A week later, the next day was the coronation ceremony. It was late at night and Shivansh's wasn't back till now. Kashi was busy with selecting the dress that she had to wear. She had opened up whole of her closet to select the attire.
When Shivansh came inside. He was shocked to see his room turned into a shop. " This is my room right because it looks like a showroom. " said Shivansh.
Kashi looked at him while making a face. " Oh please Shivansh ji, I was just looking for the dress to wear tomorrow. I have to look like the Hukum Rani Sa. " said Kashi. Shivansh smiled. " Amm, this is for you." said Shivansh.
Kashi looked at the folder that Shivansh was holding. " What is this?" she asked while taking the folder. " Your house that your mother sold." said Shivansh was sitting down. Kashi was shocked as she opened the folder.
" But how?" asked Kashi, " Actually." replied Shivansh.
Flashback, a day before yesterday, Shivansh was sitting in the office. When Jai came inside with a man. Shivansh looked at that man with no emotion in his eyes. " What is it, Shivansh? That you called me from Banaras? " asked Mr Kashyap.
Shivansh got up. " Actually, I wanted that is officially of your wife's first husband. I want that back for my wife. " said Shivansh, " No. " said Mr Kashyap, " How much money do you want?" asked Shivansh.
" I said no." said Kashi. Shivansh took a deep breath and then picked a check and signed it. he threw it on the table. " This is one crore." said Shivansh. Mr Kashyap picked the check and smiled.
Shivansh knew that Mr Kashyap is greedy for money. " You will get the papers by tomorrow. " said Mr Kashyap and then left from there.
Present time, Kashi was shocked with the money that Shivansh spent to buy the money the house back.
Kashi stood there, her eyes wide as she held the folder in her hands, unable to believe what she was seeing. "Shivansh ji, you... you really bought my childhood home?" Her voice was barely above a whisper, the shock evident in her tone.
Shivansh smiled softly, watching her reaction. "Yes, Kashi. I know how much that house meant to you. The memories it holds, the connection you have to your fatherâit's priceless. So, I did what I could to bring it back to you." said Shivansh.
Kashi's hands trembled as she flipped through the papers, tears welling up in her eyes. "But... one crore? Shivansh ji, that's an enormous amount. I... I can't let you spend so much money on me. I'll find a way to give it back to you. Maybe... maybe I can name the house after you, orâ" said Kashi.
Before she could continue, Shivansh gently took the folder from her hands and placed it on the table. He cupped her face in his hands, his expression tender yet firm.
"Kashi, you don't have to give me anything in return. This house, these memories, they are a part of you. And what's yours is mine. My money, my resourcesâthey are yours too. There's no need for you to worry about the cost." said Shivansh.
Kashi blinked, her tears threatening to spill over. "But... but Shivansh ji, this house holds the memories of my father. I feel like I'm taking something from you that doesn't belong to me." said Kashi.
Shivansh shook his head, his thumb brushing away a tear that escaped down her cheek. "You're not taking anything from me, Kashi. If anything, you're giving me the privilege of sharing in your past, of being a part of something that is so deeply meaningful to you. And that, in itself, is more than enough." said Shivansh.
Kashi looked up at him, her heart swelling with emotion. "Shivansh ji, you've given me something I never thought I'd have againâa piece of my childhood, a connection to my father. I don't know how to thank you." said Kashi.
Shivansh smiled, his eyes warm with affection. "You don't have to thank me, Kashi. Just promise me that you'll cherish this house and all the memories it holds. That's all I need." said Shivansh.
Kashi nodded, overwhelmed by his generosity and love. "I promise, I will cherish it forever." she whispered, wrapping her arms around him in a tight embrace.
Shivansh held her close, feeling her warmth and the steady beat of her heart against his chest. "That's all I want," he murmured into her hair, closing his eyes and savoring the moment.
As they stood there, enveloped in each other's embrace, the weight of the world seemed to lift, leaving behind only the profound connection they shared. In that moment, Kashi knew that no matter what challenges lay ahead, they would face them together, bound by the love that had brought them this far.
The next day, the ancestral house of the Pratap family. The whole media was waiting for the arrival of Pratap family. Akshita came to the hall where Bhairav was standing. " Where is Kashi and Shivansh?" asked Akshita.
" Here Maa sa." said Kashi. Akshita and Bhairav looked at the stairs and saw Kashi and Shivansh coming down. Kashi was ready in a pink lehenga with a blue veil.
Shivansh was ready in his white kurta.
" Haaye mere bache kitne pyaare lag rahe hai."
" My children look so beautiful together."
Akshita said and then rolled her palms around Kashi and Shivansh. They then touched the feet of Akshita and Bhairav. Anita came to them. " Come on we are getting late." said Anita. Everyone nodded and then left.
Their cars left for the ancestral palace. As they reached, the garden of the ancestral palace was full of guests.
All the Royal families across India were there for the coronation ceremony. Even the media wasn't leaving a chance to click the photo of the Royal Family.
The cars stopped, the guards came to the gate of the cars and then opened it for the Royal Family. Shivansh came down and then forwarded his hand towards Kashi.
She held his hand and then came down the car. Everyone clicked the photos of the royal couple. Kashi and Shivansh looked at each other. They had so much love and trust in their eyes for each other that no one can express in words.
After that they both walked towards the garden. On the stage, the royal thrones of the Hukum sa and Hukum Rani Sa were kept. They both were walking holding each other's hands. They both sat down on thrones that were kept for them.
As Bhairav and Akshita gently lifted the crowns, the atmosphere in the garden was filled with anticipation and reverence. The royal couple, Shivansh and Kashi, sat on the thrones, their fingers entwined as they exchanged a look of deep love and trust.
The gathered guests, representing the most prestigious royal families from across India, watched with bated breath. This moment signified the transfer of power, a passing of the torch to a new generation of leaders.
Akshita smiled softly, her voice warm yet filled with the weight of responsibility. "Shivansh, Kashi, today, as we crown you the Hukum Sa and Hukum Rani Sa of our beloved Rajasthan, we do so with the hope that you will be the greatest rulers this land has ever known. Your love, your dedication, and your strength will guide you through the challenges ahead." said Akshita.
Bhairav nodded, his eyes moist with pride. "We believe in you both, not just as our children, but as the future of this kingdom. May you rule with wisdom, compassion, and justice, always keeping the welfare of our people close to your heart." said Bhairav.
As they were about to place the crowns on Shivansh and Kashi's heads, the serene moment was shattered by a loud, deafening gunshot. The crowd gasped in shock, and all eyes turned toward the grand entrance of the garden.
There, standing with an air of menace, were Kushal, Kamini, Aarav, and Mansi. The tension was palpable, and the joyous celebration instantly morphed into a scene of impending danger.
Kushal, with a twisted grin on his face, aimed his gun directly at Bhairav. "What happened to me, Bhairav, I will not let the same happen to my son, Aarav!" he sneered, his voice dripping with resentment and fury.
The crowd fell silent, the weight of his words hanging in the air. Kushal's eyes were wild, filled with years of pent-up anger and betrayal. He tightened his grip on the gun, his finger hovering over the trigger.
Just as he was about to pull it, Dada Hukum, who had been quietly observing from the sidelines, stepped forward and slapped Kushal across the face with such force that the sound echoed through the garden.
"You ungrateful wretch! I raised you, cared for you, even when you were nothing but a traitor in the making. You dare threaten your own brother, your own blood?" Dada Hukum thundered, his voice filled with a mixture of anger and sorrow.
Kushal staggered back, clutching his cheek, but his rage only grew. "Blood? You never treated me as your own because I wasn't your true blood! You always favored Bhairav, gave him everything while I was left with nothing!" he spat, his eyes narrowing into slits.
As the confrontation escalated, Aarav, sensing the tension, pointed his gun at Kashi, his face twisted in a malicious grin. "This is your weakness, Shivansh. And I will kill her today, right before your eyes." Aarav taunted.
Time seemed to freeze as Aarav's words sank in. He took aim, ready to pull the trigger. But before he could fire, a gunshot rang out, and Aarav screamed in pain as he fell to the ground, clutching his bleeding leg.
Yuhan stepped forward, his gun still smoking, his expression cold and fierce. "Kashi is my sister. And I don't like anyone pointing a gun at my sister."Â Yuhan declared, his voice cutting through the chaos.
This line wasn't just for Aarav but also for the media and the people who were there. He didn't want anyone to badmouth his sister. No one would even dare to say a word to Yuhan so saying something to his sister would be really bad.
Kamini, enraged by the sight of her son injured, grabbed a heavy vase from a nearby table and hurled it towards Akshita with all her strength. The crowd gasped in horror, but before the vase could strike its target, Anita intervened.
With a swift, precise movement, she caught the vase mid-air and threw it back at Kamini with even greater force. Kamini barely managed to duck, the vase shattering against the wall behind her.
Kushal's anger boiled over as he witnessed his family's defeat. He turned his gun toward Dada Hukum, his hands trembling with fury. In a split second, he pulled the trigger, but his aim was off, and the bullet grazed Dada Hukum's shoulder, sending him stumbling backward.
That was the last straw for Bhairav. His calm, composed demeanor vanished, replaced by an uncontrollable rage. In one fluid motion, he drew his gun and fired two shots. Kushal and Kamini both fell to the ground, their bodies crumpling as silence descended over the garden.
The crowd remained frozen in shock, processing the sudden turn of events. Blood stained the once pristine garden, a stark reminder of the violence that had erupted so unexpectedly. Mansi, realizing the dire situation, grabbed Aarav and made a hasty escape, disappearing into the chaos.
Shivansh rushed to his grandfather's side, kneeling beside him. "Dada Hukum, are you okay?" His voice was filled with concern, his hands trembling as he inspected the wound.
Dada Hukum winced but managed a weak smile. "It's just a scratch, Shivansh. Don't worry about me. You and Kashi need to focus on what comes next." he said.
Kashi, still reeling from the shock, looked around at the devastation. She felt a wave of nausea, her heart pounding in her chest. But then she felt Shivansh's reassuring hand on her shoulder, and she took a deep breath, steadying herself.
Bhairav stood over the bodies of Kushal and Kamini, his face a mask of sorrow. "I never wanted it to come to this." he murmured, his voice barely audible.
Akshita placed a comforting hand on his arm. "They left us no choice, Bhairav ji. We did what we had to do to protect our family." she said.
The guests began to murmur among themselves, the shock slowly wearing off as they realized the immediate threat was over. The media, ever vigilant, captured every moment, their cameras flashing incessantly.
Shivansh stood up, helping Dada Hukum to his feet. "This coronation may have been interrupted but it will continue. We will not let the actions of a few disrupt the peace and unity of our kingdom." Shivansh said, his voice strong and resolute.
Kashi, her resolve hardening, stepped forward and took Shivansh's hand. "We will lead with strength and compassion, just as our parents did before us." said Kashi.
Bhairav and Akshita, still holding the crowns, nodded in agreement. They stepped forward once again, this time with an even greater sense of purpose. As they placed the crowns on Shivansh and Kashi's heads, the crowd erupted in applause, a show of support for their new rulers.
Despite the earlier chaos, the coronation was a success. The royal couple stood tall, ready to face whatever challenges lay ahead, their love and unity stronger than ever.
