Chapter 37

*Shenu's pov*

The sound of heels and shoes kicking against the floor echoed as we all followed the alpha to his office. After I return to the pack with the boys and alpha I almost passed out from Seguli's and Jisoo's bone crushing hug at the same time if it not for Woobin and Jin oppa who saved me from that. We all entered the office as alpha occupied his office chair inviting us to take a seat. Only me and Jungkook sat in front of him as others stood beside us not caring to occupying the couch.

"So how is it going with your parents?" the middle aged man asked placing his hands on the table and leaning forward, a habit of him showing his full attention was in.

"Better than I expected alpha!" I said in a pure business tone receiving a glare from him indicating he doesn't like it. I sighed before reply. "Sorry dad!" I said lowering my tone not wanting to disrespect him. Yes! He asked me to call him dad when it is not business. Judging by his disapproval look when I addressed him as alpha, I realized I am not here as just a pack member but as a family member. So I will have to call him dad. Jisoo chuckled at my mistake and stopped when I gave her short glare.

"You look thinner than you left!" he point out with concern.

"It's because I shifted occasionally and trained my wolf which caused me to loose my weight." I stated.

"Jin make sure to feed her lot and gain her old thick body back. Not she look bad now, but I like more my old daughter-in-low figure." he said cheerfully to Jin oppa receiving a eager nod from him.

"Don't you think it's too early to call me that dad?" I questioned pointing the fact that called me daughter-in-low. His smile vanished and brows knitted together.

"Is it about your position in dark shadow pack? If so you don't have to worry about it dear. You can be the alpha of that pack as the same time Luna of us. Both of you can rule together." he stated the most obvious fact. I am aware of that me being the alpha of that pack doesn't affect our mate bond. It's not about my position. It's about our bond which is about to break soon.

"It's not about that dad. I am not planing to become the alpha of that pack." I said making everyone confused except Tae.

"Then what was that challenge petal?" Suga oppa voiced out everyone's thought.

"I did it to ensure the pack safety oppa. There in this situation because of me. So it's my responsibility to keep them safe." I straighten my body in my chair get readying to talk about the fact which I was itching to inform them the moment I got approved it.. "Actually I talked about this problem with the king when I got approve for the challenge" they all straighten their bodies finding interest in whatever I am about to say. Of course this topic was nagging their mind as much as mine since I became the alpha of that pack. "They are willing to accept the pack as their. They want the dark shadow pack to join with royal pack, but it would be hard to move all the pack members into royal pack. That's a lot of working and convincing."

"So what are they planing to do?" Woobin oppa chipped in before I could continue.

"They want an alpha to rule the pack under their instructions." they all nodded their heads finding the solution acceptable. "So I suggested Namjoon oppa for that role. He said he doesn't want to become the alpha cause it's a big responsibility. But surely he can work as a guardian under royals instruction." I informed making Namjoon oppa's eyes widened. He was about to oppose when I butt in " Just think about it oppa. Give it a try. If you think you couldn't you can always step back and let the royals handle that." I said standing up wanting to end this conversation so I could get a much needed rest. "I think I should head to the bed. I am tired!" a yawn escaped from my mouth further confirming my statement. "Good night everyone." I said as I excite the room. All the while I felt a gaze on me and was aware of whose it was. Jeon Jungkook! My so called mate. Talking about him he didn't attempt to talk at-least once since he saw me which I was kind of glad about.

On my way to my room I met the person I was least expecting to see. Yunna! She was standing few feet away from my room probably waiting for me. I was about to avoid her and walked past her when she grabbed my arm to stop me. I turn towards her even though my mind is screaming me to ignore her and yanked my hand from her grip. She stood their nervously avoiding my eyes and fiddling with her fingers looking like a high school girl who was about to confess to her crush.

"I am sorry!" she said when I was about to walk away again. I narrowed my eyes when she slowly raised her head to meet my gaze. I was kind of shock to see regret on those eyes. "I am really sorry about everything I did to you Shenu. I mean it. I know I am not in place to deserve forgiveness, but I regret everything I did. I am really sorry Shenu!" Honesty was evident her voice. I sighed not excepting this at all.

"Look Yunna. We are not saints. Everyone do mistakes in their life and they all deserve forgiveness if they truly regret what they did,but like I said before we all are not saint. So I can't forgive you yet. I know one day I will, but it's not now Yunna. I can't forgive you now." I explained

"Specially knowing that she will steel your place soon!" My wolf comment.

"It's not her fault Jewel. I am the one who took that decision." I remind her not wanting to accuse anyone for my decision.

"But she is the one who trigger you to take that decision." Jewel snapped.

"I thought we were done sulking over this matter Jewel." I snapped back shutting her successfully. I love my wolf a lot. But last past weeks she was being a pain in my ass. I think it because of the ultimate sacrifice I asked her to do. So I wasn't in place to complain.

"I understand Shenu!"Yunna's voice snapped me back to the reality. "I just truly wanted to apologize. I am soory!" She walked past me with her head hanging low. If I was the old girl I would have instantly forgive her, but I learn through the hard way. And I am not planing to go into that old self where everyone use me for their benefits.I have a responsibility ahead of me. For that I have to be someone I never thought I would be. I can't go soft on anyone. I have to be tough whether I like it or not. This is me. No turning back Shenu! I remind my self as I watched her disappointing figure disappeared out of my sight.

I turn in my bed for the hundredth time not being able to welcome the sleepiness I wished for. I heard my room door creak opened and light foot step entered into my room closing the door behind. The scent of chocolate and lavender filled my nostrils alarming me who the person was. He slowly tip-toed closer to me while I struggle to keep my heart beat in the same law rhythm pretending to be sleeping. I felt the mattress dip behind me and a warm body pressed against my back sending sparkles in my entire body. He slowly wrapped his hand around my waist burring his head into my neck to inhale my scent. I prevent myself from turning back and pushing him away from me. If I did so he will get aware that I was awake and I would have to talk to him which I am not ready for yet.

"I missed you!" Jungkook mumbled into my ear sending a shiver down my spine. For a millisecond my breath hitched and I quickly regain my sense to focus on my breathing to keep my heart beat normal. He pulled my body even closer to his and planted a long kiss on my forehead before laying behind me to sleep. That's when I realized he is hear to sleep with me. Do I regret not pushing him away when he first engulfed me? Is it still too late to push him away?

"Did you hear that Angel? He missed us!" my wolf exclaimed happily.

"It's just because of the bond Jewel. He wouldn't miss us after back next week." I said softly knowing I am breaking her little bubble of joy. But that's the truth. I don't want us to get any hope when I am aware about what would happen after the bond break. I heard a soft snoring after back like 10 minutes and tried to free myself from his grip knowing how mush of a heavy sleeper he is. But to my unluck this man has a iron grip around my waist even in his sleep. This clearly shows the possessiveness of alpha's over their mate. After back several attempt I gave up and let the darkness surrounded me.

"Good morning pumpkin!" Tae chipped cheerfully as I took a seat on the dining table for breakfast. Everyone was present here including my mate who leaved my room before I could wake. I greeted everyone with a simple 'Good morning' and started filling my plate.

"Shenu are you aware of the party that our company throwing this evening?" Namjoon oppa asked and received confused look from me clearly indicating I don't know whatever he is talking about. "Well our company throwing a party to all the staff members to celebrate the success of this year. We all are participating and you are invited too." He explained all the while trying to catch any excitement in my face. But my face remained blank. I just keep eating not answering him. Jin oppa cleared his throat gaining my attention from my food. I just gave a blank look at his sater.

"Don't try to show your oh so change attitude towards us me young lady. I particularly raised you. And you are participating this occasion. That's final!" he sassed earning a amused look from me.

"Seriously hyung! Are you using that line you raised us one her also?" Jimin asked with a snort, but shut up when he received a death glare from Jin oppa.

"Give me one good reason to participate oppa?" I challenged

"Food!" he answered like it is most obvious thing in world.

"That's the reason you are participating in the first place hyung." Suga oppa said.

"That's sound like a insult, but I would let it aside if it helps make her mind." Jin oppa said pointing at me.

"Hey! We can perform our dance to everyone in the party today sis." J-hope oppa exclaimed suddenly oblivious to the death glare he was receiving when he said those words from certain someone.

"That's sound tempting!" I said and mentally did a victory dance when his murderous glare snapped towards me with disbelieve. He clearly didn't expect me to accept that. "I will come!" I said with a small smile earning cheers from the boys except one who was bending his spoon with his strong grip on it.

"I don't think this is a good idea Angel." My wolf comment as I positioned myself in front of j-hope oppa ready to perform our dance any time the music start. Everyone gathered around us in the middle of the hall some holing their refreshments and some holding their phones on their hands to record the dance. It's not everyday you would get to see a member of BTS performing a dance with girl.

"Let him taste his own medicine once Jewel before we let him go." I reassured my wolf as the lights dimmed and j-hope oppa positioned himself behind me holding my waist. The music start as the lights brighten when both of swayed our hips to the start of song ' You remind me'.

The crowed start to cheer and whistle as we moved our bodies to the music lost in our own world. Dancing was one thing both me and j-hope oppa enjoyed. I danced confidently matching the steps with him. Both our outfits are kind of same. We both decide go with black jeans and tops. He wore a tight black jean with a black arm-cut t-shirt underneath a black jacket while I wore a tight black jean, a crop top and a zipped up black jacket covering my top for later.

I noticed everyone cheering except one who was clenching his teeth and glaring at us. Jungkook! Tae's hand was on his shoulder trying to ease his nerves. All the boys were behind him ready to hold him back if he decide to jump on us. Me and J-hope oppa planed to go with sexy theme for the dance and that's what making Jungkook pissed cause we are having lot of skin-ship while performing. Thank God Nick was lock inside his body since we are with humans.

I mentally smirked when the part where I will piss him most came. There is a slow part in the song near the end. I stood in front of j-hope oppa facing the crowed. I slowly un-zipped my jacket swaying my hip sensually to the rhythm. A growled escaped from Jungkook's mouth when he saw the black crop top I wore underneath my jacket with a word printed on it in white letters. 'Daddy' I smirked seeing his mouth hang ajar. I turn my body towards J-hope oppa and pointed those words on my top at him with a wink. Jungkook nearly jumped on us if it's not for the boys who held him back wrapping their hands behind him.

'Pay back bitch' I mentally said in my head. This is how I felt in the past when he used other girls to hurt me. It's feel nice to see him on my shoes for once. Fortunately all his jealousy behavior and low growls went unnoticed by the crowd due to the music and our performance. Both me and J-hope oppa put our all energy into the dance at the last past. We danced like there is no tomorrow an dthe crowed went wiled cheering loudly like crazy. In the last second J-hope oppa grabbed my waist and bend my body to the ground towering over me ending the dance with that position. The crowed clapped and cheered loudly and I didn't noticed what I did next over excitement until I saw J-hope oppa gulping. I kissed his cheek. That's it. That was enough to explode a certain bomb known as alpha Jungkook. Within a blink of an eye I was yanked away from J-hope oppa's grip and thrown over a shoulder. The skin contact caused tingles in my body. The whole crowed went silent as he dashed away from their not caring about everyone seeing us.

I was thrown to the passenger seat of his car buckled up by him without a word. I was about to argue but stopped when he flashed his red eyes at me once he took a seat on the driving seat. The ride was silent except for the time when Jungkook cursed angrily at traffic lights. In the whole ride the grip on his steering wheel was so tight turning his knuckles white. I was surprised to find it not broken when we reached the dorm. He broke my record reaching their faster than me. If others were with us now they would face a heart attack at how he drove today. He slammed the door shut of his side once he got out and opened my side to grab me and throw me over his shoulder like rag. His angry stepped echoed in the silent dorm when he walked towards his room. He shut his room door behind him using his leg and throw me gently to his bed.

'oh my God! What is he planing to do?' I mentally screamed. He removed his jacket and lifted his shirt throwing it somewhere corner in the room. All the while he maintain his gaze with me. He hovered over my body making me sink myself further into the mattress to avoid his six-pack touching my stomach. He support his weight putting both his hand either side of my head and stared at my face intensively. I gulped at the sight of his gaze. Never in my life I ever felt intimating like this in front of him. Heck! I never felt it in front anyone at all. He slowly lowered his face and buried his face in my neck. I felt his breath on my sensitive skin and that got goosebumps on my skin. I felt something wet where my tattoo was on my neck and it took me few seconds to realized that he just licked my neck. He planted a kiss on that slowly trailed down leaving butterfly kisses his way down. He stopped at the bottom of my neck where my shoulder and neck meet. A shiver ran down my spine when he licked that area and I bit my tongue holding a moan escape from my mouth.

It took me a second to realize that where he licked was the place that a wolf supposed to mark his mate. I start to panic as realization hit me like a truck. No I can't let him mark me. All my efforts will go on vain if he marked me. Everything will get confused if he marked me who is not going to be his mate from next week. I placed my hands on his chest and tried to push him away but the man wouldn't even budge. I wiggled under him and that made him growl,grabbing my waist from a one hand holding me on place he continued to suck and lick that area.

"Jewel help!" I linked my wolf depressingly knowing she wouldn't abandon me even though she was enjoying the moment. But before She could reply or do something Jungkook lift his head to look at my wide eyes with silver and red eyes. When did he unlock Nick?

"Probably on the car ride!" Jewel comment to my question. We stared at each other face like that for a minute before he gave up with a long tired sigh and blinked his eyes several time until it turn back to chocolate brown indicating he is back to normal. He laid beside me and wrapped his hand around my waist pilling me to his embrace. I struggle and tried to free myself from his grip. Key word: Tried. Who am I joking about. This man strength is no joke. He just remain on my side with closed eyes not even bothering with my struggling. "Jewel take control!" I said to my wolf once I stop struggling. I know she is the only one who can save me from this misery

"Don't you dare give the control to Jewel unless you want me to mark you and mated with you right now right here." His double voice boomed in the room flinching me.

How the heck he knew what I was about to do?

"He is our mate for a reason Shenu!" my wolf said slyly making me snort at her. I stop struggling not wanting to trigger him up. Any sane person wouldn't trigger him more in this situation unless they want what he warned about. That was clearly not my intention so I decide to give up this time. After back like half and hour both our breathing calmed down and we welcomed the dream land.

Just this time I will let you win Jungkook. Just this time.
