Chapter 70

"65. Spoiling Rudraksh with Love"

Mafia King's innocent biwi

"Ek naye safar ki shuruaat kare,

Mohabbat se bhari kuch baat kare,

Ehsaason me behkar, hum ek dusre me sama jaye,

Kuch is tarah apne rishte ko aage badha kar,

Is pal ko ek haseen Raat kare"

(Ruhaaksh)

Later that night, Ruhanika patiently fed both herself and Rudraksh, making sure he ate properly. She was tending to him like a baby—cutting his food into small pieces, ensuring he chewed properly, and even wiping the corner of his lips when needed. And Rudraksh? He was absolutely loving it.

It had been ages since someone had cared for him like this, and now that he was getting so much love and pampering from his wife, he didn’t mind behaving like a spoiled child. He leaned into her touch, occasionally flashing her a teasing smile whenever she scolded him for not sitting properly or for trying to escape another bite.

After dinner, Ruhanika walked back into the room, holding a loose black vest in her hands. She gave him a pointed look as if daring him to argue, but Rudraksh only grinned, already looking forward to being fussed over a little more.

Ruhanika: "Suniye, ye thik rahegi na aapko ye araam dayak hai na??"

(Listen, is this comfortable for you? Will this be fine?)

Rudraksh: "Haa Ruhh par kyu?"

(Yes, Ruhh, but why?)

Ruhanika: "Areh aapko ab is shirt ne thodi na so payenge, hum kapde badal denge aapke"

(You won’t be able to sleep in this shirt, so I’ll change your clothes.)

Rudraksh: "Ruhh tum??"

(Ruhh, you?)

Rudraksh, with a slightly shy expression, asked his question. Noticing his demeanor, Ruhanika immediately came beside him.

Ruhanika: "Zyada na baniye mat aap, humne konsa aapko pehle bina shirt ke nahi dekha hai"

(Don’t act all innocent! It’s not like I haven’t seen you without a shirt before.)

Rudraksh: "Uff, my Biwi is getting bold, huh?"

Rudraksh smirked and playfully teased her, enjoying the way her expressions changed. She pouted in response, making him chuckle.

Ruhanika: "Samajh rahe hai hum, aap sata rahe hai hume, band kijiye ye sab hum bas shirt badal rahe hai aapke, aakhein bhi band kar lenge."

(I know what you’re trying to do—you’re teasing me! Stop it. I’m just changing your shirt, and I’ll even close my eyes.)

Rudraksh watched her with a soft smile as she closed her eyes and slowly began unbuttoning his shirt. His heart swelled with affection at her innocence and trust. He gently tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, his fingers lingering for a moment before he whispered.

Rudraksh: "Ruhh tum dekh sakti ho, maine mana nahi Kiya hai, tumhe haq hai jaan"

(Ruhh, you can look, I never said you couldn’t. You have the right, my love.)

Rudraksh smiled as he watched her close her eyes, deeply contemplating his words. He had once told her that no one could look at her without her permission, and she had taken it to heart—so much so that she even applied the same rule to him, always asking before sneaking a glance at his abs. Wanting to tease her, he had casually told her that she could look at him freely. But the moment the words left his mouth, he realized he had made the biggest mistake of his life. He immediately regretted his words, but it was too late.

Ruhanika: "Areh hum jante hai hum dekh sakte hai aapko, par agar hum abhi aapko dekhenge toh phir hume aapke biscuits, humara matlab aapke abs ko chune ki ichcha hoti hai, kitne manmohak hai na, aap jante hai aaj kal hum aapke khano me zyada tel masale nahi dalte, hum nahi chahte aapke abs gayab ho jaye... Aaj kal toh hum aapke bheetar sote bhi isiliye hai taaki inhe chuu sake aur toh ......"

(Of course, I know I can look at you. But if I do, I’ll feel like touching your biscuits... I mean, your abs. They’re so attractive, aren’t they? You know, these days I don’t put too much oil or spices in your food. I don’t want your abs to disappear. Actually, I’ve been sleeping close to you lately just so I can touch them... and also—)

Rudraksh quickly placed his hand over her mouth, his face turning a deep shade of red, clearly flustered by the situation.

Rudraksh: "Bas Ruhh main samajh gaya, tum aakhein band karke hi change kardo"

(Enough, Ruhh! I get it. Just change the shirt with your eyes closed.)

Ruhanika: "Jiii"

(Okay!)

Ruhanika gently removed his arms from her hold, along with his shirt, and carefully helped him wear his loose vest. Once done, she slowly opened her eyes and smiled warmly at him, satisfaction evident in her gaze.

Ruhanika: "Aapko dard nahi hua na??"

(It didn’t hurt, did it?)

Rudraksh: "Ab Mallika-e-Aksh mujhe ek baby ki tarah treat karengi toh dard kaise hoga??"

(If my Queen of Akshh treats me like a baby, how would it hurt?)

Ruhanika giggled, her eyes twinkling with mischief as she picked up Rudraksh’s shirt and casually dropped it into the laundry basket. Without giving him a chance to protest, she focused on his skincare routine, applying each product with gentle care, her fingers moving tenderly over his skin. Once she was satisfied, she handed him his medicines, watching closely as he obediently took them.

After everything was done, she settled beside him, slipping into the comfort of his embrace. His arm instinctively draped over her shoulder, pulling her closer, while she rested her head against his chest, feeling the steady rhythm of his heartbeat.

When she finally glanced up, she found him already looking at her—with all the love he held in his heart. His gaze was soft yet intense, admiration shining in his eyes, accompanied by the sweetest, most heartfelt smile. Her breath hitched, and warmth spread across her cheeks. She quickly lowered her gaze, her lips curving into a shy smile, her heart fluttering at the overwhelming affection in his eyes.

Ruhanika: "Aise kya nihaar rahe hai aap"

(Why are you looking at me like that?)

Ruhanika asked softly, her fingers absentmindedly playing with his gold chain, her eyes filled with curiosity.

Rudraksh: "Ruhh, jaana meri ek baat maanogi??"

(Ruhh, will you listen to something I say?)

Ruhanika looked at him with a bright smile and nodded, her eyes reflecting warmth and affection.

Ruhanika: "Ji hum aapki sari baatein manenge, kyuki aap humesha sahi hi kehte hai."

(Of course, I will! I always listen to you because you’re always right.)

Rudraksh smiled gently, his fingers tracing soothing circles on her shoulder with one hand, while his other arm remained secured in the sling. His touch was comforting, silently expressing his care for her.

Rudraksh: "Jaan, main na humesha tumhara chehra aise hi laal dekhna chahta hu, par sharam se laal, meri baaton se laal meri harkaton se laal.... Na ki rone ki vajah se."

(My love, I always want to see your face blushing like this—not from tears, but from shyness. I want you to turn red because of my words, my actions... not because of sadness.)

Ruhanika gazed at him with a pout, her eyes filled with unspoken emotions.

Rudraksh: "Dobara aise mat rona Ruhh, main nahi dekh pata hi tumhe rota hua, janti ho na tum??"

(Please don’t cry like that again, Ruhh. You know I can’t bear to see you cry, right?)

Ruhanika nodded.

Rudraksh: "Phir kyu royi tum is tarah?? Is chot se itna dard nahi hua jitna ye chand sa rota hua mukhda dekh kar hua, chahti ho mujhe dard ho aise??"

(Then why did you cry like that? This wound didn’t hurt me as much as seeing your beautiful face drenched in tears. Do you want me to be in pain?)

Ruhanika shook her head with a soft smile, and before she could say anything, Rudraksh leaned in and pressed a gentle kiss on her forehead, his warmth making her close her eyes in contentment.

Rudraksh: "Toh aise mat roya Karo na betu, samjhi??"

(So don’t cry like that again, got it?)

Ruhanika smiled warmly and nodded in agreement, her eyes shining with affection. Rudraksh mirrored her smile, his gaze soft as he looked at her.

Ruhanika: "Hum bhi aapse kuch mange??"

(Can I ask for something too?)

Rudraksh: "Tum puch bhi kyu Rahi ho Ruhh, bolo kya chahiye?"

(Why are you even asking, Ruhh? Tell me what you want.)

Ruhanika straightened herself and sat properly in front of him. She gently took one of his hands in hers while her other hand tenderly caressed the one near his injury. Rudraksh watched her with a soft smile, appreciating her care.

Ruhanika: "Aap jab thode se din me thik ho jayenge na, hum chahte hai ki aap mama aur mami ko vaise hi maar de jaise aapne Sachet bhaiya aur Mahira didi ko maar diya."

(Once you recover in a few days, I want you to kill Mama and Mami, just like you killed Sachet Bhaiya and Mahira Didi.)

Rudraksh’s eyes widened in sheer shock. This was the first time Ruhanika had ever spoken like this—so unlike her usual self, so completely opposite of the soft, innocent, and mischievous woman he knew. His heart pounded as he took in her words, but more than that, it was her eyes that shook him to the core.

The same eyes that once held fear when he first met her, the same eyes filled with warmth, innocence, and unconditional love for him—those beautiful eyes now carried something else. A fire. A dangerous spark of anger. A deep-seated determination for revenge.

His fingers clenched involuntarily. He had always protected her, shielded her from the darkness of the world. But today, standing before him was not just his Ruhanika, the woman he loved more than anything—she was someone ready to fight, ready to seek justice. Rudraksh had never seen this side of her before, and for the first time, he truly realized—Ruhanika was no longer just the fragile, soft-hearted woman he had protected. She was now a force to be reckoned with.

Rudraksh: "Ruhhh"

Rudraksh's voice barely came out as a whisper, still reeling from the shock. But in contrast, Ruhanika's eyes burned with determination and anger, her fury directed towards Vijaypratap and Sukriti. She clenched her fists, her resolve unwavering, while Rudraksh tried to process everything.

Ruhanika: "Jii sahi suna aapne, hum yahi chahte hai, Varna hum swayam un dono ko jaan se maar denge, koi bhi agar aapko haani pohchana chahega toh us insaan ko khatam kar denge, humne bahaut kuch khoya hai, par shiv ji aapko humse nahi cheen sakte hai, aap sirf humare hai aur hum na toh aapko kahi jane denge aur na hi aapko kuch hone denge."

(Yes, you heard me right. This is exactly what I want. Otherwise, I’ll kill them myself. If anyone tries to harm you, I will end them. I’ve lost a lot, but even Lord Shiva cannot take you away from me. You are mine, only mine, and I will never let you go, nor will I let anything happen to you.)

Rudraksh did feel proud of Ruhanika. The way she stood there, speaking with such confidence, without a trace of fear, made his heart swell. She had come a long way, and he admired her strength. But at the same time, a deep sense of protectiveness took over.

She was too pure, too innocent for the darkness she was trying to step into. He had spent a lot of time shielding her from this cruel world, ensuring that nothing ever tainted her innocence. And now, the thought of her getting involved, of her beautiful heart hardening with revenge, sent a chill down his spine. His jaw clenched. No. He wouldn’t let this world ruin her. He would go to any extent, cross any limit, fight any battle to keep her away from it. If revenge had to be taken, he would do it. If justice had to be served, he would make sure it happened. But she? She would remain untouched by this filth.

He and Ashvik had both agreed—Ruhanika had every right to take her revenge. They wanted her to stand strong, to punish those who had wronged her. But when the reality of it sank in, they both changed their minds. They couldn’t let her dirty her hands with blood.

Ruhanika’s heart was too pure, untouched by the darkness they had learned to navigate. They knew what vengeance meant, how it consumed a person, how it left behind scars that never truly healed. And they refused to let her bear that burden. She would punish her culprits, but the bloodshed… that would be on their hands. Not hers. Yet now, hearing Ruhanika talk about revenge—without hesitation, without fear—Rudraksh was shaken. This wasn’t just anger. This wasn’t just a fleeting rage. This was something deeper. And it terrified him.

Rudraksh gently pulled her into his embrace, his arms wrapping around her protectively. Ruhanika didn’t hesitate—she hugged him tightly, burying her face in his chest. His warmth soothed her anger, but the determination in her heart remained unwavering. Rudraksh closed his eyes, pressing a soft kiss on her head, silently promising to stand by her side through it all.

Rudraksh: "Ruhh, tum kuch nahi karogi main nahi chahta tum is kali duniya me kadam bhi rakho."

(Ruhh, you won’t do anything. I don’t want you to step into this dark world.)

Ruhanika: "Par aap toh Raja hai na us duniya ke, vo kya bataya tha aapne.... Ha Mafia king the Leo, aap toh kar sakte hai na ye, aap khatam kar dijiye na sab."

(But aren’t you the king of this world? What did you call yourself... Oh yes, Mafia King The Leo! You can do it, right? Just finish them.)

Rudraksh: "Main karunga na Ruhh main karunga."

(I will, Ruhh. I will.)

Ruhanika: "Agar baat aapki aur humare parivar ki nahi hoti na toh hume un dono ne koi matlab hi nahi tha par agar vo aapko nuksaan pohchayenge toh unka marna hi thik hai hume nahi farak padta. Shiv ji ne bhi vadh kiye hai asuron ke, toh aap kyu nahi, hum humesha aapka sath denge.

(If this weren’t about you and our family, I wouldn’t have cared about them at all. But if they try to harm you, they deserve to die. I don’t care. Even Lord Shiva has slain demons, so why can’t you? I will always support you.)

Rudraksh’s proud smile deepened as he looked at Ruhanika. His Ruhh—the woman who once had fear in her eyes, who was once caged by insecurities—had finally broken free. Yet, despite all the strength and confidence she had gained, she was still the same pure and innocent soul he had fallen in love with. She had become the woman he always knew she was meant to be—the woman he, her brothers, and everyone who loved her had always wanted her to be. And in this moment, seeing that fire in her eyes, that determination mixed with the same warmth that made her his Ruhh, he felt a surge of emotions he couldn’t even put into words. Without thinking twice, he pulled her into a tight embrace, holding her close as if to shield her from the world. His arms wrapped around her protectively, possessively, as if reassuring himself that no matter how strong she became, she would always have him by her side.

Rudraksh: "Ye attack Vijaypratap ne nahi karaya tha betu."

(It wasn’t Vijaypratap who ordered this attack, my love.)

Ruhanika looked at him in confusion, her brows furrowing slightly.

Ruhanika: "Phir??"

(Then who?)

Rudraksh: "Atharva Kapoor, vo Mafia king banna chahta tha Asia ka but meri vajah se nahi ban paya, use usi baat ka gussa hai mujhse aur phir ye harkat ki hai usne."

(Atharva Kapoor. He wants to be Asia’s Mafia King, but he can’t because of me. That’s why he is furious and did this.)

Ruhanika: "Aap humari ek aur baat manenge??"

(Will you agree to one more thing I say?)

Rudraksh smiled warmly and poked her cheeks, making her pout adorably.

Rudraksh: "Tumhare alawa aur kiski hi sunta bhi kaha hu main Ruhh??"

(Ruhh, do I ever listen to anyone except you? Tell me.)

Ruhanika smiled softly as her fingers trailed from his neck chain to his cheeks, gently caressing them. Rudraksh closed his eyes for a moment, leaning into her touch, savoring the warmth and affection in her gesture.

Ruhanika: "Aapne is kali duniya me humare parivar ka badla lene ke liye hi kadam rakha tha na??"

(You entered this dark world only to take revenge for our family, right?)

Rudraksh nodded.

Ruhanika: "Toh jab vo badla pura ho jayega, toh kya aap please vo duniya chod denge??"

(So, once that revenge is complete, will you please leave this world behind?)

Rudraksh furrowed his brows and looked at her in confusion, trying to understand what was on her mind.

Ruhanika: "Hum jante hai ki aap Raja hai, par ek baar badla pura ho jaye toh aapko kya zaroorat hai un sabki hai na?? Aur phir bhai sa aur bhabhi sa apna pehla bachcha kho chuke hai unki dushmani ke chalte... Hum nahi chahte ki humare parivar ke sath dobara kuch vaisa ho."

(I know you’re the king, but once the revenge is done, what’s the need to stay, right? And Bhai Sa and Bhabhi Sa already lost their first child because of this enmity... I don’t want our family to go through that pain again.)

Rudraksh's eyes softened as he gazed at Ruhanika. A proud smile tugged at his lips as he watched her—his Ruhh, who had always been sheltered, now standing strong, understanding the depth of the situation, and ready to fight for their family.

The way she had grasped everything—the severity of the threats, the dangers lurking around them, and the steps that needed to be taken to protect their loved ones—was truly commendable. She was no longer just an innocent soul who needed protection; she was becoming a shield herself, standing beside him rather than behind him. Seeing this level of maturity and strength in her only reinforced his belief that she was not just his wife, but his strongest pillar, his fiercest protector, and his greatest blessing.

His heart swelled with pride and admiration. He reached out, gently tucking a strand of her hair behind her ear before cupping her cheek. His thumb caressed her soft skin, his gaze filled with nothing but love and respect.

Ruhanika: "Hum bas aapke aur humare parivar ke sath khushal aur saada sa jeevan chahte hai aur kuch nahi, kisi bhi baat ka darr, kuch ho jane ka darr ye sab nahi chahiye."

(I just want a peaceful and happy life with you and our family—nothing else. No fear, no worries, no danger... Just a simple, happy life.)

Rudraksh smiled warmly and pressed a gentle kiss to her forehead, his lips lingering for a moment as if sealing his affection.

Rudraksh: "Vaada karta hu Ruhh, jis din humara badla pura hoga, us din se Mafia king The Leo ka astitva mit jayega, aur tumhare pass aayega toh sirf tumhara Akshhh."

(I promise you, Ruhh. The day our revenge is complete, The Leo will cease to exist. The only one who will remain is your Akshhh.)

Ruhanika smiled warmly and wrapped her arms around him in a tight hug, seeking comfort in his presence. Rudraksh held her just as firmly, but his sharp eyes noticed the subtle tension in her body. He knew her too well—knew that behind that smile, her mind was racing, overthinking every possible scenario.

There was no doubt in his mind that she had grown into a strong, fearless woman. The day she decided to learn gun shooting, choosing to face her fears head-on, was the day he realized that his woman was ready to stand tall against the world. And yet, no matter how fierce she became, he would always be right behind her—her silent pillar of strength, her biggest cheerleader.

But right now, her pea-sized brain was surely cooking up unnecessary worries, and Rudraksh wasn’t about to let that happen. He decided it was time to lift her mood, to bring back the carefree smile that he adored so much. A teasing glint flickered in his eyes as he smirked, already plotting ways to distract her from her overthinking mind.

Rudraksh: "Vaise Ruhh suno na"

(By the way, Ruhh, listen...)

Ruhanika: "Jiii"

(Yes?)

Rudraksh: "Vo jab Rishi yaha tha, tab tum kuch keh rahi thi na, toh ab Rishi nahi hai ab tum kar sakti ho"

(When Rishi was here, you were saying something, right? Well, now Rishi isn’t here, so you can do it.)

Ruhanika furrowed her brows and tilted her head slightly, looking at Rudraksh in confusion.

Ruhanika: "Kya?? Hum samjhe nahi"

(What? I don’t understand.)

Rudraksh: "Areh baba kiss, tum kiss dene ki baat kar Rahi thi na, pass aane ki baat, ab aao"

(Oh, come on! You were talking about giving me a kiss, about coming close. Now, come here.)

Rudraksh leaned in closer, his eyes locked onto hers with a teasing smile. But just as he was about to close the distance, Ruhanika quickly buried her face in his chest, her cheeks turning crimson. He chuckled at her shyness, wrapping his arms around her protectively.

Ruhanika: "Vo hum tab keh rahe the, ab thodi na"

(I said that then. Not now.)

Rudraksh: "Toh ab nahi milegi kya?? Mujhe toh chahiye thi."

(So I won’t get one now? But I want one!)

Rudraksh pouted and whined like a child, making an exaggerated face of frustration. Ruhanika couldn't help but chuckle at his antics, shaking her head fondly.

Rudraksh: "has kya rahi ho?"

(Why are you laughing?)

Ruhanika: "Aap hume betu kehte hai, par khud abhi bachcho jaisi zidd kar rahe hai vo bhi kissie ke liye."

(You call me ‘betu’ like a baby, but look at you—acting like a stubborn child just for a kiss!)

Rudraksh: "Haa main bachcha hu, chalo ab mujhe kissie do jaldi se."

(Yes, I’m a child! Now give me a kiss quickly!)

Rudraksh closed his eyes, savoring the moment, while Ruhanika felt a wave of immense love wash over her. She gazed at him in awe, her heart melting at his rare display of childlike innocence. He was always the strong, composed Rudraksh for the world, but with her, he let his softer side peek through—and she absolutely adored it. A fond smile played on her lips as she gently cupped his face. The moment her warm palms touched his skin, Rudraksh’s lips stretched into a wide, contented smile. But just as quickly as it appeared, it vanished the next second when he realized that his wife was up to something.

Before he could question her, she began her sweet torture. She placed a soft kiss on his forehead, then trailed down to his nose, pressing a featherlight peck. His eyes fluttered open slightly, anticipation gleaming in them. But she wasn’t done yet—she kissed his eyelids, his cheeks, and even the corners of his lips, teasingly close… but never quite reaching where he wanted.

When she finally pulled back, still cupping his face, Rudraksh looked at her with an adorably disappointed pout. His deep eyes held the unspoken complaint of what about my lips? while Ruhanika bit her lip, struggling to contain her laughter. She had successfully turned the tables on him, and judging by his grumpy expression, she knew payback was coming soon.

Ruhanika: "Lijiye de di kissiyan"

(Here, take your kisses.)

Rudraksh: "Ruhhh yaar, ye thodi"

(Ruhhh, not like this!)

Ruhanika: "Kyu?? Aap hi ne toh kaha tha kissie chahiye "

(Why? You just said you wanted kisses.)

Rudraksh: "Jaannaaaaaa"

Rudraksh whined like a child, scrunching his nose and making a dramatic face. Ruhanika couldn't hold it in any longer—she burst out laughing, clutching her stomach.

Rudraksh: "Tumhe achche se pata hai mera matlab kya tha, phir bhi tang kar rahi ho na?? Aur ab has rahi ho mujhpe."

(You know what I meant. You’re teasing me on purpose, aren’t you? And now you’re laughing at me.)

Ruhanika: "Areh hume kaise pata hoga aapne toh kissiya kaha, kya aap humari activities ki baat kar rahe the Akshhhh??"

(Oh, how would I know? You only said ‘kisses.’ Or... were you talking about my activities, Akshhh?)

Ruhanika's voice dripped with extra sweetness as she asked her question, and Rudraksh, without even thinking, nodded eagerly like a child.

She bit her lip, trying to hold back her laughter at how adorably gullible he was in moments like these. With mischief twinkling in her eyes, she leaned in closer to his face, making his heart race. Rudraksh grinned, already enjoying whatever she had planned. But the moment her soft hands cupped his face, his grin faltered slightly, replaced by a dazed look as he instinctively closed his eyes. The warmth of her touch, the way her breath fanned against his skin—it all sent a shiver down his spine.

And then, just as he was lost in the moment, Ruhanika gave him a light push. He understood her unspoken command instantly and let himself fall back onto the bed. His lips twitched as he gazed up at her, realizing she was now hovering over him. His heartbeat quickened, anticipation thick in the air. But more than that, his smirk remained intact—because no matter how much she took the lead, Rudraksh knew exactly how to turn the tables when the time was right.

Ruhanika: "Akshh"

Rudraksh: "Jaan"

Ruhanika: "Aapko activities karni hai??"

(Do you want to do some activities?)

Rudraksh: "Aaho ji Sohneyo, only if you want to"

(Oh yes, my love, only if you want to.)

She smiled, touched by the fact that even now, he was more concerned about her consent. But this time, she was in the mood to tease him, her eyes twinkling with mischief as she leaned in closer.

Ruhanika: "Ji aakhein band hi rakhiyega"

(Alright, just keep your eyes closed.)

Rudraksh: "Okay Ruhh"

Rudraksh's smile deepened as he felt Ruhanika’s face so close to his. His heart warmed at her presence. Meanwhile, Ruhanika bit her lip, her eyes gleaming with playfulness as she thought about her next move. Before Rudraksh could react, she leaned in and placed a quick, feather-light peck on his lips, catching him off guard. A flicker of surprise crossed his face, but before he could say anything, she giggled softly and lay beside him, her eyes twinkling with mischief.

Ruhanika: "Shubhratri Akshhh"

(Good night, Akshhh.)

Ruhanika hid inside the duvet, giggling mischievously, while Rudraksh slowly opened his eyes, trying to process what had just happened. He blinked in disbelief, realization dawning upon him—his wife had tricked him, and was quite effortless at that.

Rudraksh: "Ruhhh, did you just fool me?"

Ruhanika kept giggling under the duvet, completely unaware of the mischievous glint in Rudraksh's eyes. He turned his head to the side and smirked—oh no, today was not the day he would let her trick him so easily. His inner child was wide awake, especially after all the pampering he had received from his doting wife. If Ruhanika thought she could outsmart him today, she had another thing coming.

Rudraksh: "Ahhhhh"

Rudraksh hissed in pain, causing Ruhanika to immediately throw off the duvet and sit up in concern. Her eyes filled with worry as she gently took his injured hand, caressing it with utmost care.

Ruhanika: "Kya hua aapko dar...."

(What happened? Did you get hur...?)

Before Ruhanika could say another word, Rudraksh swiftly pulled her towards him, securing his arm firmly around her waist. Her eyes widened in surprise, her hands instinctively landing on his chest for balance. He gazed at her with a teasing smile, clearly enjoying her reaction. Meanwhile, she pouted, realizing she had been caught off guard. Rudraksh chuckled, tightening his hold slightly.

Ruhanika: "Hume buddu banaya aapne?"

(Did you make a fool out of me?)

Rudraksh leaned in and gently pecked her pout, making her anger dissolve in an instant. Her frown softened as she looked at him, trying to hold onto her annoyance, but the warmth of his gesture made it impossible. A small smile tugged at her lips, and he chuckled, knowing he had won her over once again.

Rudraksh: "Aur jo aapne abhi abhi kiya uska kya betu??"

(And what about what you just did, my love?)

Ruhanika: "Hum?? Humne kya Kiya, aap kya keh rahe hai?"

(Me?? What did I do? What are you talking about?)

Rudraksh: "Achcha bholi, tumhe nahi pata??"

(Oh, acting all innocent now? You don’t know?)

Ruhanika bit her lips, shaking her head with a shy smile. Before she could react further, Rudraksh swiftly turned her around, hovering over her with a teasing smirk. His intense gaze made her cheeks flush, and she looked away, but he gently cupped her face, making her meet his eyes.

Ruhanika: "Areh kya kar rahe hai aap sambhal ke."

(Hey, what are you doing? Be careful.)

Ruhanika gently placed her hands on his shoulders, her touch featherlight as if afraid of hurting him. Her eyes softened with concern as she carefully supported his injured hand, ensuring he felt no discomfort.

Rudraksh: "Apni biwi ko pyaar kar raha hu, par vo bahaut shararti hai, karne nahi de rahi"

(I am loving my wife, but she is very mischievous and isn’t letting me.)

Ruhanika’s hands slowly traveled to Rudraksh’s neck, her fingers grazing his skin gently. A sweet, shy smile adorned her lips as she looked at him, her eyes twinkling with a mix of affection and Love.

Ruhanika: "Aapki biwi ko bhi aapko pyaar karna hai, par vo thodi buddu hai na isiliye shararat kar rahi hai, aap samjha dijiye use"

(Your wife also wants to love you, but she is a little silly, so she is being playful. You should explain it to her.)

Rudraksh smiled warmly and gently caressed her cheeks with his fingers, his touch filled with tenderness. His eyes held a soft admiration as he watched her, cherishing the moment between them.

Rudraksh: "Aeeeyiii meri Biwi ko buddhu mat bolo"

(Heyyy, don’t call my wife silly.)

Ruhanika smiled shyly, lowering her gaze for a moment before glancing back with a soft twinkle in her eyes. Her cheeks flushed slightly, adding to her endearing charm.

Rudraksh: "Ruhhh"

Ruhanika understood the silent question in his eyes. He was asking for her consent, waiting patiently, as he always did. A soft warmth spread through her chest at his gentle consideration. Without a word, she blinked once and then let her eyes flutter closed. That was all the permission Rudraksh needed. The next moment, his lips captured hers in a tender kiss, his touch featherlight as if she were the most delicate flower in the world. His hands cradled her face with utmost care, and his lips moved against hers in a slow, loving rhythm. Ruhanika responded instantly, her hands gripping his shirt as she melted into him. Rudraksh smiled into the kiss, feeling her eagerness, and soon, she found herself smiling too. The exchange was pure, filled with love and the unspoken promise of forever.

After a few minutes, they finally pulled back, breathless yet completely at peace. Her eyes remained closed, savoring the lingering warmth of his lips. He chuckled softly at the sight, his heart swelling with adoration. Leaning in, he pressed a soft kiss on her forehead, making her smile. But he wasn’t done yet. His lips found their way to her cheeks, then her nose, her chin, leaving behind whispers of affection with each touch. Then, his lips trailed lower, brushing against the soft skin of her neck.

Ruhanika’s breath hitched. A shiver ran down her spine, and instinctively, she arched her neck, offering him more access. But even as warmth spread through her body, a small worry gnawed at her. Her husband was injured. His hand was still coated with dried blood. He had been through so much today.

Ruhanika: "Aapka hath, aapko dard hoga."

(Your hand… It must be hurting.)

Rudraksh: "Ye stupid injury se mera kuch nahi hoga"

(This stupid injury is nothing for me.)

Ruhanika glared at him, her expression firm despite the warmth between them. Though Rudraksh's face was buried in her neck, he could easily sense her piercing gaze, almost burning into him. Letting out a soft sigh, he couldn't help but smile against her skin, his lips brushing lightly as if trying to pacify her silent reprimand.

Rudraksh: "Achcha baba sorry. "

(Alright, fine, sorry.)

Ruhanika smiled softly, her fingers gently running through Rudraksh's hair, massaging his scalp with slow, soothing strokes. He let out a content sigh, completely melting under her touch, but that didn’t stop him from pressing lingering kisses along her neck, making her shiver.

As time passed, her breath became uneven, her chest rising and falling at a quicker pace. Sensing her reaction, Rudraksh finally pulled back, his lips brushing against her forehead in a tender kiss, as if sealing the moment.

He was about to move back to his place, but just as he shifted, her hand gripped his wrist, stopping him. He looked down at her, confusion flickering in his eyes, only to notice the deep flush on her cheeks. Her face was a beautiful shade of red, her eyes avoiding his, making his smile return.

Rudraksh: "Kya hua Ruhh??"

(What happened, Ruhh?)

Ruhanika: "Aise hi so jaiye aaj aap."

(Just sleep like this today.)

Rudraksh: "Nahi Ruhh is..."

(No, Ruhh, this is—)

Ruhanika: "Aap so rahe hai ya hum zyada naraz ho jaye??"

(Are you going to sleep, or should I get angrier?)

Rudraksh immediately rested his head on her chest, seeking comfort in her warmth. A soft chuckle escaped Ruhanika’s lips as she instinctively wrapped her arms around him, gently running her fingers through his hair. His actions were endearing, making her heart swell with affection.

Ruhanika: "Ye darr pasand aaya hume."

(I liked this fear.)

Rudraksh: "Darta Jaha Humse, Hum tose darta"

(The world fears me, I only fear you.)

Ruhanika: "Eii sab jane tori raniya"

(Your queen knows all this)

Rudraksh smiled, his heart swelling with warmth as Ruhanika let out a soft chuckle. His fingers moved lazily, caressing her waist beneath her shirt in slow, soothing strokes, while she continued to massage his head with one hand. With the other, she absentmindedly traced random patterns on his back, her touch featherlight yet intoxicating.

A comfortable silence enveloped them, their bodies molded together in perfect harmony. It was one of those rare moments where words weren’t needed—just their presence was enough. It was filled only with the soft sounds of their breathing and the quiet intimacy of their touch. Rudraksh, enjoying the moment yet feeling playful, decided to break the silence.

Rudraksh: "Ruhh, betu tumhe normally kaisi life chahiye?? Matlab kuch toh socha hoga na tumne??"

(Ruhh, my love, what kind of life do you want normally? I mean, you must have thought about it, right?)

Ruhanika smiled softly as she got lost in her thoughts for a moment. After a brief pause, she looked at Rudraksh and replied, her voice filled with warmth and sincerity.

Ruhanika: "Hum sachchi bataye?"

(Should I tell you the truth?)

Rudraksh rested his chin gently on her chest, his eyes gazing up at her with a soft, inquisitive expression.

Rudraksh: "Aaho ji bugge, aap batao aur sach karne ki zimmedari meri."

(Of course, my dear. You tell me, and it’s my responsibility to make it come true.)

Ruhanika smiled warmly and continued running her fingers through his hair, massaging his scalp with gentle, soothing strokes.

Ruhanika: "Hum bilkul shiv ji aur parvati ji jaisa prem chahte hai humare aur aapke beech. Hum chahte hai humara pura parivar sath rahe, aap subah deri se office jaye aur jaldi se vapas aa jaye humare pass aur hume apni baahon me lele. Aur subah jaate waqt bachcho ko school chod dein, vapas aaye toh hum aur bachche aapke pass daude chale aaye.. phir...."

(I want the love between us to be like Lord Shiva and Goddess Parvati. I want our entire family to be together. You should go to the office late in the morning and come back soon to be with me and take me in your arms. And in the morning, when you leave, you should drop the kids at school, and when you return, the kids and I should run to you... then...)

Rudraksh: "Ruhh, humare bachche??"

(Ruhh… our kids?)

Ruhanika: "Ji humare bachche, aapke aur humare bachche."

(Yes, our kids—yours and mine.)

Rudraksh: "Ruhh, Sohneyo tum janti ho na ki babies..."

(Ruhh, my love, you do know that babies…)

Ruhanika: "Ji jante hai hum, aur ab hume bilkul bhi asahaj mehsus nahi hota, kyuki aap hai humare sath, vo bas pehli baar hoga toh thodi ghabrahat hai par Darr nahi."

(Yes, I know, and now I don’t feel uncomfortable about it at all because you are with me. It’s just that since it will be the first time, there is a little nervousness, but no fear.)

Rudraksh: "Isiliye Ruhh, hume zarurat nahi ye sab karne ki vo ba.."

(That’s why, Ruhh, we don’t need to rush into all this…)

Ruhanika: "Hum chahte hai humare rishte ko aage badhana, hum puri tarah se aapke rang me rangna chahte hai, hum toh aap pe apni aatma se vishwas karte hai, ye toh phir jism hai."

(I want to take our relationship forward. I want to be completely immersed in you. I trust you with my soul; this body is just a part of it.)

Rudraksh was utterly overwhelmed by her words, his heart swelling with emotions he couldn't quite put into words. The sheer depth of trust she had in him never failed to amaze him—it was unwavering, absolute, and something he cherished more than anything. The way she made him feel was beyond anything he had ever experienced. She wasn’t just his love; she was his safe place, his reason, his entire world wrapped in one. His fingers tightened around her waist instinctively, as if grounding himself in the warmth of her presence.

A wave of fierce protectiveness surged through him. He wanted nothing more than to shield her from every worry, every danger, every shadow that could ever dare touch her. If he could, he would keep her hidden in his embrace forever, away from everything—just him and her, always.

Rudraksh: "Par Ruhhh."

(But Ruhhh…)

Ruhanika: "Mata parvati ki tarah hazaron saal ki tapasya toh nahi hai humari, par ha 17 saal zarur aapke intezar me bitaye hai humne, aur ab bas ek khushal sukhad jeevan chahte hai, jisme aap ho, humara parivar ho aur humare nanhe nanhe bachche ho."

(I may not have done penance for thousands of years like Goddess Parvati, but I have definitely spent 17 years waiting for you. And now, I just want a happy and fulfilling life—with you, our family, and our children.)

Rudraksh smiled softly, his eyes filled with admiration. She was still so innocent, cherishing the simplest joys in life. He gently tucked a strand of hair behind her ear, his heart swelling with warmth as he watched her.

Ruhanika: "Hum chahte hai ki hum aur aap har tarah se ek ho jaye, hum aapko humara prem jatana chahte hai, puri tarah se aapke rang me rangna chahte hai."

(I want us to be one in every way. I want to express my love for you. I want to be completely immersed in you.)

Rudraksh gently lifted himself a little, his eyes filled with affection, and placed a tender kiss on her forehead. Ruhanika closed her eyes, feeling the warmth of his love, and a soft smile graced her lips.

Rudraksh: "Ek baar sab khatam ho jaye Ruhh, phir jaisa tum chahogi bilkul vaisa hi hoga."

(Once everything is settled, Ruhh, then everything will happen just as you wish.)

Ruhanika smiled, her heart swelling with warmth as Rudraksh nestled his head against her chest once again. Her fingers continued their soothing massage through his hair, while the other hand moved in gentle strokes over his back. His touch remained slow and affectionate, caressing her waist in a rhythm that felt both comforting and intimate. The moment was peaceful, filled with a quiet kind of love that neither of them needed to put into words. But then, a spark of mischief flickered in Ruhanika’s eyes. A playful grin crept onto her lips as a wicked idea popped into her mind.

Ruhanika: "Aur ek baat bataye hum aapko??"

(Can I tell you something?)

Rudraksh: "Hmm"

Rudraksh simply hummed in response, his eyes remaining closed as he reveled in the warmth of their closeness. He breathed in her delicate fragrance, letting it soothe him while his hold on her remained secure. The moment felt serene, as if time had slowed down just for them, wrapped in each other’s presence.

Ruhanika: "Aap jante hai vo toh abhi aapko chot lagi hai na, Varna hum toh kehte hai aaj se hi kriya shuru karni chahiye Hume, tabhi toh humare cheh bachche aayenge."

(You know, you’re injured right now, otherwise, I would say we should start trying from today itself. That’s the only way we’ll have six babies.)

Rudraksh's eyes immediately widened, and he looked at her with a flicker of fear in his gaze. His grip on her tightened instinctively.

Rudraksh: "Whatttt??????"

Ruhanika pressed her lips together, trying hard to suppress her laughter. Her eyes twinkled with mischief as she nodded softly, blinking innocently at him, as if she hadn’t just startled him moments ago.

Ruhanika: "Jii ab cheh bachcho ke liye mehnat abhi se karni hogi na, aap na thik ho jaiye phir shuru karenge."

(Yes! We have to start working hard now if we want six little ones, right? You just get better, and then we’ll begin.)

Rudraksh was shocked as hell. His breath hitched, and his mind went blank for a moment. He just stared at her, trying to process what had just happened.

Rudraksh: "Firstly, Ruhh, our first time will be very beautiful, jisme tum apna dimag bilkul mat lagana kyuki hai nahi tumhare pass."

(Firstly, Ruhh, our first time will be very beautiful, and you don’t need to use your brain at all because you don’t have one.)

Offended by his reaction, she huffed dramatically, her lips curled into a pout, her eyes narrowing slightly.

Ruhanika: "Buddu keh rahe hai hume??"

(Are you calling me dumb?)

Rudraksh: "Haa keh raha hu, is mamle me haa"

(Yes, in this matter, I am.)

Ruhanika: "Dekhiyega ab hum kaise humari aur aapki pehli baar nanha baby wali kriya kaise khoobsurat banate hai."

(Just wait and see how I make our first time and our journey towards having babies beautiful.)

Rudraksh: "Chup Karo tum pagal, and And secondly, nothing will happen before you complete your studies. Thirdly, we are NOT having six babies. And lastly, bina koi bakwaas kiye so jao chup chaap."

(Shut up, you crazy girl. And secondly, nothing will happen before you complete your studies. Thirdly, we are NOT having six babies. And lastly, go to sleep without any nonsense.)

Rudraksh let out a soft sigh before resting his head back on her chest, his arms tightening around her waist. Closing his eyes, he allowed himself to relax, listening to the rhythmic beat of her heart—a sound that never failed to soothe him.

Ruhanika: "Par hume bachche chahiye vo bhi cheh chote chote Aksh."

(But I want babies, six little Aksh)

Rudraksh lifted his head and shot her a sharp glare, his eyes narrowing in mock annoyance.

Rudraksh: "chup raho tum hume beta nahi beti hogi, aur ek hi kafi hai."

(Be quiet. We are not having a boy, we will have a daughter, and one is enough.)

Ruhanika: "Ek hi???? Kuch bhi mat boliye aap, ek se kaise chalega nahi nahi kum se kum cheh."

(Just one??? What are you saying? One is not enough! At least six.)

Rudraksh: "Okay 2, my two little girls"

Ruhanika: "Achcha paanch??"

(How about five?)

Rudraksh: "do means do"

(Two means two.)

Ruhanika: "Achcha chaar??"

(Okay, four?)

Rudraksh: "do bola na Betu toh bas do."

(I said two, Betu, so just two.)

Ruhanika: "Achcha chaliye teen pe baat pakki kare??"

(Fine, let’s settle at three?)

Rudraksh: "Umm teen betiyan, sounds cool, teen choti choti Ruhh ghumengi mere aage piche.."

(Umm… three daughters, sounds cool. Three little Ruhhs running around me…)

Rudraksh's eyes sparkled with excitement, but before he could react further, Ruhanika shot him a sharp glare and playfully smacked his back.

Rudraksh: "What??"

Ruhanika: "Kya teen betiyan ha?? Hume beta bhi chahiye na"

(What? You agreed to three daughters? But I want a son too.)

Rudraksh: "umm sach me chahiye kya??"

(Umm… do you really want one?)

Ruhanika: "Haa na Aksh, hume bhi chahiye chote chote Aksh ghume humare irt girt, isiliye toh cheh keh rahe the hum."

(Yes! Aksh, I also want little Aksh-es running around us. That’s why I was saying six.)

Rudraksh: "Shut up, Ruhhh! I can’t believe we are planning our family like this."

Ruhanika: "Planning?? Areh bachche toh shiv ji ki dein hote hai, isme sochna samjhna kya??"

(Planning? Babies are a blessing from Lord Shiva. There’s no need to think so much about it.)

Rudraksh: "tum vaise bhi kuch sochti nahi ho Ruhh, aur jo sochti ho vo mujhe bhari padta hai isiliye so jao chup chaap betu."

(You never think about anything anyway, Ruhh. And whatever you do think about, it always lands me in trouble. That’s why, just go to sleep, Betu.)

Ruhanika: "Areh par humare bachche."

(But our babies…)

Rudraksh: "Aaye nahi hai abhi, pehle main apna ye bachcha bada kar lu phir sochunga dusra."

(They haven’t arrived yet. Let me raise this child first, and then we’ll think about another one.)

Ruhanika: "Aapne hume phir bachcha kaha??"

(Did you just call me a child again?)

Rudraksh: "Yes my dear little little chutku, ab please jaana so jao na main thak gaya hu nind aa rahi hai. Sula do na please."

(Yes, my dear little chutku. Now, please let their papa sleep. I’m tired and sleepy. Please put me to sleep.)

Rudraksh pleaded with his best puppy-eyed expression, knowing it was the only way to make her quiet. Otherwise, her endless stream of nonsense talks would go on forever. He pouted slightly, tilting his head in an innocent manner, hoping she would take mercy on him.

Ruhanika: "Thik hai abhi aapke zakham thik ho jaye vo zyada mahatva rakhta hai humare liye, baaki humare bachcho ke sath anyay nahi karenge hum, baadme zarur aapko samjhayenge."

(Okay, for now, your wounds healing is more important to me. But I won’t let our babies be deprived later. I will surely convince you.)

Rudraksh: "Achcha meri teen beetiyon ki mumma, ab please unke papa ko sula do."

(Alright, my dear mother of three daughters, now please put their papa to sleep.)

Ruhanika simply smiled, deciding not to argue any further. The way he lovingly addressed her as the "mumma" of their kids and himself as "papa" was enough to melt her heart. It was overwhelming in the sweetest way possible, making her chest swell with emotions she couldn’t describe. With a tender expression, she gently patted his head, her fingers moving soothingly through his hair. Rudraksh, feeling the same warmth, smiled softly against her, his arms tightening slightly around her waist.  Both of them, lost in their own beautiful world, started envisioning their future—tiny footsteps echoing in their home, giggles of their little ones filling the air, and the sight of their family growing together in love and happiness. The comforting thought lulled them into a peaceful sleep, their smiles never fading, as if their dreams were already coming true in each other’s embrace.

The week flew by quickly, and Rudraksh was now completely fine. But for Ruhanika, he still needed rest. No matter how much he insisted that he was perfectly healthy, she wouldn’t hear a word of it. The entire week, she had cared for him like a baby, pampering him with love and attention. And now? He was utterly addicted to it. Rudraksh had become extra clingy, constantly craving her attention. Whether it was tugging at her hand, resting his head on her lap, or simply following her around the house, he behaved no less than a spoiled child. If she so much as tried to do anything else, he would pout dramatically, demanding her presence.

But it wasn’t just him—Ruhanika, too, had grown accustomed to his constant presence. Their little moments together had only increased, and now, it was nearly impossible to find them apart. Be it cuddling on the couch, whispering sweet nothings, or Rudraksh sneaking in soft kisses while she scolded him for not resting properly—every second was filled with love and playful banter. Their bond had deepened even more, making them inseparable, and neither of them seemed to mind. If anything, they had started cherishing this newfound closeness, basking in each other's warmth as if the world outside didn't exist.

The evening was peaceful, with the house unusually quiet as only Rudraksh, Ruhanika, Simrat, and Karanjeet were home. Simrat and Karanjeet were in their room, leaving Rudraksh and Ruhanika alone in the living room. Rudraksh was comfortably lying on Ruhanika’s lap, his eyes half-closed in relaxation as she playfully popped grapes into his mouth. He chewed lazily, a small smirk tugging at his lips, enjoying the rare moment of calm. Ruhanika, on the other hand, was fully focused on her task, holding a grape between her fingers.

Ruhanika: "Sab aate hi honge Aksh, ab toh uth jaiye humari godh se."

(Everyone must be arriving soon, Aksh. Now, get up from my lap.)

Rudraksh: "Toh main toh keh raha hu na, chalo kamre me, vaha koi nahi aayega."

(That’s why I was saying, let’s go to the room. No one will come there.)

Ruhanika chuckled softly, shaking her head at Rudraksh’s antics. He was still as playful and childish as ever, despite being completely fine. As she fed him grapes, his attention was completely absorbed in her dupatta, which he was playfully twirling around his fingers. His innocent enjoyment of the little things always made her smile. But then, a servant entered the room, mopping the floor. The sound of the mop hitting the ground broke the otherwise peaceful moment. Ruhanika glanced at Rudraksh, expecting him to get up and make room, but to her surprise, he remained where he was, his head still resting comfortably on her lap. Ruhanika shot him a glare, raising an eyebrow, but he simply looked up at her with a mischievous grin, completely unbothered. His eyes were full of defiance as he quietly continued to play with her dupatta, unwilling to move an inch.

Ruhanika: "Areh kaka, shaam ko jhadu nahi lagate hai, Lakshmi naraz ho jati hai."

(Hey, Kaka! You shouldn’t sweep in the evening; Goddess Lakshmi gets upset.)

Rudraksh straightened up, sitting properly as he adjusted himself.

Rudraksh: "Aur main apni lakshmi ko naraz nahi kar sakta."

(And I can’t afford to upset my Lakshmi.)

Rudraksh winked playfully, and Ruhanika immediately blushed, her cheeks turning a soft pink. She shyly looked away, her heart fluttering at the simple yet endearing gesture.

(Does anyone remember this scene? I had shared the spoiler in Whispers of Romance.)

On the other side,

Vijaypratap and Sukriti sat frozen in shock, sweat beads forming on their foreheads as the tension in the room mounted. Their faces were pale, eyes wide, unable to process the gravity of the situation. Across from them, JM sat with a similarly stressed expression, his brows furrowed and his hands clenched, clearly feeling the weight of what was unfolding before them. The silence between them was thick with anxiety.

Vijaypratap: "Ye kaise ho sakta hai??"

(How is this possible?)

JM: "Aisa hi hai, main Punjab gaya aur pata lagaya toh pata chala us hadse me bache logo ko hospital le gaye the... Hospital me bhi kuch influence se data nikalvaya toh pata chala ki Simrat Malhotra bhi zinda hai."

(It is. I went to Punjab to investigate, and I found out that the people survived from that accident were taken to the hospital. I also used some influence to retrieve hospital data, and I found out that Simrat Malhotra is still alive.)

Vijaypratap: "Iska matlab ki hum jo soch rahe the"

(So, this means what we were thinking…)

JM: "Haa vo Rudraksh Malhotra aur uska bhai Rishwik Malhotra, vo dono us Rajveer Malhotra aur Radhika Malhotra ke bete hai."

(Yes, Rudraksh Malhotra and his brother Rishwik Malhotra are the sons of Rajveer Malhotra and Radhika Malhotra.)

Sukriti: "Phir aage ka kya socha hai??"

(What do we do next?)

Vijaypratap: "Sochna kya hai?? Un dono ke zinda rehne ka matlab hai humari gale pe maut ki talwaar latakna, vaise hi us Ruhanika ki vajah se piche pade hai."

(What is there to think? If they are alive, it means death is looming over our heads. We’re already in trouble because of that Ruhanika.)

JM: "Vijay is right. We need to kill them, no matter what."

Vijaypratap: "Par kaise?? Suna hai pichle hafte uspe hamla hua par vo bach gaya."

(But how? I heard someone tried to attack him last week, but he survived.)

JM: "Most feared Mafia king hai, kisi ke bhi hath kaanpenge uspe goli chalane se pehle"

(He’s the most feared mafia king. Anyone’s hands would tremble before pulling the trigger on him.)

Vijaypratap: "Is wajah se Zinda toh nahi chod sakte na"

(That doesn’t mean we can leave him alive.)

JM: "Bilkul nahi, maine already kuch logo ko bulwa liya hai, aur kuch Mafia sources se bhi connected hu, logo ne use dekha nahi hai toh kya hua, Dushman bahaut hai uske."

(Absolutely not. I’ve already called some people, and I’m also connected to some mafia sources. Even if people haven’t seen him, he has a lot of enemies.)

Vijaypratap: "Kab khatam karne ka plan hai??"

(When do you plan to finish him?)

JM smirked slyly, his lips curling into a devilish grin as he stood up. The air around him seemed to darken with his sudden shift in posture, and his eyes gleamed with an unsettling confidence.

JM: "Aaj raat mere log yaha aa jayenge toh bas phir."

(Tonight, My men will be here, and then it’s over.)

Vijaypratap and Sukriti exchanged a knowing smirk, their eyes glinting with malicious satisfaction. After all the pain and suffering, the moment they had been waiting for had finally arrived. The twisted sense of justice they had been plotting for so long was about to come to fruition. Their revenge for the death of their children was within reach, and there was no turning back now. The weight of their dark plan hung heavy in the air, each of them eager for the twisted resolution that was about to unfold.

RM Mansion,

Ruhanika was running around the room, her laughter filling the air as Rudraksh chased after her. She jumped onto the bed, bouncing playfully as she looked over her shoulder, her eyes sparkling with mischief. Rudraksh followed, a smile tugging at his lips as he tried to catch her, his movements light and quick. The room was filled with their shared joy, the playful chase creating an infectious atmosphere of happiness between them.

Rudraksh: "Jaana kya kar rahi ho, gir jaogi betu lag jayegi."

(What are you doing, Betu? You’ll fall and hurt yourself.)

She giggled with delight as she leapt off the bed, her feet landing softly on the floor. With a mischievous glance over her shoulder, she dashed toward the couch, her laughter echoing through the room. Rudraksh, not missing a beat, followed right behind her, a playful grin on his face as he tried to catch her.

Ruhanika: "aap kyu nahi maan jate hai, pakad toh pa nahi rahe hai hume."

(Why don’t you just agree? You can’t even catch me!)

Rudraksh: "Pakad toh lunga hi little little chutkuu, ek baar hath aa jao tum phir dekhta hu college kaise nahi jati tum."

(I will catch you, little little chutkuu. Once I do, let’s see how you avoid going to college.)

Rudraksh, with a mischievous grin, ran toward her, his eyes locked onto her as she darted toward the bed. Ruhanika’s laughter filled the air as she quickly tried to climb onto the bed, thinking she could escape him for just a moment longer. But Rudraksh was quick, closing the distance between them in no time. Just as she reached the edge of the bed, he caught her by the waist, pulling her back into his arms. But in the chaos of the chase, neither of them was prepared for what happened next. They lost their balance, both tumbling toward the bed, and with a loud crack, the bed frame gave way under their combined weight. The mattress dipped and creaked, the sound of wood splintering echoing through the room.

In the split second before everything came crashing down, Rudraksh instinctively wrapped his arms around her, pulling her close to protect her from any harm. They landed in a tangled heap, with Ruhanika now lying on top of him, both of them momentarily stunned by the fall. For a few moments, neither of them spoke, just looking into each other’s eyes. They locked eyes, and a burst of laughter escaped both of them. The situation was so ridiculous, yet so perfectly them. Ruhanika rested her forehead against his, still giggling, and Rudraksh couldn’t help but join in, his heart light and full of joy from the pure moment of fun they shared.

Suddenly, the sound of gasps filled the room, causing Ruhanika and Rudraksh to look at the door. They turned toward the door, where it stood ajar, revealing their family members standing there with wide eyes, frozen in shock. Ruhanika blinked in surprise, while Rudraksh's eyes immediately widened, a hint of panic creeping into his expression as he realized what must be running through their minds. He quickly glanced back at Ruhanika, but their playful moment had clearly been misunderstood.

Savisha: "Umm… I guess we should leave."

They all nodded, exchanging awkward glances before quietly turning and leaving the room, their footsteps fading as they went. Ruhanika, narrowed her eyes at the door, her glare sharp.

Ruhanika: "Kitne bure hai na sab Akshh, hum aur aap gir gaye aur kisine hume uthaya tak nahi, hum thode se naraz ho jaye sabse??"

(Everyone is so mean, Aksh! We both fell, and no one even helped us up. Should I be little upset with everyone?)

Rudraksh: "Jane do Ruhh family hai na, chodo, Ruko main uthata hu tumhe"

(Let it go, Ruhh, they’re family. Forget it. Wait, let me pick you up.)

Rudraksh gently helped Ruhanika off the bed, giving her a playful smile as he extended his hand to her. She smiled back, accepting his help, and they both walked out of the room together. As they entered the breakfast area, they were met with the sight of their family sitting around the table, all smirking knowingly at them. The air was thick with silent amusement as each family member exchanged sly glances.

Kritika: "Bhabhi vo ek gaana yaad aa raha hai."

(Bhabhi, this reminds me of a song.)

Akshavi: "Konsa konsa kriti, hume bhi sunao."

(Which one, Kriti? Tell us!)

Savisha: "Main samajh gayi vahi na"

(I think I know which one!)

Kritika: "Ji bhabhi vahi"

(Yes, bhabhi, that one.)

Akshavi: "Konsa??"

(Which one??)

Savisha, Kritika: Palang Tootta Pehli Raat

Saara Mohalla Karta Awaaj

Hui Chaubaare Mein Barsaat

Kon Wahan Tha Kiske Sath

Haye Chaka Chak Chaka Chak Hai Tu

Haye Chaka Chak Chaka Chak Hu Main

Haye Chaka Chak Chaka Chak Hai Tu

The moment the ladies burst into laughter, Rudraksh immediately shut his eyes in embarrassment, his cheeks turning a shade of red. He could feel the playful teasing in the air.

Ruhanika: "Kitna pyara geet hai bhabhi sa."

(What a lovely song, bhabhi-sa!)

Savisha: "Ha ha Ruhi samajh rahe hai hum sab."

(Haha, Ruhi, we all understand.)

Rishwik: "Lagta hai main jald hi Chachu banunga."

(Looks like I’ll become an uncle soon.)

Ruhanika: "Vo toh banenge hi na aap Rishi Bhai, bhabhi sa nanha baby lekar aayengi na."

(Of course, you will, Rishi Bhai! Bhabhi-sa will bring a little baby, right?)

Rudraksh: "Aaho ji Sohneyo, vo pagal hai tum ye lo na parathe khao favourite hai na tumhare"

(Oh yes, my dear! But for now, have these parathas, your favorite, right?)

Rudraksh, eager to shift the focus away from him, quickly diverted Ruhanika's attention, pointing out something amusing across the room. His quick thinking managed to momentarily distract her from the ongoing teasing. However, Rishwik, watching the entire exchange with a mischievous glint in his eyes, couldn't help but smirk.

Rishwik: "Ha par lagta hai Ashu bhai, Mamu bhi jaldi hi banenge "

(Yeah, but it seems like Ashu Bhai will become an uncle soon too.)

Ruhanika: "Bhaiyu mamu kaise??"

(Bhaiyu, how will you become an uncle?)

Ashvik: "Vo main Savi bhabhs ko behen bhi manta hu na Ruhi chuhi isiliye."

(Because I also consider Savi bhabhi as my sister, Ruhi Chuhi.)

Ruhanika: "Bhaiyu hum Chuhi nahi hai, Aksh dekhiye na inhe"

(Bhaiyu! I am not Chuhi! Aksh, look at him!)

Ashvik chuckled, clearly enjoying the playful moment between the two, while Rudraksh smiled at Ruhanika's pout, finding her reaction endearing.

Kritika: "Haa ab lagta hai sabka double promotion hone wala hai, chalo achcha hi hai."

(Haha, looks like everyone is about to get a double promotion. Well, that’s great!)

All of them chuckled, but Ruhanika gave a confused look to the group, her brows furrowed slightly as she tried to understand what was going on. In response, she pulled gently on the hem of Rudraksh's shirt, signaling him to lean down towards her. With a soft smile, Rudraksh bent his head closer, his ear now near her lips, ready to listen to whatever she had to say.

Ruhanika: "Hume aisa kyu laga ki ye sab  kuch aur keh rahe hai jo hum samjhe nahi??"

(Why do I feel like they are saying something else that I don’t understand?)

Rudraksh: "Chodo inko Ruhh, tum ye nashta karo, hum pehle new bed select karne jayenge phir tumhe college drop karunga, okay betu?"

(Ignore them, Ruhh. You eat your breakfast. First, we’ll go select a new bed, and then I’ll drop you off at college, okay, Betu?)

Ruhanika: "Jii jii bahaut mazaa aayega, hum is baar safed bed lenge aur use grey mattress aur bedsheet se sajayenge,"

(Yesss! It’ll be so much fun! This time, I want a white bed with a grey mattress and bedsheet—completely soft and cozy.)

The ladies cleared their throats once again, exchanging amused glances.

Akshavi: "Areh ab toh bas kariye aap dono"

(will you two stop now?!)

After breakfast, Rudraksh and Ruhanika went together to choose a bed for their room. Ruhanika, with her usual enthusiasm, carefully picked out the round king sized bed she preferred. She also chose the mattress, pillows, and bedsheets, ensuring everything matched her style and comfort. Rudraksh patiently followed her lead, even offering suggestions here and there, but it was clear that Ruhanika had her mind set on exactly what she wanted.

Once everything was settled, Rudraksh dropped Ruhanika off at her college, making sure she was all set for her day. He gave her a quick, affectionate hug before heading off to his office, feeling content that they'd made progress on their shared space, even if he wasn’t as detail-oriented as her when it came to things like choosing pillows and bedsheets.

Later that evening, As Rudraksh was coming back home from the office, the driver was driving, he noticed something strange. Gradually, the cars of his bodyguards that were supposed to be following him started disappearing one by one, fading out of his rearview mirror. His brows furrowed in confusion, but he didn't think much of it at first. However, as time passed, an uneasy feeling settled in his chest. He glanced around, trying to make sense of it.

But then, just as he was about to reach the final stretch of the road leading to his home, the world around him began to spin. His vision blurred, and the familiar sounds of the car became distant. Everything turned black, and before he could make a sound, Rudraksh collapsed into unconsciousness, his body slumping in the back seat as the car coasted forward.
