" he said, his voice dripping with disdain.

He raised his hand again, and a wave of dark energy erupted from his palm. The energy collided with the dragon, shattering it into countless fragments.

BOOM!!

The barrier cracked and splintered, unable to withstand Mo Xie's overwhelming power.

As the barrier crumbled, Mo Xie stepped forward, his eyes gleaming with malice. He raised his hand, preparing to unleash a devastating attack that would obliterate the Azure World and

deal a crushing blow to Yun Lintian.

"This is it." He uttered coldly.

But just as Mo Xie was about to strike, a powerful aura erupted from within the Azure World. The air grew heavy, and the ground trembled as a figure emerged from the depths of the

realm.

It was Long Yi, the first Dragon Ancestor. He appeared in human form, an old man with silver hair and a long beard, his eyes glowing with an ancient, unyielding power. His presence was majestic and awe-inspiring, radiating strength and authority.

"It's been a long time, Mo Xie."
